What an amazing Dental Centre for kids. My son, Jamie, age 9 had to have 3 teeth extracted on Monday, and the dentist and assistant was amazing, they calmed him and explained it all in such good detail, that he was not worried about the extraction at all, just kept on watching his show on the tv above. Absolutely reccomend this place! They have been excellent with both my children, my youngest first went in when they were 1 and a half and the appointment was quick and easy. They are so soft spoken and work with the child to make sure they are comfortable! My oldest has been going here for 6 years and has never had a bad experience. All the ladies who work here are very kind and always willing to work with you.

Our experience was wonderful. My 2-year old daughter usually hates dental appointments but not this time. The staff in front made us at home right away. They were very accomodating and helpful with all my questions. The treatment room was fun, thanks to the TV on the cieling. My daughter felt very relaxed during her examination and was so happy to recieve goodies after her check up.

My daughter was referred to Childrens Dental to have some fillings done since she has an anxiety with going to the dentist. I was very impressed with the atmosphere of the office since it gives more of a "fun" vibe to my daughter rather than that of a hospital type. The staff was very friendly and the dentist & hygienist were great with my daughter! They made her feel very comfortable and she had no problem with them as the explained everything they were going to do. They were very patient, explained all options and procedures in detail & answered any questions that I had. The whole staff and environment of the office makes bringing my daughter there more of a pleasure than the usual kicking and screaming! I highly recommend Childrens Dental Centre

I am currently a member of the Childrens Dental Centre Team!! But that wasn’t always the case - I started out as the mom of a 3 year old son who unfortunately required a fair bit of dental treatment!! Dr. Evancusky & the wonderful & kind staff took great care of my son all those years ago & years later I was lucky enough to become a part of an amazing team of Dentists, Assistants & Adminstrators who truly care about the health & happiness of each of our little patients. Now both of my children have had dental treatment under general anesthesia & continue to come back for check-up & cleanings! As a mom I can understand how scary it can be but feel so blessed to have found the right place for my kids... even before I became part of the staff!! So in closing... I loved it so much I became part of the team ;) LOL

My son was nervous about going to the dentist, but he felt much better upon entering the office. The toy area and the train driving around the ceiling relaxed him. When he went in for his xrays, exam, and cleaning, everything was explained to him, he was made to feel comfortable, and he got to feel the air and vacuum on his hand so that he knew what it felt like. The dentist and hygienist were wonderful with him, explaining things to me, an he had no issues. After we left he was asking about going back again sometime. A wonderful experience to get my child feeling comfortable at the dentist.

Children's Dental Centre is a wonderful place. Your kids can watch tv on the ceiling while having their teeth cleaned with chocolate toothpaste! My kids love coming here and they are very relaxed and comfortable with the staff. The doctors here are excellent and will take the time to explain things to you in detail. They direct bill insurance. I highly recommend them!

My required a difficult extraction for orthodontics which every oral surgeon wanted to do under general anesthesia. Dr. Vaziri extracted it effortlessly in short time with nitrous oxide and local anesthesia. Not a peep from my son, Dr. Vaziri is incredibly gentle, kind, patient, and compassionate is his treatment of children. Very impressed. Thank you.

Another great experience today! Hygenist was great and the dentist was so so patient with my daughter. They covered her sealants as they had done them a few years back and didn’t want me to have to pay again!!! Thanks guys ♥️ Our daughter has been going to this clinic for a few years now. Very knowledgeable staff and front end is awesome. We have had to deal with the pediatric surgical side and basic dental needs and all experiences have been amazing. We chose this location because of these reviews, and I’m so glad we did. From the first phone call to the first impression walking in, we give this 5 stars all around. My oldest daughter had her first check up today. To say she was frightened is an understatement, but upon walking into the office, her nerves began to calm with the kid friendly decor and gregarious welcome by the ladies at the front desk. The hygienist was just as helpful and understanding of all toothy concerns and requests. She waylaid any fears and answered all questions fully. The TVs on the ceiling were a fantastic idea to keep my daughter distracted. And the reception ladies allowed my other kiddos to stay busy in the office lobby with the toys. The Doctor and hygienist were thorough and gentle made my daughter feel genuinely cared for and no longer fearful of the whole experience. I even got to chat awhile with the receptionist ladies who were so warm and kind and helpful in exploring dental insurance options. Thank you, Children’s Dental Centre, for living up to all the other 5 star reviews! My other kiddos will definitely be joining you soon.

