I have been going here for over 20 years. When it was run by dr Payne, dr Bob and dr malcom, it was always an amazing experience. Very professional dentists and knew what they were doing. Went TWICE to see this new dentist who seems to have the skills of a student and we are his practice patients. First time, he chipped my tooth in 2 places now small seeds get stuck there... second time he had to freeze my mouth, but he couldnt find the nerve. He was so sure he could do it as "that's where the textbook says it is" so about 10 attempts and 20 minutes later I'm finally frozen. Very sketchy dentist I am never going there again. Sad after going there my entire life.

My husband has anxiety about the dentist so he was nervous when he found out he needed to have a crown on one of his teeth. Dr. Dee put him at ease about the procedure and it ended up being a pleasant experience (he did have to be medicated!) We appreciated the care call as well to see how he was doing after the procedure.

The team at True North has always been so professional and kind. You always hear laughter within the building which is a rarity being it’s a dental office. They’re always willing to help our family and often go above and beyond. We even had a dental floss and door slam emergency because YouTube videos made her think she could give it a try! We’ve referred many of our friends and family and will continue to do so!

This is the best dentist office that I have ever been to. I have been to a number of dentists and Dr. Dee and Dr. Fraser’s practice is by far the best! They are great with my children and my children are never afraid to come in! My family and I feel confident and comfortable coming to true north always. I love how up to date they are on dental practices. The staff are so kind and friendly too. Everyone seems happy to work here. I love the renovations and how clean it always is when I come in! I cannot say enough good things and highly recommend true north if you are in the market for a dentist in PG!
