The hygienists and front office staff are professional and good at what they do. I was a client for 4 years and have decided to take my business elsewhere because they have shifted me around to 3 different doctors in this time period. Every dentist that i have had work with me is no longer working at this office. There has to be something wrong.

Every dentist, hygienist, and assistant I’ve had so far at Skyline has been amazing. Amazing quality of work, they fixed the subpar work by other dentists after some damage to my front teeth in Burnaby and my smile has never looked so great. I’ve had a small chip appear on a long weekend and they’ve been able to squeeze me in on short notice working around my work schedule. Really nice view from the chairs as well over Prince George.

I found skyline dental last year due to some emergency dental work and I was seen right away and a treatment plan was created. I found everyone friendly and extremely professional . Some of the treatments weren't covered by my plan and they worked with me to give me a price a could afford . I recommend skyline hands down

A routine cavity fill went pretty sideways. The hygienist failed to properly freeze my mouth and another round of poking was needed. Dental dam and mouth pried open, then left there for AN HOUR waiting for the dentist. By the time the dentist arrives most the numbing has worn off, the dentist proceeds to miss my teeth multiple times and saws my gums. Worst dental experience of my life for two lousy cavities.

The staff here are always very friendly and fantastic! They're very patient with my daughter who gets anxious around strangers, and always throw in an extra chapstick in the goodie bags for her (even for my visits!) as she loves them. They take extra care to ensure patients are comfortable, I was even offered a blanket on my recent visit as the office was quite chilly. I reccomend this office to everyone looking for a good dentist!

they did a filling, it fell out last night, i called and they said if emergency that i could come in now my whole bottom lip is swollen all they had to is file down on a bottom tooth that is cutting into my bottom lip. They booked a appointment for June I can't wait that long it is very painful. Not impressed Wesley Yanyk

Yesterday I had to go to the dentist, and when I mean I had to go I HAD to go. I have deep irrational fear of the dentist. Covid gave me an excuse not to go. Last week though I had a "tooth incident" and knew I couldn't should not ignore it. It took a few days to even make an appointment because I also have irrational fear of making phone calls. (Yes I have anxiety disorder) I scheduled the appointment for a time when I could bring my daughter with me. Yes, I am a grown woman with teenage children and I need an emotional support person. I figured since I took my kids to hundreds of dental appointments they would be more than willing to come. My oldest got the short stick and had a come with me. Do the covid-19 I wasn't even sure if I was going to be able to bring her in with me but when I got there they said of course you can go in with you. And they didn't even make me feel stupid about it. I was glad that I didn't have to wait long and once I was seated in the chair they got to work right away. The hygienist was warm and friendly and kind and oozed a quiet empathy. The dentist came in and determined what needed to be done. She only concentrated on the tooth at hand. I didn't feel like chastised for missing a couple years of check ups. I just felt safe and comfortable. I wasn't even upset that they couldn't fix the tooth that day and I have to go back. I am still dreading it. Big time apprehensive about it. (Bringing one of my kids again) I am worried because I will have to get a needle and it will take a longer time. I just am scared of it with no basis. I am though confident that I will be respected, heard and treated with a kindness. Most of all they treated my irrational behaviour as typical. In addition the front desk people are very welcoming and professional. I recommend Skyline dental to anyone.

Dr Lopez is his usual honest upbeat dentist who never seems to have a bad day even when I'm there. Snicker! Snicker! His assistant was very hospitable and a definite keeper. I would suggest he give her a raise but my dental fees would probably go up.

Don't waste your time, they will cancel on you with no notice. If I could rate this business with a zero, I would. Incredibly disappointing and unprofessional.I am having crowns put on my front teeth and was having my teeth whitened there as my current place doesn't do whitening and with 3 days to my whitening appointment they call and cancel do to their own "overbooking" . They didn't leave me any time to book anywhere else and now I can't get it done before my crown appt. I don't know if it was a time management issue they were having or what but I am deeply saddened by my treatment from this business. Definitely look elsewhere for your dental needs.

Very unhappy with Dr. Perkovich's office - we had an appointment scheduled for 11:00 today for a family dentist appointment and my 6 year old starting throwing up a few hours before - I called to cancel only to hear that the "office policy" was to charge $50 cancellation fee for both me and my daughter because she was sick. We have spent $1,000s of dollars in this office for dental work. I feel used and disregarded. I had the choice of bringing a vomiting 6-year-old to her appointment or pay a $100 fee. This is not 'care'. The is mercenary business practice. Please find yourself another dentist before you also see this side of skyline. I expect much more from any business. We are owed an apology.

The entire staff that dealt with me was absolutely amazing! I'd never been there before, was from out of town, a walk in, and had an abscessed tooth that needed urgent attention. Dr Lopez has been our family dentist for 20 years. On my last visit I was having my teeth cleaned; the Dental Hygienist was very polite and had some great pointer for keeping my teeth clean. I was very impressed by how quickly she completed my cleaning and Dr Lopez did my check up. They were able to fit both of my son and I in at a time that worked with my busy work schedule.

So busy mom with 2 kids loses the card with my appointment on it. That's okay though, because the front desk phones and leaves a message confirming my appointment for 2:30. I listened to it twice wrote down the time and deleted the message. When I show up for my appointment on time at 2:30, the front desk tells me my appointment was for 2:00, oh and btw you owe us $50 for not showing up. I told them about the message and how I was told 2:30 but because I deleted it I had no proof. They just kept referring back to their policy and were completely disinterested in my insistence that they had called me and told me a different time. I walked out feeling so demoralized and questioning my own mind. I have never had such a horrible experience as a customer in my life. I mean I am sleep deprived but not crazy. When I get home I double checked the notepad and there it was Dr Perkovic 2:30 PM. This is how they treat a loyal paying customer of 3 years. Long story short find another Dentist, these ones don't give a flying fart about you they just want your money.

Dr Perkovic and Dr Lopez are the best I’ve seen in my 39 years. Dr Lopez came in on a Sunday evening for an emergency procedure for my children’s mother, and Dr Perkovic took away my daughter fear of seeing a dentist.
