As soon as you walk in the door you are greeted by smiling faces. My 82 year old mom started seeing Dr. Mel and was surprised at how gentle her hygienist was and how at ease she was with Dr. Mel.. Very happy to see that the positive reviews from actual patients are drowning out the fake news. I wonder who would take the time to create fictitious patients just to leave negative reviews? Perhaps a vindictive competitor ?? It's true that you have to beware of what you read on the internet, but I too, am an actual patient of Dr. Macdonald and her excellent staff of dental professionals. It is also very true that you will receive awesome dental treatments in a caring manner. But hey, you should judge for yourself. BEWARE YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!! Dr. Melonie McDonald called me to inform me that she is no longer working at my current dental practice (Dentus Family Dental) and is opening her own office and claiming that it is mandatory for me to visit her new practice to receive dental care. She was extremely sweet and kind at the start of our call until I told her that I am very happy with the treatment and care I received at the current office where she must have been FIRED FROM! She immediately started SCREAMING AT ME! I was shocked. It is my choice to choose who my oral care provider is and why she is not aware of this is beyond me. She went on to insult me and question my intelligence saying things like “I do not care what you think I am telling you what you need to do unless you can’t comprehend simple instruction”. My jaw dropped …. like are you serious lady! You are a Doctor? I had only received treatment from Dr. McDonald once in the past, it was the most uncomfortable and painful dental care I have ever received! There was so much pain I could not sleep for 3 days. After the appointment I requested that for future appointments to have a different Doctor care for me. I basically never post reviews as I know that people have bad days, and no one is perfect but in this instance, I am doing a service to the community!

I had my first appointment at Dr. MacDonald’s new clinic in January, mid day. What a great experience! When I walked in the door they were ready for me and took me right back. I was met with a lovely hygienist who was very friendly and made me very comfortable while she was prepping for my treatment. Again, I didn’t have to wait, as Dr MacDonald was there to perform the procedure quite quickly. The new clinic is beautiful and inviting and the staff are all smiling with a great energy. The billing process was also very easy. No waiting. I highly recommend Dr. MacDonald and her team for dental services as they make a traditionally stereotypical “not fun experience” a very nice one indeed.

Dr. Melonie MacDonald is awesome. When you find a dentist that you can work with and trust..you stay with them. I used to see Dr. Lori Russett (she retired) and Dr. MacDonald was working with her. I had a very positive experience with her (root canal) and am more than willing to travel over 2 hours to entrust her office and staff to work on my teeth. Great place to go for dental work.

Had my teeth cleaned here. The hygienist was great, front staff were very kind and professional. The process for signing in was easy and seamless, being able to fill all the forms on my phone. I am used to going to dental offices with bright sterile, fluorescent light, and this office is not...it’s a great space.
