Absolutely amazing staff and Dentist! My first visit was because my Dentist at the time couldn't or wasn't willing to get me in for an emergency. After one visit and the interactions I had with the secretary's and Dentist on staff, it was an very easy choice to switch to going there instead on my original Dentist. All of the staff are always in a positive up beat mood and the wait times are minimal, I had Root Canal done bye them and it was a very positive experience. I also recently had to go back in because of severe pain I was having in my gums, they got me in right away and made sure they checked there previous work to see it that was the issue. It wasn't. They were very thorough and empathetic to the pain I was going through and even though they couldn't find the source of the pain, they prescribed an antibiotic and pain killers. They made sure I was referred to 3D imaging so they could ensure they get to the root of the problem. I have nothing but positive things to say about any experience I have had at there office, whether it be booking an appointment or getting actual work done they go above and beyond!

Who likes going to a dentist? Not me in particular but Riverside dental has erased a life time of anxiety in terms of worrying if you would get a good dentist. My experience with riverside has been top notch, I was overly impressed with the level of expertise this office delivers. I would highly recommend this office to anyone needing work......not only are the technicians gifted in there abilities,the front staff are very friendly and it almost feels like you know them when u converse with them. Lastly,the office its self is clean,safe and very modern. 6 stars out of 5 hands down.

First time patient at Riverside Dental This morning, Dr. Brianne worked on a broken molar, and crowned it. I was so happy she could prepare the molar and make the crown in one appointment........it was basically quick and painless!! This afternoon, I went back for a cleaning. Over the last 3 years, I have had three crowns, a cleaning and today I had an extraction. Everything runs so smoothly and all of the equipment is state of the art (I’m not an expert, but it seems very, very good!), and the staff is extraordinary! My childhood dentist (in Fort Saskatchewan) was very happy with my crowns and even though he referred me to someone in Edmonton to have my extraction, I choose to come to Riverside, for all the reasons above but also they were able to get me in right away and it turned out to be half the price Edmonton wanted to charge. My mouth might be sore but it’s from all the grinning I’m doing! Thanks to everyone at Riverside Dental.

Had to pay full price out of pocket for my families' routine check ups because the dentist wants to see us every 6 months but my insurance only covers once every 9 months. I'm not sure if it's myself of my insurance that's to blame here, but paying hundreds of dollars out of pocket to to get stabbed in the gums and get guilt-tripped over my brushing habits isn't my idea of a good time.

My dentist is Dr. Dawes who has always been amazing, she is such a great, caring and compassionate dentist. However, recently I had Dr.Tolman do a root canal on and and the days that followed were the worst days of my life. I have never been in so much pain in my life. It was of course, a holiday weekend but emailed D.r Tolman anyways. He responded right away. He called me and he sent me to get Antibiotics that day. He was amazing, definitely went above and beyond what i would have expected from a health pofessional.

I went in for a check up and cleaning. My check up took longer than expected. So there was hardly any time for my cleaning. They only cleaned half of my mouth. In the 30 years I've been going I've never had half of my mouth done before. This caused me to book more time off work and lose more money because of poor time management and the unwillingness to stay a bit longer to finish what was started. Not impressed

I have always had an irrational anxiety going to the Dentist, even for a check up. I gave Riverside dental a try many years ago and found the experience so positive that sometimes I actually look forward to the ‘break’. I find that the hygenists are gentle, and great at educating, but don’t make you feel like you are in trouble when you don’t floss every day (no, I don’t floss everyday ????) My kids also find it a pleasant experience. Staff are so friendly and flexible, warm and gracious. I highly recommend the team at Riverside Dental.

The staff know me by face and name which makes me always feel welcome. We have a 9 person household and our whole family enjoys coming here. I have only been a couple times, for exams, X-rays and a crown and all went well. They have up to date state of the art equipment for taking 3D X-rays, and making your crown right there while you wait so no temp crown and only one appointment! All staff were very nice and helpful and Dr. Brianne showed me all the pictures, equipment and how the crown was made. Highly recommend!
