This dental only cares how much money you will pay and your insurance money, I asked 10 times to get my wisdom tooth to get removed and ended up getting it removed in another clinic. Worst clinic, they make an appointment to look at your problem and then make another appointment while taking money from you. Not a friendly clinic either.

I had a lovely experience at the House Dental Centre! The staff there is very friendly and welcoming. I can actually say that I felt extremely comfortable at my dentist visit. My check up and cleaning were very thorough. Everyone there was friendly and professional. I can definitely say that I will be a long-term patient at this dental office!

My Daughter has a big fear of dentists, Dr. Mohamed El Gamal (instead of letting me know confidentially) waited until we were at the office for her 3rd filling with him, to have his front end girl tell my 12 yr old that he wasn't willing to work with her. I get that it is hard to work with a crying girl, but she is trying to over come her fears and was ready to go. She is crushed. Thanks Dr. Mo!

I called crying about a toothache and had seen a pervious dentist the day before. Told me to come back for cleaning and then they will address my issue. I couldn't wait, I called House Dental. They were kind and caring on the phone. They got me in as soon as they could. I saw DR Jason Chan. He was very informative, kinda and didn't hurt me at all. They started a root canal and drained the infection out. I felt their first priority was patient care. I didn't feel I was being ripped off or up sold on things I didn't come about for the emerency. Recommended 100%

George and Lindsey are excellent dentists. Great with our kids too and very friendly staff. Our youngest son (7 years old) - was so proud that he made it on their "wall of fame" for no cavities right after he had a couple of fillings. haha. Just awesome people. My kids have no anxiety going to House Dental.

Now that I have been to a real dentist in Blackfalds, I realize just how bad this place was when I received care here. Not only did Dr. Mohammed perform procedures that felt uncomfortable and painful but I found out they billed my insurance company for 2 x-rays with every visit, up to a point where they tried billing me for 5 x-rays in one visit!! This clinic is only concerned with money and very little with the care of their patients.

I have had such top-notch dental care for myself and my entire family ever since the amazing dentist husband-wife team Drs George and Lindsey House opened House Dental in Red Deer, Alberta. My entire family has had regular checkups, cleanings, fillings, and the rest of it. There is no problem they cannot solve. When my daughters were teens, Dr George saw forthcoming problems with their wisdom teeth and referred them for extraction -- years before this was on our radar as parents. I believe we avoided braces and many other issues as a result. I just had a crown done this last week by Dr George that is amazing (he actually came in on his day off just to do my crown). Not only did he do this crown in one visit (new technology that cuts down the regular two-visit, two-freezing regime), but the crown is perfect! Dr. George said I'd be sensitive for a while. Well, on the second day, no sensitivity at all! I could not be happier with this clinic, the dentists, and their staff!

I was very happy with my visit to House Dental. I found the staff to be very friendly and knowledgeable. I have been with the same Dentist since the 80's and was nervous about going to someone different. Dr. House was friendly and open to all of my questions and concerns. I would highly recommend House Dental to anyone looking for a new dentist. You will not be disappointed.

Good service, everyone is very friendly, especially the dental assistant. HOWEVER, the doctor that worked on me was lacking in his knowledge of medications , because what I was asking for ( a slightly different formulation from what he offered me), he assured me didn't exist. I had to waste tax payer dollars going to walk in clinic to get what I had asked for.

I was very worried about getting my abses wisdom tooth pulled, They made me feel comfortable for the procedure, Very Nice Staff! Only took them 2 minutes the tooth was gone. It was the smoothesed experience I've had. They even prescribed me Ensure to make the recovery process easier. So thank you guys alot, anyone else that needs dental work, I recommend House Dental.

They FORGOT A BONDING AGENT while doing my fillings!!! I would never recommend anyone to get work done here due to their ignorance, negligence and customer service A very painful situation ongoing for over 2 years after getting two fillings from here. After both fillings were done they both were super painfull (one more than the other) and the manager swore up and down that it is impossible for them to have screwed up on my fillings and that it would get better intime... which it didnt! It literally felt like i was chewing on tinfoil. After a month of trying to nogatiate with them the the manager finally referred me to a specialist and when i seen him all he had to do was tap on the filling and instantly said to me that they had forgot a bonding agent took hime about 30 seconds. After that they had to grind and drill the filling out which makes the filling area larger than it originally was and i can see the filling from the side of my tooth. It is so huge there is nothing left of my molar. Super hot and cold sensitive now cant drink cold water or have anything like icecream in my mouth without have a jolt of pain from the filling. I will have to get it pulled soon as i cant afford to replace it. Think about it hard before u choose house dental and hopefully ull read my review first

House dental is the only dental clinic I will every go to. I've been living in Edmonton for 2 years but still come back to Red Deer for my dental treatments. Talented and friendly staff, Dr. George House and Dawn are truly the best dentist and dental hygienist. Dawn cleans my teeth painlessly without bleeding gums that I was used to from every other dental hygienist. Dr. House has done quality work with my fillings and made sure they were trimmed perfectly to fit to my bite. I've been to many dental clinics in Saskatchewan and Alberta and no one compares.
