Since I started going to Dr. Riemer's office for my dental care I have found myself excited to go to the dentist (yeah, right!). I am always greeted courteously and usually by name by the super friendly staff. I always feel like they are concerned for my well-being and listen to me when I ask questions or answer their questions. I used to be rather reluctant to go to the dentist but now I know that I will be among friends while I'm there. Which really helps with the whole dental work experience.

The staff and Dr. Riemer are all very nice and make you feel at ease. I never liked going to the dentist before due to judgement and cost. With the staff at this office its a non issue. The staff are more solution based and you dont get the long lectures. They do direct billing which makes life easier as well. Definitely best in St. Albert.