I have 6 children - 3 with bad teeth and therefore we have been through 4 dental surgeries for our littles. It has been scary of course, but very rewarding afterwards seeing the children have little to no issues following the dental procedures they have received from the Children's Dental Center. We will continue to use them for our children's dental care.

We had a wonderful experience with Dr. Varughese at the Children's Dental Centre. We were in a very stressful situation where our baby had a severe posterior tongue tie and it took a long time to get him diagnosed. Dr. Varughese saw him quickly, diagnosed him right away, and did the release quickly and efficiently. Her bedside manner is amazing: she made a stressful situation feel calm. She also followed up personally and made me feel that my baby was very well cared for. We now see her as my son's regular dentist. Highly recommend!

Great place to begin a child's experience into the dental world. I took my oldest here when she was 6 or 7, because the regular dentist's equipment was all too big for her. The staff are very helpful and have so much patience. The prizes definitely do their job as well, so my kids are excited for their regular check ups.

My 4-year-old son was referred to Children's Dental by our family dentist for a consultation. Dr. Rae and staff were so wonderful at engaging with my son and making the visit as "fun" as a visit to the dentist can be. Dr. Rae really took the time to explain the procedure required and provided options that would work for us. The "best patient" token and toy machine were a huge hit and part of my son's memorable experience (the iPads helped too!).

They took the time to be warm welcoming, and care and ask my son questions. They took it slow showed him all the tools and explained everything, talking TO him. My 13 year old son is deathly afraid of needles, so when it was discovered that he had a cavity I didn't know what we were going to do. Thank goodness we were referred to theChildren's Dental Centre where Dr. Vaziri and his staff gently led my son through the process without once mentioning the word "needle." The best part of the appointment was when the doctor asked my son if everything went alright and my son responded, "Well, that made up for all the lost sleep I had last night!" I would highly recommend this pediatric dental office for any child.

If you have young children I absolutely recommend you take them to children's dental. Dentist offices can be scary places for little ones. But the staff at children's dental, the dentists and their assisting workers put in so much time to help kids relax and make it a positive experience.

Edit: I am updating this from 5 stars to 3... The Children's Dental Clinic does a very good job at making my kids look forward to going to the dentist, and they seem to do a good job, so for that I appreciate them. However, we have had a couple of bad experiences when it comes to the option of sedation during fillings. My dental plan does not cover nitrous sedation(laughing gas), so I have chosen to not use it for my child's fillings as it is very expensive. (Besides, getting fillings doesn't stress my son out and he is a very good listener) Instead of respecting my decision, staff made it clear they were unimpressed with my choice and tried to scare me into changing mind. Though I held my ground this first time(no gas and everything went fine), the second time my husband was the one who took him. Staff made my husband feel as if he had no choice but to use the sedation(no real reason upon reflection, just a unlikely list of all the things that could go wrong, but in the moment, they felt like a really big deal, - never mind that our child was just fine last time). He ended up agreeing but their high-pressure tactics made him very uncomfortable. His description of the event was similar to what I experienced previously, and so I must conclude that it wasn't just a one-time event and this is how they treat all customer in situations like this. I do not appreciate being treated as if I am an uncaring parent just because I have to be careful with where my money is spent. Paying an extra $160 for my already calm child to be more calm seems excessive. I have not yet decided if we will go back.

