I must say all staff are very professional and knowledgeable specially Dr. Anokhi Patel. There is only one minor thing if that could be improved like if we get totally clear picture at the time of estimate, which part is insured and which would be paid of our pocket, not after procedure completed . So far it's good and never overcharged however it's a little bit confusing and if that could be improved then it would be peace of mind before going for any procedure.

Pleasant experience at this dental office. Dr. Marchuk preformed a couple of fillings and a root canal for me. Had minimal discomfort after each procedure. The hygienists and receptionists were always friendly and professional. Definately recommend this practice.

New protocol due to Covid19 is also good. My hygienist is very careful and explained everything well. She didn't rush at all and was very friendly too. I have a fear of needles so freezing for a procedure is always difficult for me, but I seldom feel anything at all, much less real pain. I was always happy but not last visit for my daughter. First of all they didn't let me in with my daughter as she is just 8 yr old. In professional practice parents should be with under 16 yr old kids. Which is fine. Second I was not informed for my doctor wasn't going to be in that day because if I knew I had right to reschedule my visit. I didn't know until we were done our visit. Other doctor saw first time my daughter and referred her to see orthodontist. I don't know how much I should trust for that referral as it wasn't my doctor who referred me. I wasn't happy at all with my last visit for my daughter. I think it's good to take kids to children's dental clinic because this clinic doesn't have enough space for parents to be in there because of Covid-19 which doesn't make sense as my daughter was with me all the time and then just for visit they don't want me to be with her. I would like get Dr. anokhi's opinion for my daughter's last visit. Because I didn't get help what I wanted and for the reason I booked. If this clinic doesn't have enough space then they should not book kids for the time being and should not keep sending reminder. At the end I feel it's just to make money.

She has helped me overcome my fear sooo much to point where I can even sleep the night before my appt! Lol they are sooo great there! I have been a client for 5 years and this is the first time I ever felt/treated that way. Not happy with it and will not go with that same hygienist again. Worst experience I’ve had at a dentist office in really a long time. The dental assistant/hygienist(s) kept speaking to information that wasn’t accurate. When I asked a question about discolouration on teeth, they said it can happen from high fevers (but didn’t know what the value of a high tempature was) and from antibiotics taken while pregnant (that “[she] knows for a fact the doctor wouldn’t have given that kind of antibiotic” to me based on what it can do to teeth. I’m pretty sure risk of death outweighs discoloured teeth. She also had no clue what the names of said antibiotics were). The dentist misdiagnosed my kid in terms of number of cavities. We ended up seeing another dentist the very next day. Then when it was time to pay and bill insurance they required me to sign a document with no actual description of services provided, it was only dental codes. Other dentist offices (and this one used to) use customer friendly terminology to verify services, not codes. I’ve been incorrectly billed by them before which is why this is frustrating. Overall, very disappointed since the numerous changes in staffing.
