Huge RAVE to Aura dental and to Dr.Wallace for making my two little boys first dentist appointments better than I ever could have hoped!! I'm the biggest baby when it comes to dentistry. It was really hard for me to choose a dentist that I could trust for my own family, but Dr.Wallace is so humorous and calming that he's made trips to the dentist more exciting than trips to the park! Thank you Aura dental for being so gentle and so kind to my family and for pulling out my son's nasty, infected tooth.

I had a wisdom tooth extraction that I was absolutely dreading, as having teeth removed is my biggest nightmare. The friendly, courteous, professional staff here not only put me at my ease, addressed my every concern, and kept up a great rapport with me all through the process, they removed the tooth so painlessly I didn't even realize they were done until they told me! Excellent care, before, throughout, and after. I highly recommend their services.

I just can't say enough about the great doctors and staff at Aura dental. I hadn't seen a dentist in over 35 years and let them know about the negative experiences I had in the past. Doctors Wallace and Jaspreet gave me excellent treatment and care. Today I had to get a crown put on a dead tooth and I was actually excited to go. That's a first. They've earned every bit of my trust. The coolest thing about this particular clinic is how modern they are. They have a machine that scans your teeth and jaw to give you a clear view of your current state, and through computer imaging can show you what's possible. Even better, this machine can mill a crown on site while you wait. It's really cool. My friends tell me that when they've had to get crowns it took two visits. They intend to bring even more technology in 2019. They even offer coffee, espresso, and cappuccino while you wait. If you're looking for a new dental clinic this is the place to go. My fear of dentists is gone.

I called every Dentist in regina, weyburn, estevan, and moose jaw. Aura Dental was the only office compassionate enough to treat me on short notice. As soon as i walked in the room they froze my mouth to get rid of my pain. DR. Jaspreet Mahant is in my opinion the most caring and compassionate Dentist i have had to privilege to meet. Dr wallace is the most caring and gentle dentist ever. When he gives freezing you hardly even feel it, thats how good he is. Dr wallace is hands down the best dentist in the world. First of all, thanks all Google reviewers here because of whom I gave Aura Dental a chance and am damn happy with them! A Big Thanks to the two lady receptionists who welcomed me with a big smile and answered all my silly queries! Thanks to this man named Vishaal who explained me every bit of details on my teeth, cleaned them so perfectly without paining them and kept asking me if I was Okay. Again, answered all my questions with reasons and details. Man, You were Awesome!! Then, there were these two other ladies who X-rayed my teeth and cleaned them even further. Sorry, I didn't ask for your names but you know I'm talking about You! I really really appreciate your work as much as for others! And, lastly, Dr. Wallace! He sat down with me at the end and carefully checked my teeth and again, addressed my questions so nicely. I recommend him to everyone who is seeing this post. Awesome ! Sounds untrue but they are the best group of dental professionals I have ever had the pleasure of being treated by! They offer direct billing and are open Saturdays and Sundays! Pain free! And coming from me, that means a lot! All the staff are great; very personable and friendly. Five thumbs up!????

Aura Dental is a first dental clinic in Regina that impressed me with amazing service. The staff working as a great team and all were wonderful with my entire family. The environment is clean from the front door all the way to the back. My son has a lot of anxiety about loosing his baby teeth and, from his words "getting ugly new ones" but with a great care and professionalism the staff at Aura Dental make him calm and confident. Everyone is very knowledgeable, professional and kind. This is the first clinic that pointed at all my issues and told me how to take care. Also, the receptionists is wonderful, make me feel welcome and teat me like a VIP.

Terrible experience at a terrible clinic. From the systematic racism from the immigrants working and owning the clinic, to the incompetent and lazy/rude staff. We are talking about a clinic that doesn't even accept Native people thanks to honoring all direct billing aside from status Indian coverage. Terrific way to eliminate a whole race. I will be going out of my way to let any and everyone know what a shoddy practice this truly is. Go anywhere but here. 0 stars.

Be careful giving this clinic your personal information. This clinic gave away all my personal info to a stranger claiming to be my childrens' father, putting my childrens' safety at risk. Invoices, x-rays, my personal info like phone number, address, my benefits and more. This man did not have the same last name, he did not have his email or name on any of my paper work and the clinic blatantly ignored the ***3 DR - PATIENT CONFIDENTIALITY*** papers I signed. They just sent it all to him without informing me and without him giving any sort of proof. Do not trust them.

I booked hygiene appointment and was assigned to someone called 'Anusha' . Not sure if she has any interest to do the job. Right from the time I entered, she was more inclined to pass the time than doing the work she is suppose to. To my surprise, she did not do cleaning of even a single tooth. Just tried to do a superficial work all around the teeth and mentioned that she will pass the feedback and someone who will take up next appointment will do the work. I get my hygiene work done every 6 months and never needed multiple appointments. Went with great expectations but highly highly disappointed and decided not to go back again.

Staff is very friendly and informative. Love that they use ultrasonic scalers- makes it quicker and more comfortable for me. They also gave me a free electric toothbrush a year ago and I’ve noticed how it’s helped reach my back molars better :) and no cavities this year! Had a filling that went very smoothly- almost didn’t even notice as she was injecting the freezing. Everything they’ve done for me I’ve been really impressed with!

I've had a broken tooth with an abscess that's been spreading through my face and neck for 5 days. I went to my G.P., 2 other Dentists, the E.R. and nobody would touch it. I walked in today and the staff were welcoming and genuinely concerned. The Dentists were thorough and very gentle. They removed my broken tooth, helped drain the abscess and I'm in pure relief for the first time in almost a week. This was an emergency appointment by the way and my first ever time here. Thank you Aura for saving me from excruciating pain and the possibility of a serious, life threatening infection. You folks are amazing. Super reasonable price too. ???? ????

I spent years avoiding dentists and neglecting my teeth due to a traumatic experience. Just the thought of the freezing would cause a panic attack but I had a tooth break off and knew I couldn't keep avoiding it. After reading all the reviews I decided to try Aura and I'm so glad I did. Everything about Aura was amazing from start to finish! The receptionist when I called to book was super kind and patient. She could immediately tell I was anxious and did everything she could to ease my fears. The hygenist I saw was extremly friendly and any time I flinched would pause or hum songs to help calm me. As for Dr. Wallace, he is by far the best dentist! Not only is the work quick and painless (No really! I couldn't even tell he'd started the freezing until he was finished!) but he goes the extra mile to ensure his patients feel calm and comfortable. He will constantly stop to ask if you're okay or if there is pain. If you're nervous he will tell stories and jokes or ask about your day to help calm you down. I ended up needing 2 extractions and a lot of fillings but had no problems/anxiety going back every time because they were so compassionate! If you have any dental anxiety I cannot recommend Aura enough. They truly care about their patients and go above and beyond every time.

Terrified of dentists, so much so that my husband has been 4 times in his life and me its been plus 10 years. You can imagine the work they had cut out for them. First to calm us, then to clean so we see results and feel no pain and then discuss future. There was zero pain, it was so clean, everyone was so darn kind and helpful in explaining our situations. Zero pressure to do this and that. Honestly we walked out smiling ear to ear knowing this was the perfect place for us and anyone who is hesitant and is looking for a dental team who are not just there to line their own pocket books.
