Dr Edwin Mah may very well be the most talented dentist around. He treats and cares for people. They don’t forget the wholistic nature of the care they provide. All the staff from the front end to the surgical assistants have the same culture of caring for people. We bring our 4 children and they are confident in the care they receive here. I have a lot of issues due to poor oral hygiene routine that has followed me my whole life and I’m working always to improve on but even though I’m self conscious about it everyone is really empathetic and don’t make me feel uncomfortable about it. They really are just very supportive. Dr Mah does what is right for your mouth. He is definitely fulfilling his calling and we feel blessed by the everyone here. We moved to a small village in B.C. 10 hours from St Albert but we will be making regular trips to see our family as well as the family at EPM dental for as long as we can.

I booked with Dr. Mah to have four wisdom teeth out in February. I was pretty nervous about this procedure but I basically slept through the whole thing and didn’t feel a thing! I believe my appointment was under 2 hours from start to end as well, so it went pretty quick! I would definitely recommend this dental office to anyone looking for a good experience. The entire staff is always so friendly and helpful.

Best dental experience ever! Very welcoming and friendly staff put you at ease immediately. Dr. Ed is amazing. First time I have ever had a dentist go to such length to explain and show you everything using his totally cool high tech equipment. Highly recommended for everyone but especially for children or anyone suffering from dental phobia!

Doctor Ed and his team are amazing. They operated on my 4 wisdom teeth in which 2 were impacted, all in one appointment. They made sure that I was comfortable and ready before and during the operation. Contrary to the review made by S.S. Rodrigs, they made sure that my insurance would be able to cover my appointments and even made recommendations to have some moved to the next calendar year so I don't need to pay out of my pocket. I also think that it is the dental clinic's responsibility to know how much is going to be covered so they can give the best advice, maximize what is covered and when to schedule the treatment. EPM Dental Care clinic's facilities are clean, awesome parking and caring staff. Highly recommended!

My family and I have been seeing Dr Mah and his staff ever since coming to Canada 8 years ago. The experience has been great. We especially, like how Dr Mah gets to know his patients and that he acknowledges how grateful he is for our business. I have had several complex work done and have always been satisfied. i am new to the dental system in canada and i went here because they billed directly to my insurance but i went there on the 6/09/17 to have a tooth pulled. which they never did , they billed me for X-rays that they had already taken 3 months earlier and a exam which was a 2 min talk about dentures and a pull or fill. then it was a 1 1/2 clean and done

Me and my husband have been going to this clinic for 3 years now and will continue to have our dental works done here. I am a very nervous patient and very sensitive to pain but Dr. Ed & his dental assistants have always been amazing. Was looking for a dentist - I'm new to St. Albert. Took a chance on EPM because they made time for my emergency. Best decision I ever made. Staff is friendly, office is new, very clean, very comfortable. Equipment new and up to date. Dr. Mah very well educated; he is kind, doesn't make you feel rushed, and explains everything in great detail. I have lots of dental work ahead and am very glad I found this office.

i really, really hate going to the dentist but my experience with Dr. Mah was great. i had lots of cavities but he was able to offer sedatives to me before and during my appointment. The clinic hours are also great so i don't have to miss work at all for my appointments. although going to the dentist still isn't my favorite thing, Dr. Mah and his team definitely makes it a lot better.

Admin staff are very friendly when you walk in, both hygienists that Ive had are also friendly and gentle for my scalings/cleanings. Im not a fan of going to the dentist, but they make it bearable. The teeth whitening I had done before my wedding was fantastic, and a lot of people noticed the difference without me having to say anything! Would strongly recommend EPM

At first the team here was great to deal with and provided excellent care. Over the last year we ended up having to reschedule and cancel a couple appointments because well life happens and people get sick. We were then told that they would no longer book us appointments and they would just call us IF they had openings. Very disappointed that they are only worried about billing my insurance company vs actual patient well-being.

Dentail was great, my only concern, being hounded to pay the bill, I was away at sad to say two funerals in the uk.Not only contacting my ex wife, which this has nothing to do with her, treating to send my daughter to collections, when this is my bill alone, the young person on the desk,boardlimne RUDE.I for one will never use nor recomend this place.

Dr. Mah is incredibly knowledgeable and I trust him with any dental work I need. I had my fillings done by Dr. Mah and needed freezing (I am afraid of needles). I was very frustrated with my old dentist. His procedures were painful, his personality was not very friendly and i was just plain fed up so I went looking for a new dentist and found Dr. Ed Mah. This dentist is fantastic!! He is so great at what he does. What I did discover was that my old dentist is totally NOT up to date on the new stuff and I didn't even realize it until I went to Dr Mah. His staff are great and the the clinic has a very homey feeling. Anyone looking for a dentist should check him out you will not be disappointed.
