He took the necessary time to explain it to me, to make sure that I had understood correctly and that I was comfortable with the rest before going any further. Since then I have also realized that even the cleaning was more complete than elsewhere and the follow-ups more rigorous. But beyond the skills, what really makes the difference for me is the relationship I have now with the different members of the team who are like the one with Dr Jacques. That's certainly what makes me so comfortable when I have to show up. I have not stopped referring her to my relatives since I discovered this clinic. C'est donc par un heureux hasard que j'ai rencontré Dr Louis-Philipe Jacques avec qui j'ai pris rendez-vous par la suite. Dès les premières minutes de la consultation j'ai bien vu que sa méthodologie pour identifier et corriger une problématique était différente de ce que j'avais connu auparavant. Il a pris le temps nécessaire pour m'expliquer, s'assurer que j'avais bien compris et que j'étais à l'aise avec la suite avant d'aller plus loin. Depuis j'ai aussi réalisé que même le nettoyage était plus complet qu'ailleurs et les suivis plus rigoureux. Mais au delà des compétences, ce qui fait vraiment la différence pour moi est la relation que j'ai maintenant avec les différents membres de l'équipe qui sont à l'image de celle avec Dr Jacques. C'est certainement ce qui me rend aussi à l'aise lorsque je dois m'y présenter. Je ne cesse de la référer à mes proches depuis que j'ai découvert cette clinique.

En plus, il donne l'impression de faire l'examen complet GRATUIT, mais comme d'habitude leur prix est beaucoup plus cher que les autres. En plus, il n'informe pas leur clientèle sur le prix qui sera déclaré à l'assurance, malgré que cela est très important pour nous pour savoir le montant qui reste auquel on a le droit. Juste, pour vous confirmer cela, j'ai vu la personne en avant classer la facture en montrant juste le verso (tout blanc). La personne qui m'a fait détartrage a touché à un dent qui prend un traitement de canal et depuis ce dent la, n’arrête pas a me faire mal. Finalement, j'ai essayé de les appeler plusieurs fois pour clarifier cette situation et tout d'un coup leur système a tombé en panne.
