Last December I visited them for a dental issue and the nurse said that they will talk to Dr Jun and called me ,believe me I called them two times to remind my issue.Sad to say After 20 days I got a call .I think the new staff need to learn lot and think more of the patients.The front desk lady is the one that supports you truly.

Dr. Tavakoli is amazing. I was so scared to get my work done but she was superb with her work and kept me informed about the next steps. She has a good sense of humor which id a bonus. Definitely will visit again.

We have been going here for yrs. Service was good, as of late awful. Husband went to get a filling. All of a sudden receptionist was calling him out. "Next time you come why don't you know what you're going to get done!" Also he went to retrieve his jacket & she says, "Where are you going?" His appt was for front tooth this was done. She assumed he was wasting their time. No apology, nothing.

This used to be the best dentist in the city but you couldn't pay me to go back. They have changed staff so often and the last time I went it took over three hours for what was suppose to be just the end of a root canal. They were unnecessarily rough, very rude and the worst part is that I have continued to have problems with that tooth. I left in tears last time and will never go back. I'd give them less than one star if I could.

My wife had an absolutely terrible experience. The dental assistant was judgemental and rude. It's bad enough to have dental work done, but to be verbally abused before hand is absolutely unacceptable. I am a business owner and I strive to give my clients the best experience possible. Would not recommend to anyone.

I am giving this office a poor review after my last visit. I noticed that the staff deeply scratched my tooth after a “cleaning” & now I have to get more work on it. Also the filling fell out a few minutes after I left the office. I don’t recommend this dental office.

Dr. T is a wonderful dentist. She is kind, patient, compassionate and understanding. When she works in your mouth she is extremely gentle and explains what she is doing. She treats you with respect and that is so important too. They have a wonderful staff who are always so friendly, kind and always willing to help. I love this office!

I've been going to Cathedral dental for a couple of years now. I just switched to Dr. Tavakoli and I'm very happy with her work. She explains every step and gives you all your options. She doesn't take forever to do your fillings and there's no pain. This is especially important to me because I can't keep my jaw open too long before it starts hurting. I had a car accident 2 years ago. She even did a polish for me at no charge last time. The rest of the staff are also polite and accommodating. Very happy. Would recommend.

I went to this dentist because I was a naive university student at the time and needed a dentist that would cover the health insurance instead of paying you back later in the mail, and it was the worst mistake of my life. All I had was filling for my multiple cavities and It took a few session to get them all. She would try to squeeze as many filling into an hour as she could and I remember her planning to do 3 at a beginning and she only got two done and I couldn't keep my mouth open any longer. That not mentioning how horrible the quality of the filling were! my bite was never the same after and I had to wear down the filling with my own teeth to get them to proper shape. The one time a chunk of my tooth they filled too much came off with the piece of filling my teeth were grinding at. I will never go back here and I will never ever recommend this dentist to anyone!
