I’ve been going to 52nd Dental since I was a teenager (thanks Dr Chabaylo and Marty) so it feels like going to visit family! As always, the receptionists are welcoming and friendly! Dr Scott, Sheila and Kelly have all been fabulous! The entire team at 52nd Dental make you feel as comfortable as possible. It’s always a positive experience!

I’ve been a snowbird for 10 years and have been getting my dental work done in the states. Now being in Canada and not having a chance to go to the United States, I chipped a molar. I went back to my dentist after 10 years and it sure was nice to see Marte, Sandy and Dr. Chabaylo’s welcoming smiling face. Ever since Dr. Chabaylo sold the practice it has become less than honest. Always over charging for basic items or not informing the patient until after the work has been done. I am very disappointed with the new direction this practice has taken. I think highly of Dr. Chabaylo and a few staff members - but ultimately I feel as though this dental office is only interested in $$$ now and not the patients.

Street Dental Clinic from the time that this clinic opened and I have always found that the Dentists and their Staff are most professional, well informed, and certainly advanced in their techniques and approach to dentistry. Dr. Chabaylo is a dentist who explains each procedure which is to be performed and who also advises re the options when available. He is most thorough, knowledgeable, and personable. I would not hesitate to recommend him to family and to friends. The 52nd. Street Dental Clinic provides an atmosphere of professionalism and discretion which is practised by the Administrative Staff through to the Dental Staff.

My experience at 52nd Dental has been nothing but positive. The staff are very pleasant and respectful. Dr. Chabaylo is a great dentist who I put a lot of trust in. I have also had dental implants put in by Dr. Nenkov and I consider myself very lucky to have had him as my dentist. I would strongly recommend him to anyone who needs to go through such a procedure. I really appreciate how both dentists let me know what is going on and what is going to happen while I am going through the dental procedure. I have no issues concerning the location of the clinic; in fact, I find it to be very convenient.

The dental hygienist who cleaned my teeth was very nice and courteous. She was very helpful by giving me information on keeping up my dental health. They have all the protocols in place for covid19 which made me feel comfortable and safe. Highly recommend 52nd St Dental!

Be very careful going here, they like to scam you for more money. I've been going here for 3 years now and was always upfront that they could book me in for work as long as I had the coverage. They had me in for some work this year and put me on a cleaning plan that they said I was covered for. Right before the new year when my coverage is renewed, I get called in for my scheduled cleaning. A week after my cleaning they called me and told me that I went over my coverage and owe them $250! They didn't seem to care that I was misled into thinking I had coverage when I did not. Apparently they don't pre-otherize unless specifically asked every time. I guess I am supposed to find out the cost of the work, then check my coverage before every appointment? Obviously you can't rely on them. In summary: 1: I told them not to book me in unless I was covered 2: They call me in for a cleaning, telling me I'm covered. 3: They call me a week later and tell me I owe them $250 because I went over my coverage. 4: No apology or anything, basically just attitude about how I should have known. How is this ethical business practice? I will not be coming back, my family will not be coming back. I will not be recommending this place to any friends, family, acquaintances or co-workers.

This was my husband and I first visit to this office. Everything about our experience at this dental office was top notch. All the staff were very helpful friendly and kind. Dr Chabaylo has a great sense of humor which really helps you to relax. The dental hygienist did one of the most thorough jobs we've ever had. A very pleasant atmosphere, much appreciated.