A wonderful experience from start to finish. My daughter Aaliyah is only 2 1/2 and she made it through the whole appointment and even a polishing without a fuss. Izzy was so personable and made the appointment extra fun. She explained all her protective clothing as being dressed like a “minion”. My son came in with a shark tooth today!! The dental clinic was amazing, from the receptionist to the dentist, everyone made us feel extremely welcome! The staff was also incredibly knowledgeable, but also seemed to care about how much was coming out of my pocket (in a good way). They were upfront about the cost and even suggested we try and wiggle the tooth out in the next couple of weeks, to save some dollars down the road!! They also offer direct insurance billing now, which is awesome!! Anyways would totally recommend coming here!! worth every penny!

My family have used this place for more than three years now, first with my son who needed a little more than routine check up. He had to have 2 extractions done at age 4 and they were done very well. Now that my daughter is old enough, I took her there today for her first dental check up. The experience is always the same - spectacular. Dr. Rastegari is amazing! We have seen some other doctors there too so I can say that the staff generally are warm and friendly and they listen very attentively. They are never in a hurry to finish with you and rush off, which is one of the most important things to look for in pediatric care. With kids, I believe patience is very important.

We were looking for a dental clinic that had experience treating kids with heart defects (as more caution is needed with some dental procedures). We chose Children's dental Centre because they had established procedures and protocols and they do their dental surgeries at Stollery. The staff at Children's Dental was great. They explained our options and the procedures needed. Our child needs dental surgery for cavities and we are quite relieved to know that it will take place at Stollery. We found Children's Dental Centre professional, organized and helpful. We are happy our child is a patient here. Our child is seen twice yearly at the Children's Dental Centre. I highly recommend them. Their practice is geared for children and they are professional and thorough in their care.

Very great experience for my 3 year old's first dental checkup. Wonderful kid friendly environment, the staff were very kind and professional. My son is normally very timid when it comes to new experiences and the staff were able to make him feel so comfortable and engaged with him in a way where he wasn't scared and cooperated very well! I had a minor issue with a staff member when booking (former staff member) which they encouraged me to discuss and I felt they are honestly striving to be the best. They have friendly staff, great dentists, are gentle and friendly with the kids. always cheerfully even to exchange the prize when my son gets a pink ball :) my kids love it, they are actually happy when it’s time to go. I wouldn’t take them anywhere else.

I have been taking my three children to children’s dental since 2014. The dental staff and front ladies are all fantastic. Great bed side manners from the dental staff team and my children are always well taken care of. My children come out happy even on the occasional cavity fixer upper. My one son needed laughing gas to get extensive work such as a root camel and crown on two teeth. The two dentist were Dr Tahmineh and Dr. Rae, the dental assistants were fantastic at the bedside and helped relieve any stress anxiety he had. My son was 5 years old at the time and then 7 years old for his second work done. The office is always super clean and I can tell that they take pride in maintaining it that way. You always get greeted with a smile and you leave with a smile on your face. The children get a prize at the end and my children seem to really appreciate that. ???????? Would recommend the children’s dental office to anyone seeking highly trained professionals with experience in children’s dental work. Happy Children = Happy Mom

We were referred to the Children's Dental Centre by our family dentist because our 3 year old was a little apprehensive of being at the dentist. From the moment we got to the Children's Dental Centre he was at ease because of the child-friendly nature of the clinic. The train that goes through the entire clinic was a huge hit! The hygienist and dentist, Dr. Evancusky, were both very good with my son explaining to him step by step what they were going to do and he was comfortable the entire visit. At our second visit, 6 months after the initial appointment, they were able to do a full cleaning and flossing with absolutely no fuss at all. The hygienist was so good at explaining everything she was doing and practicing each instrument on his finger before putting them in his mouth so he wasn't scared at all. Would highly recommend to anyone with small children who may be fearful of the dentist for the first time.

