I can say first hand, over the shoulder evaluation as a clinical instructor at the prestigious LVI training institute, Dr. Roland is one of THE most highly skilled dentists in our course. His commitment to continued education shows he wants only the highest quality of treatments available for his patients. You will not be disappointed with Dr. Roland and his team.

PSA: Beware of this man. He was fully aware that I need more anesthetic than most, and also take a little longer to feel the effects. He was supposed to perform an extraction, so it is important to be frozen.. he kept telling me how difficult this procedure was going to be for me repeatedly. (You would think he would have known how to book enough time for himself) For some reason he was still agitated when I mentioned that I was not yet frozen and needed a moment (after only 10 minutes), he snapped his gloves off (threw them down) and said "well I have another patient to get too". His unprofessional, and abusive behavior didn't stop there. He continued to speak at me in a rude, hostile tone, until I asked to be excused from the office. It is apparent as well that the assistant is afraid to stand up to him as she just got quiet and looked away as this all happened. I get it, I was in shock too. Very disappointing and traumatic experience, on top of a very difficult week full of tooth pain. I consider getting out of there a blessing in disguise. I recommend reading the WebMD reviews as well, because I gave him the benefit of the doubt and looked past them, until I experienced his abuse of power for myself.
