went here for the first time to get my teeth cleaned. It was over a year since my last cleaning so it was getting pretty bad. Dan Porter was so gentle and smooth that my gums/mouth didn't even hurt after. Awesome job.

My family appreciates all the staff at Red Deer Dental. The hours they have are very easy for our busy family to work around, and reminders of our appointments also help! My kids are always happy to go and everyone does their best to put them at ease.

I absolutely love Red Deer Dental and am so grateful to them for accommodating me! My father has gone to Dr. Connie for years and wouldn't go anywhere else - so when I was home visiting and in need of a cleaning/exam/consultation, RD Dental was the obvious choice. They were able to fit me in and even further accommodated me for taking my wisdom teeth out. I saw both Dr. Courtney and Dr. Connie and both were friendly, professional, and caring. I was so nervous to have 4 teeth pulled but Dr. Connie eased my nerves and did an amazing job with my wisdom teeth. I was fully informed on aftercare and what to expect so as to prevent further complications, and the whole process was a lot smoother than I had imagined! All of the staff are so friendly and ready to greet you with a smile - thank you Red Deer Dental!

Do your own dentistry before going to this place. Where to even begin. Everything was friendly and wonderful until I was in the chair. What should have been fairly routine work, the dentist who barely spoke english was so forceful on my jaw that I have permanent damage to my jaw. I have TMJ and other problems. It has been 5 or 6 years since going here when it was called Bahrey Dental but hiding behind a new name isn't going to help you here. Secondly, my wife had dental insurance through her work which we used. Due to a clerical error at Bahrey dental, they did not enter MY information properly under the spouse account which had its own set of coverage. As a result, they hounded us for money and quickly sent the account off to a collection agency. When calling the office to discuss, I was treated like a liar and quickly dismissed. It had taken me several years to be able to see another dentist again and my teeth went downhill. The amount of work I have to do now is outrageous and very costly at my expense. The collection agency treated us like criminals with treats and fabricated stories thinking he would entrap us in a lie about why we were not paying our bill. Disputed for a while when our credit was threatened repeatedly we paid the roughly $3000 bill which should never have existed. This place is the absolute worst, I don't care what they are called now. So why write this now? Well I was told my TMJ problem might eventually go away. My jaw has a blood-curdling crack/click sound that can be heard from 50' away (about 2x-3x loud as a knuckle-crack). Now I will be seeing an injury lawyer and my jaw and mouth will pay the price of setting foot inside this place after reading nothing but good google reviews. Don't go here. Find out anyone who has ever worked here and check out where they work now, don't go there either. I will probably be in pain for the rest of my life. Do not go here.

I gotta share my hygienist experience. Yesterday while I was getting my teeth cleaned by Dan, I FELL ASLEEP! That’s how gentle he is. I woke myself up snoring and with us both laughing! Excellent service. I’ve been a faithful patient for 14+ years. Well done everyone!

Dr.Connie Farion is truly what our family calls a earth angel ????????. As we are on our summer holidays at the lake my son suffered intense pain from his molar right before dinner. Nearly weeks away from his scheduled appt back home at his usual dentist he could not wait any longer. We called a few offices in and around the area to no avail, all closed at 4:30. Reaching out to Reddeer I called her office which showed open in the evening online. I asked the lovely receptionist Cyndie if they would accept a new patient and a emergency. Thankfully without further questions she and Dr.Connie got us in at 6:30 that same night. Not only did she get my anxious little one in immediately he absolutely loved her. Although from Edmonton I’m officially transferring to this amazing clinic, it is 100% worth the drive. This mama feels like a weight has been lifted and will be forever grateful to all of the amazing staff.

A few years ago I went here for a filling and cleaning. I am a tough guy, but the dentist was so rough and forceful with my jaw I have developed TMJ. I inquired and was quickly dismissed. 3 years later my jaw is in pain every single day, will costs me thousands of dollars to repair. I would not recommend this place to even my worst enemy. Go anywhere else, ask a hobo to help or do your own dental work before going here. In all fairness the hygienists were great. That's the only reason they get 1 star for this review. As for your reply, my legal name is not going on the internet. I see no reason to recant my review. It was posted to save someone else the agony that my face is in on a daily basis. Eating is hard. Brushing is now harder. PLUS I forgot to mention, Bahrey Dental charged my wifes insurance twice instead of charging her insurance for hers and mine (which was under hers). This mistake of theirs, unknown to us at the time, went to a collection agency and a very ruthless one at that. Cost us over $3,000 which we were not supposed to have paid.

Everything when through my benefits and they were able to calculate my cost and coverages on the fly. Prices are very fair. Courtney is a remarkable dentist Quick, professional, personable. He took the time to outline my options and discussing pros and cons.