While I am still very disappointed with the dental work that was done, as I personally don't feel as though general anaesthetics is the best option for children, for a dentist yes all they have to do is work on a unconscious child however there are definite risks in putting a child under for the ease of the dentist. I do however appreciate the office manager who is very kind and understanding in giving me all call to talk about the appointment. It doesn't change what went on as far as our visit with the dentist goes. The dentist we seen this visit was anxious and unwilling to finish the work necessary for my son. To be a CHILDRENS dental clinic all dentists should be able to work on all children. I was very pleased with most of the staff, the cleanliness and child friendly office. I was also pleased with the dentist and dental hygienist we seen at our visit in February.

We were received and treated respectfully at all times by the doctors and the reception staff. However, once in the office the doctor seemed to opt a bit too quickly for a treatment under general anesthesia, in spite of the fact that only a couple of teeth were involved. I was given other options only after I requested them, by the assistant and not by the doctor, who seemed a bit in a hurry to leave the room and pass to other thing. As a result, I was left with the general impression that this treatment was offered not for the comfort of the child, but for the comfort and easiness it brings to the doctor. After discussion with my husband we opted not to put our daughter under general anesthesia, and booked an appointment for the following week in order to start a regular treatment (the reception staff was great at it. Thanks). Nevertheless, even here the doctor seemed more worried to save time and effort than to make the child feel comfortable and trustful: even thought we had already booked at our convenience the doctor wanted to change our appointment for a later date and at the end of the day, so as not to waste the clinic´s time in case the child refused to cooperate, or to complete the WHOLE treatment in ONE session if the child was cooperative. At the end it didn’t work at all; the doctor was impatient and our daughter reluctant. We were also told that our daughter would not be treated there anymore unless she was under general anesthesia, and that we were free to look for another option. That´s what we did, and it took two appointments and, yes, a lot of patience from our super-great new dentist to complete the worst part of the dental work needed by our daughter, and we will definitely keep taking her there for the rest of it, and for whatever she needs from now on. We were also given alternatives in treatment plans (the treatment plan given to us in Children´s Dental Clinic mounted to almost 3,000 dollars, partly, but not only, because of the general anesthesia). To sum up, the doctors in this pediatric clinic are probably very knowledgeable (they can give you statistics on everything) and their clinic is modern and clean, but in our experience they lack what you would expect the most from any health professional, and especially from a pediatric one: patience, empathy and compassion.

Our family dentist recommended us to bring our 2 children to the Children's Dental Centre because my daughter was somewhat apprehensive about going to her bi-annual appointments. Both of our kids love going to this dental clinic because they have ipads for them to use while we wait for our appointment, all of the staff we have met are extremely friendly, everything is explained to the kids so there are "no surprises", and my kids love getting to pick a toy from the toy dispenser. As a parent, I like watching my kids interact with the staff (there are often a lot of giggles) and I really appreciate that they consistently run on time (at lease we have never had to wait past our appointment time).

I have taken my children ages 2 + 3 to Children's Dental for their checkups twice now. I was super nervous about taking them without my husband for back-up as I am out numbered, and the dentist can be intimidating for adults! But the clinic is perfectly setup! Ipads, toys and even a train that goes around the ceiling to keep them busy while we waited. The exam rooms are clean, bright, have awesome kids programming on the suspending tv's. The hygienists are amazing with kids, explaining everything, letting the kids examine the tools they use and demonstrating what they are going to do on a cute little dragon toy first. Both my kids look forward to their next visit, and getting their prize! Happy to have found it!

