Dr Aull is a great dentist, providing top notch care and genuine concern about any issues you have whether it be cosmetic or otherwise .Life long client right here ,if you need or want a new dental experience you won't be disappointed to go in and try them out.

Neighborhood dental is a beautiful dental office with friendly helpful staff. I've been seeing Dr. Aull for several years and he's truly the best dentist in Red Deer! I used to dread going to the dentist but Dr. Aull makes me feel completely at ease and takes the time to talk through all my options. He's done several fillings, a root canal, crowns and wisdom tooth extraction for me and all have been done perfectly!

I love the new office! The staff are very kind. My hygienist Shelby was very understanding of my anxiety, as was Dr. Scott. As someone with a lot of dental anxiety from past experiences elsewhere, I genuinely appreciate the staff and their kind, gentle approach. My four children also love Neighbourhood Dental. One is non verbal and one has autism, they both do great! My youngest child had his first cleaning and exam and wasn't nervous. I'm so happy to have found Dr. Scott and Neighbourhood Dental!

Dr Tristen Aull has been my dentist for the last several years. He is a very skilled dentist and was able to numb a tooth that 2 other dentists were not able to numb. Another dentist had told me that that same tooth needed a root canal and crown and after Dr. Tristen’s thorough exam he showed me that I only needed a new filling! His honesty and professionalism will keep me coming back. The new office is very welcoming and family friendly.

We recently moved to Red Deer and were looking for a dentist. We decided to try out Neighbourhood Dental because of the friendly brochure that came in the mail. Dr. Aull assessed, and made an affordable treatment plan, taking into account our benefit plan. He has been attentive to detail, friendly, and professional, even emailing me later to make sure my bite-sensitivity had settled after his adjustment. The staff are very kind and helpful. I was very impressed with my first visit from the warm welcome when you first walk in right to the end of the appointment. Beautiful office and even better people. I have been to a few not so great dentists and hygienists in the past. My experience getting my teeth cleaned was one of the best. Very gentle quick and thorough. Getting X-rays was a pleasure, even the bite wing ones. I felt like a kid being complimented at every step taken. Dr. Aull was very gentle and thorough too. He knows his stuff. I feel that everyone genuinely cares about their patients and wants the best for them. They aren’t out to recommend things you don’t need or cannot afford which is a refreshing change. Location is easy to find too.

State of the art equipment but still affordable services. Dr. Scott is very responsive to questions asked and explained my options making it easy to make decisions. Shelby is a great hygienist. Knowledgeable, friendly and just really,really good at her job! I met Sierra the dental assistant for the first time and again I can't say enough good things. Dr Scott is such a great dentist. Awesome with nervous adults as well as nervous kids. His assistants are so amazing too! I was upset when Dr Scott left Southpointe Dental as I’d been seeing him for about three years and all my visits to their clinic were phenomenal. During my exams Dr Scott would thoroughly explain my dental options so I could confidently decide how to move forward. I was relieved when Dr Scott recently opened his new dental practice and I quickly booked an exam and cleaning for last week. I called Neighbourhood Dental in the end of a day to get help with one of my teeth. Dr. Tristen Aull was able to effectively address the issue I had and to identify an area of concern that I need to be cognizant of in the future. I greatly appreciate the fact that Neighbourhood Dental staff gave me the opportunity to visit them although my visit took place close to the end of their work day. The dental clinic looked appealing and pristine while being equipped with modern dental equipment. When I arrived at the clinic, I was greeted by kind individual named Lindsey, who is part of the Dental Administration Team. The Dental Assistant, named Bianca, worked collaboratively with Dr. Aull while I was in the patient's chair. I enjoyed my appointment with Dr. Aull because of his high degree of professionalism and friendly sense of humor. I am extremely satisfied with Neighbourhood Dental!! I came over due to not being able to get in at my previous dental clinic before the years end and Lindsey was very accommodating and worked very efficiently to get me in first thing the following morning. After my first appointment did I not only find out that I didn’t need the work done as mentioned by my previous dentist, but Dr.Tristen Aull along with the wonderful assistance of Bianca also took the time to explain to me in detail why it wasn’t needed and what to watch for. I returned later that afternoon for a cleaning and Shelby was able to remove build up on my back tooth that had been causing me issues and that every other clinic I’ve visited looked over or didn’t think anything could be done. From start to finish i would rate it as one of the best experience I’ve had at a clinic. Thank you to the team at Neighbourhood Dental! ????????????????

The assistants are very helpful and know exactly what to say and the dentists both care so much and give the best treatment.
