Dr. Hardy and all of the hygienists are amazing! I have had nothing but great experiences for myself and my whole family. My pre-schooler had been going there since he was 2 and loves it too. Even the covid protocols are seemless and I feel safe going. They have done dental work even with my husband or I having to hold a child or baby on our body and no work was compromised. As long as you are comfortable they are phenomenal at their jobs. Highly recommend!

"Amazing experience for my daughters first time!" The office is immaculate, brand new equipment and amazing staff. The receptionist had me filling in paper work and put Paw Patrol on the TV for my daughter. The hygienist/dental assistant took the time to explain every step. They have TV's in every treatment room. Dr. Hardy is knowledgeable and great with kids. My daughter was treated like gold. I had a very positive vibe from the entire experience. So nice to be around people who love their job! I highly recommend Generations Family Dental for kids and can't wait for it to be my turn.

This clinic offers direct billing to insurance companies so I always ask if services are covered by my insurance prior to receiving them. I refuse to have anything done if it isn't covered by my 3 insurance plans. As I do for all dental appointments, I confirmed everything was covered prior to receiving services. This clinic advised me that there were no charges prior to my appointment and I confirmed this following my appointment as I left the office. About 1 year later, Generations Family Dental contacts me saying I owe them hundreds of dollars for services that weren't covered by my insurance. I will not return to this clinic because they either lied to me about whether a service was covered by my insurance or they didn't even check and just hoped for the best. As someone who works with insurance companies and performs medical-related direct billing, I know you test bill or check with the insurance provider prior to see if something is covered. I am super disappointed because I liked the hygienists and dentist but I won't be returning because of the laziness of the administrative staff. I feel like they shouldn't tell me I don't have to pay and then contact me a year later demanding I clear charges.

I am so impressed with Doctor Dana Hardy and all the wonderful staff. I spent a lot of time and got several consultations in Edmonton and the surrounding area and found Generations to be the most reasonable and efficient. All the staff are so friendly and caring and their hours are fantastic. I needed dental work done and also needed a replacement top denture and a new partial denture. If you are also looking for a denturist, I recommend Doctor Jose Canas who is also in the same office which is so convenient and he does not outsource any of his work and does it all himself. My Sister who lives in a small town had referred me and I am so happy with the excellent service and workmanship from both Doctor Dana Hardy and Doctor Jose Canas and their awesome staff and thank them so much as I now have my smile back.

I have problems seeing new dentist and when my previous dentist left and moved out of the St. Albert area I thought my life was over. I then found generations dental and dr hardy, I can honestly say I no longer feel that way. My first visit was just to meet dr hardy and I immediately felt comfortable around her. On my second visit I got some work done and I was nervous but we got through it. I've never felt so comfortable at a dental office. I defiantly see a long relationship with dr hardy and her staff not only for me but for my whole family. I would have no problem sending anyone to her and am so happy I found her.

Today was by far the best visit I've ever had to a dental office. The staff was so amazingly nice and polite. Dr. Hardy was wonderful and she always made sure I was comfortable and at ease. To get my wisdom tooth pulled was a nightmare at the last place I was but at this place it was like a dream. We followed Dr Hardy to St Albert from her Edmonton clinic because she is the absolute BEST dentist I have ever had. I have problem teeth (to say the least) and terrible dental phobia/shame. I have never, ever felt ashamed or embarrassed in Dr Hardy's office. My young children also love coming to the dentist, despite the fact that they have also required fillings and needles. Everyone in the office makes them feel welcome and comfortable and Dr Hardy never lets them see the needle. I love that they will grow up with positive dental experiences Julie up front is a wizard at organizing things and tolerates the fact that I have a brain like a squirrel. ???? She is incredible at staying on top of multiple appointments, billing, etc. She is also so friendly and kind. Seriously, I can't say enough good things about Generations and the people who work there.

Staff was very pleasant and the facility was lovely. Unfortunately, I went in for a checkup and cleaning and - despite having 80% coverage and no issues such as cavities - came out to be handed a bill for $227 which they appear to think is reasonable for a "new patient checkup". Given that this is more than three times what a regular checkup would have cost, the likely cost would appropriately have been discussed in advance of the appointment. They asked me to book for another checkup with a very quick turnaround of four months later which I now can't help viewing as an attempt to gouge me further. Pleasant staff and nice facility they may have, but I'd rather pay reasonable prices for care I need.