We are visiting from out of town, when my daughters tooth had started to really bug her. She has an appointment for when we return to home but I didn’t want to wait. I called the Children’s Dental Centre and they were immediately accommodating. I was able to bring my daughter in to see a dentist 15 minutes after calling to inquire. The receptionist at the front desk, Holly, was kind and knowledgeable. She assured me about how my dental insurance would work. Then the dental hygienist called us in to the examine room. She was also kind and knowledgeable. She spoke directly to my daughter, was compassionate and thoughtful. She definitely made my child feel comfortable. She listened to the history behind the tooth complications and recorded all the details in her charting software. My youngest daughter came along due to child care limitations and it was no trouble at all. She was also made to feel welcome and comfortable. Dr. Rae came in shortly after the hygienist was done with her routine, and Dr. Rae was completely child centred. Addressed my daughter immediately, was kind, mindful and empathetic. The clinic was extremely accommodating to our unique situation of being from out of town and requiring immediate attention. They juggled their appointments around a bit and then we’re able to open up an appointment within 48 hours of my request for emergency dental care. My child is calm now knowing that her needs are important and her worry has been validated. I am extremely grateful for the care, attention and kindness the staff provided today at the St. Albert Trail location and am confident that our appointment on Friday morning will be just as successful. Thanks so much everyone for your diligence, integrity, professionalism and child centred care!! We truly appreciate your work <3

We started going to Children’s Dental Centre in Edmonton when my daughter needed to have cavities tended to. They used a private surgical suite to do the procedure and our experience went extremely well so we have been coming back ever since. We also had an emergency visit during Covid-19 right when dental was allowed to open again & the office was so accommodating. The office really knows how to communicate in a child’s language so they understand things and they are so patient and kind. We have seen 3 different doctors in our time there and they are all fantastic! 5 Stars - I will be taking my other child to this clinic when she is old enough as well.

Then they quoted me 650 for 4 fillings, turns out my child only needed 3 fillings, the final bill was 820. Why quote me a price if you won't honour it. Don't trust this place they are a bunch of frauds. They over charged us so bad that my insurance that usually covers 100% is only gonna cover half the bill.We will never be back. I started taking my kids here about 21 years ago and now all my grandkids are being seen here. The staff are always welcoming, courteous and willing to explain billing and procedures in advance. The office atmosphere is child friendly. The dentists and hygienists are very professional and interact well with the kids. My kids and grandkids never complain about attending their appointments. They have done an excellent job of handling the COVID protocol and we have felt the facilities are well cleaned and safe. I would recommend this facility.

My child has special needs and all the staff are extremely kind and accommodating. Everyone is very friendly. The waiting room is a bright, cheery room with toys, i pads and books. TVs on the ceilings help little ones focus on something else during check ups. My kid's favourite part is where they get to pick their own prize from a little toy vending machine! Great practice and I recommend to everyone with kids.

I brought my daughter here almost two years ago upon recommendation from a friend after the first pediatric dentist I went to was not a great fit. Right away I knew CDC definitely was! They have an amazing gift of working with kids and making them feel comfortable. They truly want the experience to be positive and fun! We have seen Dr. Rastegari and Dr Vasiri and they have both been wonderful. And Izzy the hygienist is so amazing. And during the pandemic they created a fun video to share with kids about how things are going at the office. I am so glad my daughter has such a great place to go to and take care of her dental needs while she grows up. I highly recommend the CDC! Just take your kids there!

Absolute money hungry for children's dental "care" . Attempted to charge my 3 year's old son. The dentist claimed he had cavities which amounted to $2400 excluding my insurance coverage. We went to a different dentist and was told the cavities did not exist to the extent for concern. Do not go here

The staff at this clinic are fantastic for kids! My 7 year old is usually nervous of the dentist and needs me by her side, but the hygienist Amy just kept talking to her and gained her trust, and I didn't even have to stay in the room while her teeth were cleaned, and we got xrays done without any gag reflex! The receptionists are very helpful and talked me through all the insurance details I needed without rushing me. Highly recommended, especially for nervous kids!

We travelled several hours for my daughters appointment and they opened up outside of regular office hours for us. They we're very fast in booking our appointment, and they were professional and friendly to deal with. My daughter has high anxiety around dental procedures but they treated her with respect as well and she had no fear during the appointment. Everything was explained in detail about the procedures and the recovery expectations as well as coordinating insurance payments and billing. I would highly recommend them.

