Timberlands Dental has provided the most enjoyable dental experiences I’ve ever had. Everyone is very friendly, appointments are prompt. It is a very low pressure atmosphere, they lay out all of the options open to you but leave decisions as to procedures up to your discretion which I greatly appreciated. They are careful to check what your dental coverage will in fact cover before just going ahead and leaving you with a big bill to pay. Their use of technology makes the patient feel very included in the appointment, I was able to see all of the problems described by my dentist as well as see the finished product when everything was all fixed up which I really appreciated. I would 100% recommend this dental office to anyone.

In 2018 I had my wisdom teeth removed here and it was the easiest experience ever. 20 minutes my teeth were pulled and I was walking out the door. I've also had a great experience with the hygienist! She was fun to talk to and made me feel relaxed when I'm usually anxious about dental appointments. I definitely would recommend Timberland Dental.

Timberlands Dental care was a great experience. Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Dental hygienist very personable, efficient, and checked to make sure each process was covered by my insurance. Dentist was also very nice, didn't keep me waiting and explained what they were doing and what the course of action would be to correct the issues. Bonus points for current Covid-19 concerns- cleaning and disinfecting protocols were in place and I felt comfortable going.

As I've grown older Ive realized that I have a love/hate relationship with the dentists office. I love NOT going to the dentist, and I hate GOING to the dentist. This realization I imagine has been 42-ish years in the making, and Im quite sure that I am not alone in this sentiment. In fact, Ive never met anyone in my life that has exclaimed to me, "Damn, I just love going to the dentist." So I applaud your entire staff, and the entire profession of dentistry really, for being the one place, that literally no one enjoys going to.(except perhaps those really troubled outliers who take pleasure in pain, near drowning in saliva, and hanging upside down for an hour and a half.) So bravo, well done, and congratulations for doing an often times thankless job ! As for your office specifically, Ive never been to a more friendlier, efficient dentists office as yours, and as much as Id like to say it was a pleasure, lets be honest, it wasnt a pleasure, but I can honestly say, it didnt suck as bad as other dentists Ive been to, so thank you!

I am currently undergoing Invisalign treatment through Dr. Phil. I had first gone for a consult elsewhere, where I was told it would be 12-14 months. Seemed quite long considering my teeth really are not very out of line. I consulted with Dr. Phil, and he guessed 4-6 months. Sent off my scan, got the results back, 5 months! That gives me so much faith in the honesty and integrity of this clinic. The staff are all super friendly and professional, they remembered me by name already on my second visit! Dr. Phil is super friendly, charismatic and funny. I am so happy I made the choice to visit Timberlands Dental and to continue my Invisalign journey with them. I will be continuing to visit this clinic in the future!

I had Dr.Phil do my check-up. It was my first time meeting him but my second visit to the clinic. He was very friendly and welcoming and I really enjoyed how he stated he would try and be as quick and painless as possible (I’ve had some dentist be quite rough and the check-ups hurt). I had Corinne(?) as my hygienist both visits to the clinic. She is so sweet and gentle which I really appreciate. Corinne also remembered details from our conversations 6 months previously which blew me away. I also really appreciated having the same person do my cleanings. My previous dental clinic I never had the same hygienist which I didn’t like. I’ve really enjoyed both my visits so far to this clinic and the staff seem amazing as well. My husband will be transferring there soon too! :)

I feel at home, the staff is amazing, they do excellent work. The one think that made me forever Loyal- I was young, I did not know them! I did not have my wallet, ID, or any money on me, no insurance . I was in terrible pain. He looked at me said " the only thing that matters is taking care of you!" He trusted me to come back and pay. And even if I didn't he said to me "the only thing that matters is that we got that fixed." It was a really bad break, and I will never forget that empathy! that was 23 years ago. I would never even think of going anywhere else! I think this will leave an impression about what the meaning of being human is, for the rest of my life. I could not recommend any other dental Practice.

Very poor experience with Dr.Phil. I had major work done and he did bare minimum, charged me ridiculously and I've had nothing but problems since. Note; the problems wouldnt exist if he properly took the time and put care into his work. This is why I'm terrified of dentists. They can make situations easy for you and comfortable or they can take advantage and only do bare minimum for the money. Definitely wouldn't trust.

Dentist doesn't spend enough time with patients. The dentist gave me my fillings and seemed very uncomfortable doing so. He pushed so hard to my teeth. The dentist and the assistant spent all time talking about golf without asking if I have any pain. The result of my teeth were not feeling smoothies. At night I couldn't sleep because I had a great deal of pain on my treated teeth. Pros: nice office and friendly receptionists.

Honestly the best dental office by far in Red Deer cant believe how gentle and comfortable they made me feel! terrible experience ,i had all of my wisdom teeth pulled by them and i could start to feel the numbing wearing off i remember i was in pain but its not like i was moving around in my chair or anything and the dentist started verbally abusing me and yelling at me for no reason ,tears in my eyes and on a heavy amount of ativan but kept i my mouth open for him the entire time ?? , no compassion for patients and very unprofessional

Timberlands dental was able to get her extraction done the next day in between appointments just so she wouldn’t have to feel pain from her teeth over the weekend. The dentist does not listen to patient concerns. I am very unhappy with my Invisalign results and he keeps staring “that’s the best we can do, or it’s good enough”. For the 8 thousand dollars I paid, this is very unfair. My concerns weren’t listened to, nor was there a solution proposed. Just went for a cleaning and check up and got charged for 116$ That’s not covered under my insurance and it does not even say what it’s for. Don’t recommend

I read some of the reviews and decided to try this place for my dental needs. In the first 10 minuets in the back while I was talking with the assistant getting ready for my check up, one of the office staff recognized my name and decided to come back and relive the 80’s making me feel very uncomfortable and my privacy violated. The dentist, assistant were nice and seemed professional. I had some fillings and cleaning done. Couple days later I had to go back for an “adjustment“ because fillings we not sitting proper and was hurting my teeth. I asked about the pain I felt and they said it would go away in about a week because the cavities were so deep. It’s been over a month and my teeth still hurt and when I floss the floss catches on the work they did. It’s like they left holes in between a few of my teeth cause you can feel the incomplete work that was done. Should have just kept to my old dentist.

This place is an absolute joke I went there initially for a filling on my tooth and within two months my feeling already fell out I went back to go and get my free warranty to done and they charge me for an examination fee when there was no exam on top of that they didn’t finish my billing correctly I’m still feeling a lot of pain in that same tooth and when they filed my new feeling down it’s very sharp and bulky and doesn’t match the rest of my teeth this is the third time of me going in with two different dentists they walk in there and do their job and walk out. They also proceeded to tell me how I was so lucky that I didn’t get charged for the $250 feeling even though my tooth is under warranty for an entire year. Do you like careless fast expensive work then I highly recommend them

Dentist is friendly but doesn’t spend enough time with patients. The dental assistant gave me my fillings and seemed very uncomfortable doing so. Afterwards the dentist ground down the high spots but didn’t do a good job which caused my bite to be off. This created a great deal of pain for me. This happened on 3 separate occasions. I had enough and have since changed dentists. Pros: nice office and friendly staff.
