They say that a leader is only as good as his team. This statement is true when it comes to Downtown Dental Centre. The staff was amazing. I felt welcomed and taken care of the entire experience. Dr. Dodds explained the entire procedure and made me feel comfortable as I sat down on that dreaded dental seat. The more he spoke, the more I got lost into his eyes. Just kidding. But seriously, he knows his stuff and I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone. Especially if you live or work in the downtown area. Can't believe I'm saying this but I can't wait to be back (so I will be switching to an all candy diet from here on out. jk again). Thanks again, DDC. You rock the flock!

This is an amazing dental centre that for all your dental needs. The staff here is very helpful and polite. I visited here for a root canal treatment. Dr. Dimple Sharma explained me all the steps and was always ready to answer all my questions. She is a gem of a dentist. The clinic also has a specialist that visits here every month who is very renowned and knowledgeable. Overall, I would definitely recommend you to visit here for your dental problems.

I had been shopping for a dentist for quite a while, mostly because I didn't want to go and have not had good dental experiences even with only 1 cavity in 46 years. I knew my wisdom teeth needed to come out so I read Downtown Dental Centre reviews and figured I'd try here. I waited to do a review as wisdom teeth are no fun at the best of times and I wanted to have a cleaning too. For the first time in my life I had a pain free cleaning and was show amazing compassion when getting my wisdom teeth pulled. I never thought I'd write a review for a dentist never mind a GOOD one, but every experience, visit, communication, or procedure I've had done here merits every positive comment I've shared. Simply the best Dentist I've ever been to and incredible staff!!

Spoke to a very nice lady on the phone. Emergency dental in my mind is something that could have potential medically for a patient, like an abscessed tooth. Eligibility shouldn't be based on the type of coverage a patient has. This is nothing against the lady who answered the phone but on a cynical business practice that can turn people away who have the potential for an even greater emergency. Dentists should be held to the same standards as doctors because in some cases "dental emergencies" can be life threatening if not addressed.

Without a doubt , this is the best Desntist I have ever been to in 38 years. All the staff is super attentive and pleasant. The shire amount of pride and time taken to do even the smallest filling shows they care about the patient. They want out of there way to make everything perfect even when stuff was of there control. I havent stopped telling everybody I know about the awesome work and how great of a vist I had to the dentist.

I don’t have enough good things to say about Downtown Dental and their staff. Andrea at the front desk is always so cheerful and pleasant to deal with. My two young daughters just adore Dr. Dodds as he has always made them feel comfortable while in the chair. Barb and Michelle are just fantastic! We consistently have positive visits and my daughters look forward to coming back.

I've had four dentists in three different cities throughout my life. None of the others hold a candle up to Dr. Dodds. He explained the wisdom tooth extraction procedure thoroughly, and was very personable/funny while doing it. I have dentist anxiety and Dr. Dodds was able to put my mind at ease. And, unlike every other dentist, he was honest and didn't recommend a bunch of unnecessary procedures to get more of my sweet, sweet dental plan dollars. Thanks Dr. Dodds and the entire crew!

Got my tooth pulled when I was in EXTREME pain. My Old dental office told me 5 days when I had a crack, so thick I could see it from 3 feet away in mirror. Called this place they got me in next morning! Dentist and staff are super pleasant. I have another appointment next week to get more info for my insurance company. Myself, my wife , and my 1 year old will all be coming here for future dental work due to the amazing survice I had. Thanks team!

My experiences so far has been very positive. They are very organized and extremely professional. Super clean place with no wait times. Their way of repeatedly reconfirming appointments are fabulous. Billing is like an express checkout, more so when your insurance covers it. I recently got my cleaning done after few decades.Thanks to Ms.Apple for being friendly atmosphere created during the process. I'm extremely happy with the service and the appearance of my teeth now.