I'm always happy with the level of care provided here. They encourage general anesthesia which works great for my son who seems to have issues with cavities. I'm hoping this method will ensure he always has a great experience with the dentist, with little trauma. The level of safety while putting my child under is great peace of mind. I requested twice to talk to my daughter's Dr and he send me a message that he doesn't have time to talk. They deal with children as numbers and $$$ and not as a patient. I cancelled all my daughter's appointments and will never deal or recommend dealing with them.

A great dental office to take children. Very friendly and professional staff. Everyone is treated with respect and the children are cared for as if they were the dentist's children. They make the children feel at ease, explain the what is going to happen so it reduces level of anxiety for the child. Bonus is the tokens for toys! I can't say enough good things about this dental office! Our youngest had an iffy first experience with an extraction so we went in search of somewhere new and found this wonderful place. The ladies were so nice and made her feel right at home. She wasn't bothered by them at all and focused on her show. She didn't even flinch when they were extracting the tooth! My original dentist wanted to pull his front tooth at the age of 3. I went to the Children's Dental Centre and they told me not to worry and to just keep an eye on it. We did not need to pull his tooth and his adult teeth have come in just fine. They know kids and will do everything to make their experience pleasant.

My oldest boy was very VERY scared to go in. Once he sat in the chair and they started talking with him, he calmed right down. My youngest boy has autism and he was not sitting good at all. My wife and I recently had our son to the Children's Dental Centre. Our son has severe anxiety and doesn't let anyone near his teeth. Brushing his teeth every day is a task and a half for us even!! We've had him to a number of dentists in our hometown and no seems to be able to get anywhere with him. So when we came to Edmonton we were immediately accomodated by them by making an appointment while we were in town! The waiting room was set up perfect for our son to make him comfortable almost like being at home. The staff was very warm and helped my son feel comfortable. The hygienist was awesome! She set our son at ease to the point where he let her check his teeth, which up till this point several people haven't been able to do! The dentist was the same way. From now on, this will be our dentist of choice, even if we have to drive 5 hours for an appointment! This kind of customer service is very rare and hard to find!!

Ive taken my daughter to this dentist for almost 2 years. First impressions are always great when walking in; the staff is friendly, the waiting area is full of fun stuff for kids, plus the train that’s comes by every now and then. The hygienists are excellent with the kids. I must commend them for their patience with some of the trickier children. My child isn’t a fan of the dentist visits, and often refuses to participate with the whole procedure, but they handle her extremely well and it’s never a traumatic experience for my daughter. The doctor is also friendly and great with kids! I would recommend this place for anyone with little ones!

We have been coming to the Children’s Dental Centre for several years. They are always friendly and welcoming. One of my kids is immune compromised and Dr. Vaziri is familiar with the medications and complications we have had in the past and was able to take care of my kiddo. My other kiddo is good with cleanings but very skittish about anything else and today we came in for a small filling - which didn’t happen when my kiddo got too scared and upset. Dr. Vaziri and Izabela were fabulous dealing with him and we stopped and made an alternate plan without any meanness or shaming that can happen with other dentists (like the one I grew up with!). I would recommend coming here to anyone with kids. They have so many things in place to relax the kids and make it a calm and fun environment. The dentists here are all top notch and I have left every appointment satisfied I have been heard and my kids have been taken care.

Kids really enjoy watching the little train track travelling around the office, on a lifted track. Dental assistants are wonderful, especially when I was nervous because I had two simultaneous appointments and wanted to be both girls! The doctor is great. It’s hit or miss with the front desk ladies, one was very reluctant to discuss billing details - it appeared as though our whole file disrupted her day, unfortunate for her. Otherwise, the other front staff are relatively pleasant and professional.

I’ve been taking my son to the Children’s Dental Centre since his whole life and I can’t imagine taking him anywhere else. The staff are well trained and experienced with children and the anxieties that come with a visit to the dentist. They just began direct billing also which makes my life much easier. Wait times are typically low and there is plenty to entertain kids while in the wait room as well as the dentist’s chair!

