Went there very early in the morning for Free Dental Day. Was very disappointed to learn it wasn’t actually “first come first serve” & they weren’t doing much other than cleanings & exams. Lots of cold people standing outside, some even spending the night, only to have people from the very back go inside & be helped. Very unorganized event. Also a lot of commotion outside in the line, lots of racism. Was looking forward to going as I’ve heard nothing but great things but I’m not sure I’ll be going in the future.

I came into this office as a new patient having to find a new Dental GP in Regina after having the same dental GP my whole life and. I was referred to Dr. Romaniuk from a friend and it was a fantastic referral! The ladies at the this dental office were so helpful and sweet. My first intimal appt was on the day that all of southern Saskatchewan lost power which was eventful to say the least. The ladies were diligent in rescheduling my appt and getting me in before year end fo insurance purposes. My hygienist Jennifer M. worked efficiently and quickly - not to mention, she was informative as to what she was doing and why. Dr. Romaniuk was friendly, clear and communicative with both myself as well as his staff. I would highly recommend these folks :)

They deliberately lied to me before starting my treatment. Hurried me into getting wisdom teeth pulled and then collected caah from me which would otherwise have been under insurance. Post services I have been suffering severe paon and unusual swelling and there is noone available to provide any support over weekend.

When I first started going to enhance dental...they were great. I had full dental coverage through my work and enhance direct billed. As time went on...fillings that enhance did for me would fall out in less then 5 months, they had to do a root canal twice on the same tooth...eventually having to pull that tooth. Multiple work being done on the same tooth. After a while I told Enhance because they are doing sloppy work..my insurance WILL not be paying for it. So they did the work for free. The tooth they had to pull (the one they did a botched root canal on) Serge (one of the dentists, broke the tooth half off and said "I will be right back I have to go work on another patient". They all left me in the chair, with a broken off tooth, packed with gauze....the freezing started to come out. After 5 min...i gestured that the freezing was coming out so they froze me again. My dad also had problems with them doing multiple work on the same tooth...so they could cash in on the dental insurance. I stopped going to them and my dad had a cleaning so he figured go back to enhance until he finds a GOOD dentist. This time...enhance no longer did direct billing...why? Because Great West Life forbid them to because they found enhance was doing multiple work on the same tooth and they caught them with insurance fraud. So now...you have to pay up front...then send the bills into your insurance company. Enhance may be good for basic check up, cleanings...but if you need extractions or fillings...don't bother. Go to a more honest and reputable clinic that has your best interest at heart and not their own pocket book.

Dentist are great but the office manager they have is a problem area. Which leaves me to question the rest of the practice. They just lost the business of 4 people over “policy”. Go somewhere else save yourself the hassle.

Service is at par. Staff are nice and efficient. Dr. Kelsey Nagy made my trips to the dentist exciting rather than horrifying. She made me feel very comfortable. Her professionalism and expertise is simply the best. Highly recommended. It’s definitely worth spending that hard earned money.

We would like to thank them truely from the bottom our hearts on the way were where treated and all the work that had to be done. I have had nothing but good experiences with this office. I've dealt with all the dentists and many of the technicians. We used to live in the East end of the city and moved northwest. They are so good, we wont go anywhere else even though there are other places closer to us! There was one time that my boy had an allergic reaction and Dr. Tony responded to my texts to help to explain the procedure to the ER doctor and helped us to understand what he was reacting to. Afterwards the office followed up with me to make sure my boy was ok. Thankfully it was a one time reaction and no issues since.. but the fact that you get that level of care is priceless! For as long as they are in business, my family will be patients there!

Really great, friendly and attentive staff who are all professional and great to talk to at all times. They make going to the dentist quite a pleasure! That said, I can't give Enhance Dental a full 5 stars, because of their not overly convenient hours. No evenings or weekend appointments, means I need take time off work, and not only that, but the one time I had an 11:15 or so appointment, they stopped at high noon and told me to come back with another appointment to finish up. That's not really putting the customer first, I think. So, that said, I now always book for 1 pm, right when they're back from lunch, and they almost always take me within 5 mins. So that's good. I'm still with Enhance Dental for now, because of the great service and staff, but I really hope they start expanding their hours into weekends or evenings like the competition, because they're starting to get tempting.

The front staff were helpful and very polite. the prices were HALF what i was quoted from another dentist) the dentist Kelsey Nagy and her assistant were beyond perfect, from telling me exactly what they were doing to showing me on the monitor exactly what needed to be done. Very Disappointed and in pain! I have been going to Enhanced Dental for 10 years and have had I broke my crown on Friday June 26th and waited until Monday to call in for an emergency appointment, as my exposed tooth was full of open nerves and very painful. They weren't able to get me in until Tuesday(June 30th) at 1pm. I showed up a little early for my appointment and got right in. I sat in the dental chair until 1:45 when Dr. Romaniuk finally came in. He took one look at the x-rays, and my broken crown that I brought with me, and said he couldn't glue it back on. I already knew it couldn't be glued on as it was in pieces. He then told me they couldn't do a temporary crown because they're wasn't enough time, as it would take an hour. That's where I got upset. I waited for 45 mins of my hour long appointment.. sitting in the chair... to be told I'd have to come back? It is painful to eat or drink and to breathe causes the nerves to shoot pain through my jaw. I went to the front desk to book my next appointment. JULY 16TH was the earliest I could get back in. I said I can't wait that long...I was told that after the July 1st Wednesday... things usually change and I could probably get in if I went on a cancelation list. Nope. Still suffering. The reason this bothered me is because I had enough time booked for my appointment but the dentist was 45 minutes late. I think since he made me wait, why couldn't the patient after me wait while he fixed my crown? It was very unprofessional to be that late, then tell me he can't do anything for me because of time. My husband refuses go back because his last two filings have hurt for days afterwards...where there was no pain before. We'll both be going to a new dentist.

I recently had a filling fall out and came to Enhance dental centre to have it repaired. They were able to get me in promptly with an appointment the next day, and even stayed a little late after their office closed in order to accommodate me. They not only repaired it promptly, but also had time to complete an assessment on the rest of my teeth and provide me with an estimate for getting a crown on the tooth in the future. As well, they made sure to use enough freezing on my particularly sensitive tooth so that any pain was absolutely minimal. Great experience compared to other dental clinics that I have been to. Thank you Kelsey and the rest of the staff at Enhance dental centre for the prompt and quality service!
