The staff at Mann Dental have always been professional and caring. I have been there about 5 years now and thankfully there has not been a need for any big procedures. The possibility of one came up but my input kept it from happening, they listened to my points and did not press me to do something I really didn't want to do. So far it has worked out very well with one tooth doing quite the unexpected medically. A special thanks to dentists who supported me in my decision and helped keep me from pulling a tooth pre-maturely.

Mann Dental provides a dental service that goes above and beyond.. They’ve always taken care of me and my dental needs in a timely, and professional way. Their work is excellent. As someone with dental anxiety and who has had complex teeth problems I appreciate the extra mile they go to ensure my comfort, and to continually check with me to make sure I am ok, including follow up care by checking with me outside the office. Id recommend them to anyone!

The whole team at Mann Dental is very much focused on your comfort, above all. Very painless place to have dental work done. I've never yet had any painful experiences and, including my dentist, Dr. Vogt whose practice they bought out, I can't say I remember having any painful episodes since 1986 when I started as a Dr. Vogt patient. One of their hygienists, Maria, the only Mann Dental hygienist who has done my teeth, is amazing!

Waited for 2 months to have a simple filling with a cracked molar causing pain and cutting tooth. Had appointment cancelled because I was out of prince george briefly for Christmas, which I drove to Vancouver to visit parents. Had returned and been back 13 days so called required covid days symptom free before appointment. Work and live in a low to no risk environment ( I am single and parents were in my bubble of contacts). Talked to rudely and hung up on phone by some relief manager at Mann. Unprofessional and controlling on phone. Will not return, take business else where! Also I was told that the policy and rules for covid and visits have changed. I would like to know why this was not communicated at an earlier time instead of told a day prior to my scheduled visit! No email, no call, not communicated that I was not aloud to leave prince george. And if I had I need wait 2 weeks for a visit regardless of circumstances!

My husband was injured when the jack he was using hit him in the face. It caused his cheek to be badly cut by his teeth and there was alot of blood. Worried that his teeth could have been impacted by this trauma we called Mann dental with our emergency situation. They had us come in immediately. The staff and Dr. Nav Mann were extremely concerned. They were compassionate and caring and made us feel at great ease. Nav froze my husbands mouth because we had to go to the hospital for stitches in his cheek and as a dental professional he did a much better job freezing him than the staff at the hospital would have. Thank you so very much Mann dental for being there for us when we needed you most. We trust you and are grateful that you are our dental team.

Excellent team at Mann Dental. Always making a full effort to work with us, as my husband is an out of town patient. My husband has had issues over the years not freezing properly so he gave IV sedation a try, and says it's the way to go. He even had a complicated extraction without sedation and didnt feel anything. (there wasn't time to book for sedation, and tooth had to come out) Mann Dental is definitely centered around the patient's comfort.

I got a tooth removed, they used a numbing cream to numbing cream where they were going to insert the needle for freezing. They constantly made sure I was numb and in no pain. The aftercare instructions were clear, and they phoned me to make sure that I was healing properly.

I've been seeing Dr Mann since he started his practice. He is exceptional at giving freezing and always great at communicating why treatment needs to be done. His office staff always goes above and beyond in making treatment appointments and greet you with a smile. The automated texts and email system is a bonus. Since going in for appointments within the COVID-19 pandemic I feel very safe as they have high safety precautions in place.

Dr. Wilzchek was my Denist for many years. When Dr. Mann started working at this office he became my dentist. I’ve been going to this office since 1989. Now my grandkids go here. Some of the staff have been here many years too. They are all awesome. You should see my granddaughters beautiful teeth after braces! I recommend the office highly. There was no such thing as the internet when I started going here.