This Children's dental office is great with customer service, cheerfulness from the moment you walk in, the atmosphere is relaxed and they are ready to treat their patients with utmost respect and care. My kids love coming here especially for the truly gentle, quick and trustworthy care. The kids really do enjoy looking as the train goes in and out of the different areas of the office, the tv’s in the ceiling while the procedures are being done and of course the prizes at the end of the visit are just the cherry on top. The staff are great, gentle and kind. Always put the kids and their families comfort, care and safety first. The Dentists explain what will be done and go over everything prior and after appointments. Plenty of free parking on premises and just an overall great place to take your kids. They are such an amazing practice that they opened up an office in Spruce Grove for those out of town.

Dr. Vaziri and his staff were wonderful treating my son under general anaesthetic. My husband and I were nervous about putting our little guy to sleep for his treatment, but they completely eased our fears and made all three of us feel very comfortable. My daughter has what I would consider moderate anxiety. She's 6. New experiences and people make her really nervous and she will shut down. Needless to say she was quite nervous going in for a check up a few days ago. Dr. Rae was amazing with her. She explained everything to my daughter and had great "bedside manner". I feel like my daughter was treated with respect and patience and as a mom that means the world. Best experience we ever had with any dental practitioner. Thanks guys! To top it all off they ever gave us some Oil King tickets and we are looking forward to checking out a game at Roger's Place as a family.

Our two little girls LOVE coming here! Like, who actually loves going to the dentist?????‍♂️???? Well, the way the Staff treat them from the moment they step to the counter has much to do with it. Try for yourself, is all I can say. It really is a special experience. The rest has to do with the fun they have in the dentist chair. They have interesting and often quite comical conversations with the Staff, who treat and speak to them the way any parent could hope their child could be respected and cherished. We are new patients at the Children’s Dental Center, as our daughter is 2 years old and has complex medical issues and gets very anxious around doctors and medical situations. The staff and dentist are fantastic. The office is so inviting our daughter was actually excited to go in. All the staff is well trained in dealing with children, and the dentist we see is so friendly, knows how to interact with our daughter, and is knowledgeable even in the rare disorder she has. I brought my son here so that he would have a great experience at the dentist and we weren't dissapointed. He loves the train when he walks in and the staff are all very kind people, after each cleaning he gets a toy which he loves and of course the tv in the sky. This place was designed to help children relax (and their parents) and it is working well. We have only had positive experiences here and to be honest I wish there was a place like this when we were young. This is the only place we will be bringing our son and any other children we may have in the future. Seriously an awesome dental clinic!

My daughter was referred the the children's dental centre, as she was not sure of the dentist as this was her first time going to a dentist. When you walk into the office you feel very welcomed. The office is very child oriented I find it keep my daughter very relaxed and if she's relaxed so is mom. The staff is amazing with the kids and helping them stay calm. The staff is very good at explaining what has to be done or is being done to your child's teeth. I personally can mot say enough about our visit to the children's dental centre. My boys were referred to the children's dental center for dental surgery. My youngest being autistic going into a place like the dentist can be overwhelming and over stimulating but the staff here have been great with him. Making it a fun experience. As well as my oldest getting his work done the staff again made him feel brave and not scared at all. And the play area they have in the waiting area is great. Theres something for all ages from babies to toddler with the toys to the older aged kids with set up electronics for them to play on and of course free wifi!!

I brought my one year old in for her meet and greet / initial assessment and everyone was great! COVID procedures were great, reception was also really friendly and attentive to the needs of my daughter and I. When we went into the patient room the dental hygienist, Isabella, was phenomenal! She was funny and personable, which calmed my nerves. My dentist, Dr. Joannie Bernier, was friendly, and efficient, and bilingual (French/English). I’m really happy with my choice to add this centre to my daughter’s healthcare team :)

Finally referred to Children's Dental and so blessed to have met all of them they are very accommodating and helped my son up until now with his dental issues. I am blessed indeed.
