Between the welcoming atmosphere and fantastic staff, Lo Elliott Orthodontics makes for a great orthodontic experience!!! You can spot a Lo & Elliott enhanced smile a mile away :) I pursued orthodontic treatment as an adult patient, and my only regret is not doing it 10 years ago....I would have enjoyed the results for that much longer!!!!!

They were accommodating and flexible with appointments which I appreciated. If you ever need help after you finish your treatment they are also there to help and care about you which I didn’t expect.

I had my braces on from 2009 until 2011. Even though it's almost a decade later, I have had to go back to lo and elliott a couple of times to address minor issues with my permanent retainer. Every time I go in, the staff are so amazing and friendly and truly care about making sure my concerns are dealt with promptly and effectively, even though I am no longer currently a patient of theirs. They are amazing at what they do and I would not go anywhere else for any orthodontic services.

I was hesitant to get braces as a female in my 20's so i went for a "consultation" and left the same day with braces on lol. One of the best decisions!! The staff were all lovely to work with and professional. Clean space also. I would recommend Lo & Elliott to everyone. Keep an eye out for the fabulous receptionist who happens to be my name twin, such a welcoming smile when you walk into the office!

Hello Dr Elliot And Dr Lo. I was your paitent from 1993 -1998! I am so happy with my teeth its been 20 years and I am still happy with my smile! From what I rememeber your freindliness and knowledge was impeccable. I had a complicated case of tmj, 15 mm crossbite, overjet, and overbite. My teeth have stayed and I am so greatful to you for changing my life and giving me the confidence I needed this last 20yrs! If I ever get back to PG I will definately pop in :)

Lo Elliott Orthodontics - They not only deliver the best treatment plans for each patient, but they also have an incredible team who provide the absolute best customer service across any industry in Northern BC. I am currently a patient at LoElliott. I am sporting braces for the first time ever as an adult and the process has been great. From the initial consultation, through to my detailed, focused, and customized treatment plan with Dr. Elliott, I have been shocked at the progress I have seen in a short amount of time, and also by the atmosphere and welcoming environment every time I arrive for an appointment. Some people have a fear of dentists or orthodontists. For me, that is not the case at all. However, I believe that anyone with that type of phobia or uncertainty would be best served by booking their appointment with LoElliott. The entire team, from the ladies at the scheduling center, to the administration team, to the dental assistants, and the doctors are all complete experts in customer services, they make the process easy and enjoyable, and give every patient a stellar experience no matter what their treatment. There is no corner cutting or lack of quality. I have been in treatment since October 2017 and have seen a tremendous change throughout the first half of my time in braces. I have received the best service since beginning my treatment, and also have received all the tools needed for a successful result. They supplied me with a complimentary electric toothbrush, all the wax, floss, tooth brushes, elastics, etc needed throughout and continue to provide me with all the necessary tools. They also have go above and beyond in creating a positive association with keeping up with your maintenance routines. Patients receive incentive tokens and rewards for proper upkeep and practices in between visits. For the younger patients, there are endless opportunities to enter contests, win prizes, and collect tokens for rewards at the end of treatment. For adult patients, the reward is in the smooth and easy process, as well as the excellent service, but there are also other opportunities to receive maintenance rewards as well. I would 100% recommend Lo Elliott Orthodontics to anyone consider any sort of orthodontics treatments for either themselves, or their children. I am extremely thankful for Dr Elliott, Dr Lo, and the entire team at LoElliott for changing my life and giving me a PerfectSmile. Thank you!

THIS PLACE IS A MONEY GRAB AND THEIR WORK ISNT GAURENTEED. I had braces from Lo Elliott and not even 10 years later and my teeth are shifted. I have friends with the same experience, one you wouldn't even know they had braces, one had to get them again from another orthodontist. I went to Lo Elliot and explained the now large gap in my front teeth, which I never had before braces to begin with, and asked for a retainer, invisalign, anything to help. I was quoted full price of new braces, not even discounted. She explained that their work in not warrantied because its cosmetic. If you go to hair dresser and your not happy they fix it at no charge, no? And that's cosmetic. Between my whole family there has been 10k spent here and you cant even fix your work with out turning around and asking for another 2k. Maybe you should be suggesting kids wait until their slightly older and their mouths wont be growing and changing as much if your saying that braces on to young is the problem? But why would you do that, integrity doesn't fill your pockets but deception sure does.

I went here for my braces when I was a young teenager and I was so happy my parents were able to support me financially with getting braces. Lo Elliot was a bit higher than my parents original price range, but it was worth it for myself ( Thanks mom and dad). I was happy to go here as a child and the staff always made me feel welcome. They estimated I would have braces for two years, but after a year and a half I left with a beautiful smile. They also placed small metal retainers at the back of my upper and lower front teeth to ensure my teeth didnt shift, and I WAYYYYYYY preferred that option over using a retainer for the rest of my life ! I AM SO HAPPY with my smile. I may still need to get jaw surgery to fix my overbite, because it wasn't affordable to my family at the time I got braces, but I am going back to Lo Elliot this year to see if they can give me a consult and provide a few options :). Thanks guys!

There are times when I would like to be able to give a company a 5 plus one rating. A bonus if you will. My adult daughter decided that she wanted braces - I went with her to Lo and Elliott to get a quote. Upon check in I noticed that they have really thought about their clientele and designed their office around serving their clients. There is a refreshment bar with snacks and a technology centre with iPads for the kids. There is plenty of very comfortable seating as well - not the traditional plastic / “leather” office chairs, but very comfortable lounge seating. They offer free wifi and a tv is playing in the background, at a very respectful volume. The staff acknowledge you with a pleasent smile and greeting right away when you walk up to the counter. And this welcoming, inviting attitude continues as you move through the office space and walk past more employees. The general sense is that they get it as a company/business - people are their clientele and therefore should be treated as such. They seem to understand that success comes from how clients are treated. We met with Susan and she was very knowledgeable and welcoming. She asked in-depth questions about my daughters expectations and explained the process in great detail. She wasn’t interested in selling her anything that wouldn’t work for her. She took the time to explain benefits and risks of different options for treatment. And provided her a price that was extremely fair (my other daughter had braces - required them a second time and I payed a lot more - thousands more for my other daughters braces and then had to pay all over again for another full set after, so I payed double with a different company). The price they quoted her was thousands less than I payed for the first set of braces for my other daughter. I admit, I came to this appointment with my daughter quite guarded due to my experience at a different ortho. But I must also admit that I left fully at ease with no reserves about what type of care she would receive or how much it would cost her. So to conclude they receive 5 stars for really understanding that their clientele keep them in business and treating them as such. In addition their service is timely and efficient. The bonus comes from their above and beyond type of service and the fact that their prices aren’t over inflated to pay for the coffee bar, the lounge seating, the tech centre or the snacks. You can see that they take a smaller profit to offer these services, they don’t increase the price to pay for it. It’s a good business model and others should take note.
