Dr.goulet à non seulement fait a ca tête mais elle à réparé une dent que mon père a dit que c’était non essentiel à plusieurs reprises. Donc 618$ de payer pour une dent qui n’en valais pas le coup! Ensuite, Dr.goulet essayer de “Shifter” le blâme sur mon père! Je recommande vivement de ne PAS y aller! Et ils essaient de survendre des examens qui on déjà était fait au paravant(3fois)!

Hier, j'y suis allée avec ma 8 ans (ultra anxieuse) pour l'extraction de ses 2 palettes du haut. Malgré son agitation et ses peurs, Dr Goulet et son équipe a réussi à mettre ma fille à l'aise et faire l'extraction. Même si se rendez-vous a duré une heure (beaucoup de discussions) elles ont resté patiente et attentionnée. De plus, les tarifs son très compétitifs! Je ne regrette aucunement mon choix d'avoir changé nos dossiers pour cette clinique!

J'ai reçu un appel de courtoisie de Mme Nathalie Beaulieu , qui ne semble pas au fait du code de déontologie qui encadre la profession . Mme n'a pas d'argument , elle confirme qu'elle diminue l'accessibilité des soins de santé mais rejettes la faute sur les autres. En gros , Mme Beaulieu conseille au gens qui n'ont pas 1500$ à payé immédiatement , de faire un prêt bancaire. au lieu de payé via l'assurance. Mme ne voyais pas où était le problème et ne cessait de répété que j'étais chanceux d'avoir une assurance , Réponse à la quel je réponds , Cette assurance me coute plus de 5000$ par année , ce n'est pas une chance . Mme Beaulieu , me confirme qu'ils ont cessé les paiements via les assureur depuis la rouverture suite au covid-19 a cause de la pandémie qui a supposément augmenté les délai de paiement chez les assureurs. Comme il s'agit d'une situation exceptionnelle et temporaire , je demande alors si le refus du paiement par l'assureur sera temporaire , La réponse est Non. Le covid-19 a le dos large .
