Very nice comfortable waiting room, the receptionist was very nice and welcoming, the hygienist was very nice and calm and very thorough with all the information given and explained very well the procedure about to take place as well as all the options available. The dentist was equally nice and very knowledgeable as well as not pushy. He actually took the time to inform me of all my options and made his recommendation in a very professional manner. I'm very enthused with this dental office and sincerely recommend. A+!

Very disappointed with the front desk receptionist. Very rude and they don't know how to handle their appointments. My wife book an appointment show up and they told her to go home because they screw up. I was happy when I come in for my first visit but honestly the front staff are rude and very unprofessional. Due to this I I'll be taking my business somewhere else. Very bad experience with the front receptionist. Even when I come in I felt they were unprofessional and rude.

Right from reception to the back staff, all were equally welcoming and smiling upon my arrival. Dr. Tanushi and Kirat made me very comfortable during the entire treatment time and with efficiency. Terrible customer service. Spoke to two women about cancelling my appointment and left a message as well, two days after booking it .They still didn't cancel. They refused to transfer my records over to the dentist that was going to help me fix my emergency. This dentist was nice, sure. But felt he was trying to book me in for everything before fixing my emergency.

I have never once had a good dental experience at many different places, I read the reviews of here first before going and they all were good, so I thought why not try it. Well not only are the reviews right, I cant believe I can sit for 2hours to get work done and not be scared anymore. You dont even feel the needle for the freezing going in which was a big thing for me before. I can not say anything but awesome things for them. Trust me if you hate the dentist try them out you wont be disappointed at all!! Thank you Dr. K and staff your all amazing!! EDIT: I have now saw Dr. Hadi and he is amazing as well. I have referred my grandma who has equal anxiety I do, she saw Dr Hadi & Erica as well. She also said that they were great and will continue to go back to them. She's been there twice in 2 weeks now. That is unheard of for her!. If you have anxiety about dentist, go here! They will change your mind, I assure you.!!

I use Concept Dental, and I was booked in for an appointment with them for a DENTAL CHECKUP. These guys called me a week before my appointment to tell me that they moved to a new location. When I went in they had a different name, but one of the dentists from Concept was there so I didn't think much of it at the time. After about fifteen minutes I couldn't help but ask when I would see the dentist, only to be informed that these guys had me booked in solely for a cleaning. This was the first red flag. The second red flag came when Concept Dental called me to confirm the same appointment I had made with them, and confirmed their location to be where it always was. It seems as though Dr. Mohammad left Concept and tried to poach their patient and appointment list. Third red flag: I had an appointment booked for today at 10 AM for another cleaning. The appointment card says 10 and they called me a couple days ago to confirm it was indeed at 10 AM. I went in at 9:50 only to be told that my appointment was at 9. They claimed they attempted to call me this morning but I have no missed calls. They claimed they left a voicemail but I have no voicemails. They confirmed my number for me so I know they didn't actually call, and I left thinking I screwed up my appointment time. As I got back in my car, sure enough the appointment card says 10 AM. These guys are sketchy poachers who can't keep their appointments straight. Needless to say I will be returning to Concept Dental and will NOT be going through Delta ever again. I suggest nobody else puts themselves through this either. Not only did they mess up my appointment and try to steal my business from Concept, but now I have lost time at work and money due to their shady practices.

Just started coming here and I am very glad that I did. The building is very clean and beautiful in the inside. The ladies made us feel very welcome and comfortable while waiting. Our hygienist and dentist were wonderful to deal with as well. I’d definitely recommend Delta Dental to anyone looking for a new dental office. The free teeth whitening is also a huge bonus.

USE AT YOUR OWN RISK!! so I'm not one to write a bad review or bad mouth people, so I'm just going to share my experience at this office. So the front staff definitely lack a whole lot of customer service, they made me feel like I annoyed them every time I walked in. That being said, that was not the bad part.. here is my experience with delta. The dentist there, not to mention names, walked in the room, did not introduce himself and started freezing me. The freezing didn't take as I had a massive infection from a wisdom tooth that I was in the hospital for less then 24 hours prior. Instead of prescribing me proper antibiotics and telling me to come back to get the extractions and fillings done, he did the fillings and kept pumping me full of freezing until my entire body was shaking furiously from the medication. Then he proceeded to pull the NON frozen tooth that was infected regardless of my objections while in pain. I was scheduled to go back to get the other side done, but considering that after a month I was still in astonishing pain and the extraction sites hadn't healed at all I chose to go get a second opinion. Since then I have learned I may have to get a partial jaw implant from the way he pulled the teeth.. from the infection and the way he did it the gum may never heal.. on top of that.. the other teeth they wanted to pull after claiming even a root canal wouldn't save them, have been saved from another dental office. Without even a root canal!! Oh and lastly the fillings he did all have to be redone!!!! Thanks for all the pain and the free electric toothbrush I got for it!! Lol this is just my experience there, thought others should know! Wouldn't go back if they offered me and my family and friends free dental for life!

Everything from the staff when you arrive to the new equipment that makes a visit virtually pain free treatment . As if that wasn't enough the finished look of my teeth is like night and day .I'm 83 now so as long as I've still got teeth this will be my final stop in finding excellent dentistry. please try it then you'll say Amen to this review especially when you receive the bill --Wow--

Delta Dental was able to get both my son and I in, quickly, for urgent dental work, when our regular dentist was closed, due to Covid. We were treated with great care, and are considering switching clinics. We especially liked the clinic’s location, and the individual treatment rooms, which allow for complete privacy! I've been seeing Dr. Mohamed for a number of years (10+) may be more, very friendly along with the staff. He was alway very pleasant, he explains the procedure, he has done a few implants for me, very efficient, always gave me the proper advice and guidance and discouraged me from doing non-necessary implants or procedures. I am very happy now that he will be practicing in Calgary as well, that will save me some (3+ Hrs) driving time to Red Deer. Thank you, keep up the good work

My other dentists in another clinic I consulted in the past did not know what to do with my teeth, I was in horrible pain for 4 days and had abcess for weeks. Avoid at all costs. Horrendous and rude staff! They don’t let you explain cancelation just instantly charge you without you even knowing about it when you book! Stay clear. Go to Aurora. Professional. Kind and understanding. They have never heard of a cancellation fee! And couldn’t believe it when I told them even considering times!

I could not be more happy with Dr. Mouhamad and his staff. I had to have two implants and he was reasonably priced and very efficent. They went over every step of the proceedure and also while in the chair. The staff are always friendly and go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. My plan does not cover certain proceedures and after talking to the staff they did everything to accommodate this by doing the poceedure for FREE. Now it's not everyday you come across a Dentist and his staff that put you first instead of the almighty dollar. Thank you once again Delta Dental.
