My dentist asks for my feedback (like when matching shades to fix a chipped tooth) and is so particular in her work! I always feel like I'm in great hands.

I have come here my whole life and even though I am apprehensive about seeing the dentist the team here makes me feel so at ease. I have had the same hygienist (christina) for probably 10 years and always feel that I am in safe hands. They care about how I am doing and they always explain why they recommend one thing over another. I am so glad that I am able to see this office for my routine check-ups and concerns.

Family Dental is always prompt and on schedule. I love that I can show up for my appointment and don't have to wait in the waiting room ever more than 5 minutes. The hygienists are all very gentle yet thorough.

Wow. DO NOT GO HERE FOR INVISOLINE. My poor mother went here for invisoline, and was pushed out the door once the cheques were cashed. she was promised a “happy smile” by the end of her treatment. Instead she received a lisp, a wonky bite and sensitive teeth. Her issues were completely ignored and the dentist is completely unwilling to listen to her patient (my 60yr old mother) who experienced serious issues in the last few months of her invisoline treatment. Near the end of the invisoline program my mother complained about her bite not lining up properly, so the dentist decided to file her teeth down WITHOUT CONSENT (didn’t even tell her that she was doing this). My mom walked out of her last invisoline appointment with a lisp, sensitive teeth (that had been grounded down to the nerve), and a mismatching bite. This place puts money first and will not help you once the bills are paid. As of right now it seems like the dentist is not willing to fix her mistake or even offer up a solution. unacceptable way to conduct business

So thankful for Dr. Ioana and Janda! & for the office team for squeezing me in for an emergency root canal. They did whatever they could to relieve me of my pain and I’m so grateful. Their fees are incredibly reasonable as well. Very impressed with this dental office!! Highly recommended if you’re looking for a dentist in St. Albert. First time visit and I needed a tooth extraction done, and I can’t think of a way a tooth extraction could have gone more smoothly. Not only did the tooth come out really quickly, but I didn’t experience any pain whatsoever during the extraction nor after all the freezing came out. Staff are friendly and efficient all around

Dr. Sovarel will make you forget you are in a dentist chair. All the front staff are so friendly and helpful, and my hygienist Cristina is amazing... so gentle, thorough and professional. Nothing but great things to say! Love this clinic!
