I cannot express enough how wonderful the experience was that I had in this clinic. I have not been to a dentist in 10years due to being anxious about dentists. I told them this at the office, and they were so understanding. From the moment I walked in I felt comfortable. The receptionist greeted me and was so kind. The person who took my x-rays was absolutely wonderful! She explained everything and visited with me which really calmed my nerves. The hygienist that cleaned my teeth was amazing! She was so gentle and talked to me the whole time! It went by so fast. She reassured my feelings and acknowledged them (I am used to others saying I am an adult and I should just get over it). Dr. Rusteika was AMAZING!! He is so kind, and caring. He also reassured me and acknowledged my feelings. He conversed with me and was very gentle. Amazing experience, I will most definitely be making regular visits for cleaning now every 6 months with confidence that I will be treated with kindness and care. Thank you for the amazing experience.

Friendly, professional and wonderfully welcoming office. My 6-year-old was pretty nervous about the dentist but Dr. Rusteika and staff were wonderful with her. She can't wait to go back, and that's saying something. Would recommend this office to anyone who needs a dentist in Regina.

Dr.Rusteika is fantastic and his staff are wonderful. I have been a patient of his for over 12 years and many of my friends and family members have transitioned to his care because of how happy I have been with the service he provides. We have 6 children ranging in age from 13-3. It is very difficult to get medical check-ups for all the children at the same time unless you want to book an entire afternoon off work. Southland Dental staff work the schedule so we can be in and out with all 8 of us in under 2 hours. They are great with the little ones and Dr.Rusteika remembers little details about each and every one of them, which makes them feel special. His administrative staff is efficient which makes claims submission a breeze. We have recently moved to another city but will still make the drive to see Dr.Rusteika for appointments because once you find a good dentist, you don't let them go!

Very disappointed!!! Their secretary is rude, argumentative and lacks customer service. I Have been a client for years and will not be coming back. The dental staff is polite and I never had any issues with them, but their secretary is incapable of providing any customer service. I had advised the office 2 previous times that I wanted to cancel an appointment which I didn't remember making so I was out of town. She called me with a reminder, for the third time, and started arguing with me on the phone that I HAD made the appointment. Well, this experience was not going to make me come back any time soon. An apology for the misunderstanding and a cancellation would have been a better approach.

Safe to say I’ve found my new dentist. Thanks Dr. Rusteika! I Called yesterday morning because my wisdom teeth have been a problem the receptionists on the phone where extremely helpful and even got me in the very next day for an extraction Dr. Rusteika along with his assistants were wonderful and pleasant He explained the steps for the extraction and the aftercare/treatment not even half an hour later i was heading home with no more wisdom tooth pain 10/10

Called first thing in the morning because of a wicked toothache and the receptionist on the phone was such a sweetheart; she got me in a couple hours later. I have really bad anxiety about going to the dentist but Dr. Rusteika and his assistant, Kara, were phenomenal! He thoroughly explained the option for a course of treatment he was going to take to fix the issue at hand and talked me though how we should go about fixing some other dental problems that I have. 6 hours later at home, the freezing is worn off and I’m a good 90% pain free! Safe to say I’ve found my new dentist. Thanks Dr. Rusteika!!

Dr. Rusteika is one of the nicest and honest professionals you can encounter. I finally landed at the Southland dental clinic .For a cleaning Which I found on the web. I was drawn by the many practices they offer under the same clinic. The services I received were meticulous and second to none. And my transition as new patient was seamless . I learned about what is truly needed for my dental hygiene and care. What I like is even though they have been established for many years . They are not just about taking your money, they care about your long term business and your real concerns. And in my case was offered the best value as well as great service . 100% recommended if you are in search of a good dental clinic . Hope this helps as it is sometimes intimidating to hand over your whole file to a new clinic .

I wish that I had changed to this dentist years ago! All the staff here are amazing! My whole experience has been nothing but wonderful! Both of my children asked why we waited so long to switch dentists. My 10 year old son said he cannot wait to go back for his next check up!

If you're white, they're great! If you look like you could be anything else, just accept that they won't listen to you, they think you can't speak English properly, and they won't talk to you if there's a white person available. I (a white person) went in with my boyfriend (who happens to have brown skin); he was treated horribly from the get-go. The receptionist suggested I help him fill out the new patient forms, the dentist didn't talk to him at all until I was in the room, the nurse came to explain the situation with me so that "someone would understand," and when she used a big term and he reiterated the meaning of the word to her, she ignored him and explained it in layman's terms. Don't go to visit these people, they are terrible and have no consideration that maybe you can't talk because you have an infected wisdom tooth which makes it hard to open your mouth and speak perfectly (even though a white person would do the same thing). So don't go here. Go anywhere else.
