Always a wonderful experience. Once you start going here I don't see why anyone would switch. They are busier then they were 9 years ago when I first went there (they were the quickest to get an appointment with at the time which is why I picked them) but their service has never faltered. Just watch for those ladies at the front desk, they might just talk you into adopting a cat! (The cat is amazing also!)

Wonderful experience. I found Dr. Jas Pahal is extremely helpful and expertise to figure out my dental problem quickly. I was bit confused when I show up at their clinic because I could not understand from where actually the pain is. I went there for appointment but they did a quick check up which was done very professionally to figure out where the problem is and it was infection. I appreciate the staff as well being very friendly all the time. Dr. Jas understand my problem and I really appreciate his time, work given towards my problem even on his day off to do my Root Canal treatment. I went for a check up and cleaning today. My appointment was at 8:30. At precisely 8:30 I was called into the Hygienist and had ex-rays done digitally and presented in seconds. The dentist arrived promptly looked at the results then did a quick oral exam comparing the results to my two previous visits. She also checked for cancer and also did an external exam of my throat to check for abnormalities. The Hygienist then did her work while I watched CNN. I was out promptly feeling very well served. Staff where very professional and friendly. So in conclusion: Prompt, state of the art, professional and friendly. What more would you want in a Dentist. Thank you Lynda, Jas, and team!

I've had a number of dentists throughout my life and my biggest fear, the needle to freeze things. My last 2 fillings... I DID NOT FEEL the needle AT ALL. ZERO. Nothing. Not even the, "Just a little pole." Nothing. If you are not a fan of needles, I'd check this place out.

Our family had a wonderful experience with Dr Pahal and his staff. Our first son needed some extensive work done, and after a less than pleasant experience at a different clinic he had some major fears around being back in a dentist chair. Dr. Pahal not only managed to calm our son down, but over the course of 2 close visits have all his work completed (7 fillings and 1 baby root canal) our son was so happy and relaxed it was no challenge at all to get him to go back in for his second visit. Had my best dental experience with Dr. Sidhu for 2 fillings. I have the unfortunate trouble of metabolizing anesthetic quickly. Thankfully Dr. Sidhu was able to administer the freezing right in the nerve & it took effect immediately. I was in & out in less than 30mins! This includes the time he took to sculpt the filling to ensure good bite/fit. First time I was actually excited about being at the dentist!! To top it off, Dr. Sidhu has great bedside manner & explained the steps he was doing through the procedure. Not to forget about the entire team - the ladies at the front desk are always wonderful, friendly & helpful. As well, all the hygienists I have had have been great as well. Thanks Hart Dental!

I had my first cleaning at this clinic a few weeks ago. It was the best experience I have had at a dental office. I felt like all of the staff truly cared and my hygeniest was extremely thorough and very friendly. I had to book a surgery for wisdom teeth removal. The staff was very accommodating helping me book this to get a morning appointment since you can't eat or drink before the operation. I have never had to go under for any sort of operation, so I had a lot of anxiety about this. I feel like more could have been done to ease these concerns. (I told them at the appt I was feeling anxious - not asking anyone to read minds) I also very much felt the first tooth being removed. I remember squirming around a lot and vocalizing my pain before I was given more medication for the other teeth. I was told it would not be surprising if I did not remember the operation, so the fact that I can recount all of this, remember the pain of my tooth being removed and having to basically ask for more medication is upsetting.

GREAT Dentist! Fantastic staff!!! They all make you feel like a truly valued client. Everyone is very personable. Dr. Pahal is professional, efficient and does excellent work on all levels. And he's even a really really nice person! (thoroughly destroying the stereotype of the 'hated dentist'). Office is clean and comfortable and the distractions are excellent (great music, tvs, headphones). I am that client who never even got a cleaning without sedation I was so scared, and now I can't actually remember when I last had a sedation appointment - I think that says a lot.

I didn't know any local dentists but was directed to Dr Naccarato office. Their professionalism and work ethics were over an above what I was used to. She was awesome and her staff too. My only recommendations would be to let new patients know to allow 1.5 hours for the first appointment and that shoes are to be removed before entering the office.

Nice and clean office setting. Updated equipment. Friendly front desk. Dr. N is abrupt but very knowledgable. I love this about her. Dr. P is younger and has a hip vibe. It's freezing in the winter because of the big windows so bring extra warm socks. They do offer a blanket too.
