Due to significant trauma when I was younger, I had avoided the dentist like the plague. Just the thought of having to go, or sitting in the chair, or hearing the drill would create tremendous anxiety, sleepless nights, and send shivers down my spine. After nearly thirty years of guilt and shame, I finally mustured up the courage to go. I don't know what else I could say other than I have been blown away. Although I have only met Dr. Rumpel briefely, I cant say enough about her team, especially my dental hygienist Kirsten. They have all been amazing. From day one they haven't judged me, and they have done everything to work with me to get over my tremendous anxiety and fear. Although I have only had two appointments, I already know in my heart, it's the best decision I've ever made.

I don’t necessarily fear dentists, but I also don’t enjoy that teeth are considered luxury bones which I need to pay for in order to keep, so it had been a few years since I’ve sat in a dentist’s chair. I thought I was going to be shamed or guilted for my poor history regarding oral care, however I didn’t receive that at all. In fact, I received just the opposite. The staff were compassionate and understanding when it comes to ones aversions to oral care, and everyone I dealt with at Aspire Dental were a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. 10/10 would recommend and will be going back in the future.

I love that the front staff (Steph and Kim) are always greet and know us by name, ask how the kids are if they aren't with us at appointments, etc. Rhonda saw my daughter for her first cleaning and it was so quick and simple!! My kids have struggled recently when we go but the staff are SO patient with them and understanding, doing their best to make it as easy as possible.

Very thorough with exams, cleaning and explaining what was going on. Answered questioned, showed me my teeth and where the problems were. Office staff helped explain insurance and procedures. I am very impressed and could possibly write a page report on my 2 visits. They got me in the day I called and were able to finish my cleaning the next day. Very Efficient. It had been 10 yrs since my last appointment and I felt very comfortable every step of the way.

I went to this office earlier in the year to address a dental emergency. On my first visit I had I worked with members of the team to develop a care plan. During my second visit I had some teeth extracted, but was concerned that the dentist I had seen previously had no recollection of what we had discussed about my care plan, this was a huge concern, professionals typically know what services and procedures there clients are receiving. After this happened I tried to contact the office to fill out some paperwork and was ignored. I finally decided to just try to contact another office to get my procedures taken care of as I was in pain. Aspire was contacted by the office I reached out to find out about my plan and the receptionist claimed the office had forwarded a predetermination of my dental costs to my insurance.. . Why would an office lie about that? This office needs to seriously look at their unethical behavior There was no reason to claim there was care plan when their wasn't why was this done?. We as a society need to hold professionals accountable at a higher standard.

I came in as a new patient in June because I had a problem with my wisdom teeth. I chose Aspire Dental because of the good ratings on google. The visit was good and they told me that I should hear from the surgeon for surgery. Its been few months and decided to call them. As well, their hours said till 4 and I called over there at 3:30 and they closed down for the day which they shouldn't be doing that on a Thursday! I left a message. Then I hear back from them saying that "something happened to the form", and they sent it in. I called the surgeon office and they told me they faxed over the rec two weeks ago and I am on the wait list for next year. The receptionists or whoever is in charge of requisition for dental surgery dropped the ball. I am in pain and now I have wait next year because of aspire not doing their job. I will not be coming back because of that.

The Aspire Dental Clinic staff were extremely pleasant and professional. My hygienist, Kirstyn, had a great sense of humour and made me feel comfortable. I appreciated how she explained everything that she was doing along the way which showed she was quite confident. I was then transferred to another room to have have the dental assistant, Ronda, take my X-rays. She was incredibly friendly and approachable. I liked how she knew what she was doing and was very bold in her work. The dentist, Dr. Sami, was astonishingly experienced and well practiced. I liked how he went through the exam afterwards with me and explained, in detail, about what he did and saw. I undoubtedly recommend coming here if you’re looking for a dental clinic. Thumbs up to this amazing clinic! Went above and beyond, keep up the great work!

Dr. Lisa Rumpel is a wonderful dentist - skilled and efficient with a kind and gentle bedside manner. Kirstyn is the best dental hygienist I've ever had - I always get an education along with my checkups, x-rays, etc. as she is so good at explaining everything to do with teeth and gums. Plus she is just a super fun person. And all other staff I've met here are top-notch. Front desk staff are friendly, helpful, and professional. Just an excellent dental office.

This place is amazing! Friendly service starting with phone calls, reception area, and the hygienists and dentists. I'm so impressed! We had been going to a different dentist for several years prior to this, but we usually ended up leaving worse than when we came in so decided on another dental office - Aspire! We've been going here for a year now. They are so good with both our kids and don't up sell you dental work you don't need (like our past dentist did). I'm pretty disappointed to see the last reviewer leave such a harsh review given a simple miscommunication - especially in the time of Covid. I understand many of us are on edge these days, but I also believe the good in people and that everyone is doing their very best, especially with so many new procedures. All this to say that we have had nothing but amazing experiences here. And I'm just really glad we found this place. Thanks for everything you all do :)

I would love to give 10 stars to Aspire Dental Regina!!! After my unpleasant experience with others dental office, I went for a new one that has nice reviews on google—Aspire Dental Regina. Guess what! It was best dental experience ever! !! I will definitely recommend this place to everyone!!! Both receptionists Kim and Ashley were super nice on the phone. Today I had my first visit in Aspire Dental Regina, everyone is nice and friendly. Dr ( sorry, I didn’t catch her name, but she is pretty(even with her mask on) professional and fashionable) and her assistant Ronda were patient, nicely explained everything to me. Doctor ( Sam ) has great level of expertise and taken time in clearly explaining the situation and all available options. Without the need to book another appointment for tooth extraction, kind enough to complete the entire process in a single visit. Very helpful and highly recommend!!

I came into this wonderful establishment after becoming unhappy with my previous dentist, thinking I needed a tooth extraction (a diagnosis given to to me from said previous dental office). Not only did they tell me that I only needed a filling but they made the entire experience super accommodating and efficient. I was worked on by two of the most knowledgeable and gentle people I've ever encountered in this type of scenario. Additionally, the ladies at the front desk were also extremely helpful and friendly, and had no problem dealing with my sometimes difficult insurance provider. Just fantastic. So glad I switch to this office and I cannot reccomend them enough!

The entire staff are very friendly and have explained better techniques for my oral health that I have never been told my entire life from going to the dentist. Cancelled appointment!!!! After 40+ year at this office today was my last! (July 17, 2020) Well partial visit.Upon checking in today I was informed that since I did not confirm my appointment they cancelled my appointment. SO SORRY I changed my phone number over a year ago and you were not a priority to update. How about confirming my number when I make the appointment over 2 months ago if you are going to make that your COVID policy? When I informed the receptionist my email had not changed in approximately 20 years I was informed they don't do contacts like that and use phone calls and text. Check out the picture; clearly you do have my email and used it several times in the past including to confirm appointments and send me other much lesser importance emails. I never had an issue with the care, but your lack of organization and courtesy toward a LONG term customer in this matter is disgraceful. I will be sure to inform my new dentist and every person I ever discuss dental care with about your top notch customer service! Thank you for 40+ years! *update-the office did email me an apology shortly after emailing them, as they did in the office so I upgraded another star. You cannot give my time back after waiting 2 months for an appointment, driving to your office and having this discussion, and not making entire weekend plans during the summer.*
