I have been looking for a Dentist for some time now. I found one "Dr Earl". He cares about you, the patient. I just had a tooth removed. He walked me through what was going to happen. He did an amazing job freezing my tooth and gum. I did not feel any pain. Going back for my bridge work in a month. The staff are very knowledgeable and friendly.

My Son and I had an appointment today and I would say from the booking to the whole experience was great! I guess I have no complain, Kristina Our hygienist was great she was gentle and my Son did liked his experience and they have Ipad for kids to play as well while waiting at the lounge, he went home happy! So yes, I would definitely recommend this place I’ve been to different clinic in St. Albert and I think this is by far my favourite dental place, The Dentist was great as well he did the check up but you can tell how thorough he is and well explained everything! Great job will be back with the rest of our family ????????????

The office is clean and sanitized. Receptionist is polite and provides efficient service, she surely knows her job, like when I asked how much will be my next treatment, she is able to provide me an answer. My hygienist Kristina did a good job and made sure the Doctor is informed of what she has observed and what other works I needed, also friendly and nice. The Dentist Dr. Brandon did his best to make me feel comfortable with a not-so-easy extraction of my tooth that was hardly there, but it was successful. I’d like to thank all of them for their kindness and professionalism.

This was my first time visiting Erin Ridge Dental as I relocated here this past year. The moment I walked in I was warmly greeted by the friendly smiling receptionist and she gave me a tour of the waiting area. Lots of special touches for the patients. I was then greeted by the rest of the team as I headed back for my checkup and cleaning. All the staff were pleasant and friendly and were very clear in explaining what was going to happen during the visit. They were all more than happy to answer all the questions I had and also explained exactly what my options were going forward in regards to one of my tooth issues. Recently had my wisdom teeth pulled from there. I was nervous about being awake for it. They were really great with making me feel Comfortable and told me everything that was happening. He was extremely gentle on me (as gentle as you can be with taking wisdom teeth out). It’s been two days after and I feel great. I have very little swelling and little pain. Great recovery!

Very pleased with my experience at Erin Ridge Dental. I had a cleaning, two fillings and a small chip on my front tooth fixed. I'm not a fan of the needle for freezing...Dr. Wasylucha reassured me I would not feel it and I was surprised that I didn't! I enjoyed Dr. Wasylucha as my dentist. It was my daughter's first official dentist visit. She was nervous and thought it may hurt. Although we didn't get a complete check up with cleaning, Jalen was great. She was patient, explained and demonstrated every instrument and could sense when we weren't going to get any further, didn't push my daughter. We will try again at a later date.

Today i was fretting about seeing the dentist for some removal of fillings and new fillings which was long over due. Dr Brandon Earl snd office manage Lucy were aware of my freight Of needles and dental work. I am a paraplegic and it’s usually hard for me to maneuver into a dental chair. Upon my arrival Lucy was there to hold doors open for me and help me into the clinic whereby they take covid serious, mask worn by all staff, mask available for clients as well as hand sanitizer. I was quickly put o to procedure room where Dr. Brandon Earl was waiting with his assistant and helped me move from my power chair onto his procedure chair. dr Brandon is extremely strong. He helped me transfer and encouraged me to take my time and be safe. We got transferred and i felt bad as it took me so long but they were so patient with me and put safety first. Dr Earl explained what was needed to be done, he was so careful with the injection i hardly felt a thing. He pre-froze the air of injection with a gel first. The visit went so well, painless and non eventful. I am so glad I found this new dentist. Dr Earl pointed out a few other options for me and is very mindful of the cost to me and not wanting to do anything that wasn’t going to help or useful. I am so glad Lucy set me up with Dr Earl. He is, kind, gentle and very personable. He gets five stars from me i can’t say enough good. I see him again in a few weeks for another procedure and i can honestly say my fear of dentist has gone thanks to Dr Earl.

I really enjoy Erin Ridge Dental. Dr. Kat is awesome. I went elsewhere initially and they told me I needed so much more then I actually did, as well as told me I didn't need to pull a wisdom tooth which definetly needed to come out. She's very patient and understands dental nerves. She gives you the option of stopping at any point to take a break. She let me take my time to get my bite perfect after fillings without feeling embarrassed or rushed. Any concerns I have she addressed without any judgements. After reading the reviews about Erin Ridge Dental, I had my first visit today and was definitely not disappointed with the great experience I had. The staff there were welcoming, consummate professionals. The medical profession is supposed to be a calling and not a business and Dr. Lorne Wasylucha lived upto those high expectations. Due to years of fear of dental offices I had neglected my teeth with dire consequences. Within a few minutes of meeting me Dr. Lorne put me at easy with his excellent bedside manner, incredible knowledge and his ability to convey important information about my teeth health. And yes, he absolutely lived upto his high ethical standards in choosing to do the right thing instead of the route that most dentists these days choose, that the makes him the most money. If you are looking for a ethical dentist and great experience and things done right the first time, check out Erin Ridge Dental and I guarantee you will not be disappointed.

I went to this clinic because I wanted to get a second opinion. I was told at another clinic that I needed to get a second root canal. However, the information I was given did not add up. Dr. Lorne Wasylucha was super honest and explained everything to me that I needed to know. He saved my tooth and saved me $1400 dollars. No root canal required! Highly recommend Dr. Lorne. Also, the dental hygienist was super helpful as well.

Upon entering the building I was greeted by a very friendly and comfortable setting, with gorgeous plants giving the space tons of life. The receptionist had a warm smile and was very professional and kind. The sitting area is accommodated very nicely for families, with tablet stations to keep little busy bodies still while awaiting their turn on the dentist chair. My children will love coming here. The dental hygienist was incrediably personable and made me feel extremely comfortable as she went on about her job cleaning my teeth. The setting was very nice as well, with two TVs in the room to keep your eyes busy while your teeth are being cleaned. She maintained a wonderful professional manner yet established a conversation that felt I was talking to a old friend, lovely lady! I was then moved to the care of Cassie, who took my X-rays and photos, again. Wonderful lady. Greeted with a big smile, and made me feel just as comfortable as the dental hygienist Did. The dentist came in and established yet another big smile and welcoming attitude. Very professional yet personable. He listened to my answers, and cared about how I felt about my smile, I appreciated that. After the check up Cassie went through the photos with me. Now this blew me away she took the time to show me where I needed my filings, and exactly what the x-rays meant while we sat and looked at a big screen of my teeth. It was very nice and Informative for her to take the time to do this for me. When I left, the receptionist again big smile, friendly and kind demeanour, professional and very nice. I look forward to my return visit later this month!

Our whole family has been going to Erin Ridge Dental for the past 2 years and we have never been so happy with dental service. Dr. Lorne one of the most skilled and compassionate dentists that we have ever had. The front office staff is kind and accommodating. It is always a joy to see them. The dental assistant that I had today was just perfect; gentle, professional and friendly. In addition to the quality service, the prices are more than fair. We first sent our adult daughter there when she was quoted $4000 for some dental work by another dentist. When she was examined by Dr. Lorne he told her that she did not even require the procedure. He is such a kind and ethical man. If we could give the dentists and the staff 6 stars, we would.
