I was there to have a general check up and cleaning. Doctor Sonny Phangura found a lot of reasons why I need a treatment. They billed me a lot although the job was not well done. After two weeks, I still have much pain and it seems to have gotten worst.

I when to the family Dental with my son a few weeks ago and was very shocked I was standing in the office and had not passed out witch I usually do as a child I was traumatize to the point wear I have not been able to go in a dentist office in years so when I had a filling split I got as a child I call them to go and see about getting my filling fix I did let them know my story about what had happen to me as a child and they wear very understanding and said they be there if I need them but to my surprise I make in the office and in the chair with out passing out they are in my eyes very understanding to my needs and very gentle with me and made sure I was very comfortable and not scared though the appointment I am there new patient for life

Lovely, calm atmosphere at this clinic. All the staff are friendly and helpful. They provide direct billing too, which I know is pretty common these days but it is still something I appreciate. I had Esther doing my teeth cleaning today and she was wonderful. I felt very relaxed with the entire experience, even though I had been hesitating a bit to go to the dentist again after having had a bit of a rough time on my last visit. She was clear in her directions and gave me full control of rinsing and spitting. The TV up above helped too. I watched a bit of CSI while she scraped away at any buildup I had. The dentist popped in to do his check on my teeth and he was very pleasant and informative. He gave me some ideas to deal with some of my teeth cleaning issues and Esther showed me some stuff and gave me a few samples. All in all, it was great. I am less scared to go back again! lol..... And I will be going back here, for sure. My whole family will go here. ;)

My appointment went very quickly seamlessly with amazing service from the hygienist. I don't think I've ever seen a dental care facility that was this organized before. They really honestly care about you and do whatever they can you help keep you calm and relaxed. Would highly reccomend these dentists! Family Dental Care River Point has always been good to me. They are flexible when I need to reschedule in advance, and today they accommodated me when I accidentally showed up a day early for my appointment. The hygienist I have is considerate of my needs and tries her best to accommodate me. Another thing I like about them is they accept Ministry of Social Development patients and don't bill them for the difference, despite the Ministry paying a lower rate than what the clinic charges. I highly recommend Family Dental Care River Point to anybody who's nervous about going to the dentist. They will take care of you.

Overall a great experience. Quick and painless (it was a cleaning so if it was painful I wouldn’t have rated it 5 stars). Hygienist was nice. Dentist was personable. Flouride treatment did NOT taste like peppermint. You need a new supplier (jk....sort of). I loved that they were on time and didn’t make me wait. My time is just as valuable as theirs. Recommend highly.

I chipped my tooth one night and went in the next day to see if they could fix it. Being from out of town I was fully expecting to have to wait a few days. However, they were extremely helpful in that they got me in pretty much right away that day and fixed it up. The staff here is amazingly professional and friendly. The receptionist I had to deal with the last few times was less than friendly and very rude. My last cleaning I had to bring my son with me and the lady from the beginning kept saying "we aren't going to have time to get all this done" and half way my son had to use the washroom and she said it again which made me feel like it was my fault for not having enough time for the appointment but in the end it turns out they didn't book long enough and expected me to come back another time for the second half of the cleaning although nobody mentioned this to me once that I would have to go in twice just for a cleaning. Also EVERYTIME you go in there is a different dentist. It feels like they rush people through to make as much money as they can and don't care about customer experience or service anymore.

Today I had a tooth prepedal and a temporary crown put on. I wonderful experience of having Jesse and Dr Chahal. They worked together and made a great team Jesse was always making sure I was comfortable and was was always making sure I knew what was going on. Dr Chahal was very gentle and was always making sure I was okay. I loved the way these two worked as a team , always confirming with each other that everything was good.

Dr. Rinquinha and staff treated me for emergency care. My filling had dropped out of my tooth. I was able to get in to see the Dentist in less than an hour. The front desk staff were very friendly and guided me through the new patient process. The dental assistants were most kind, cordial and very efficient yet attentive. Dr. Rinquinha saw me, determined a treatment path for my tooth. Even though still seeing other patients he was unhurried, took his time explaining the alternatives and fully answered all my questions. He got a little fussy during my cleaning and before I could say anything, one of the hygienist’s asked to hold him to help the situation. This was the best experience I have ever had with a dentist's office . The reception staff were acommodating, efficient and very kind.The process was seamless in terms of paperwork and payment . The dental hygienist took a lot of extra time to help explain the x-rays and made it a fun and engaging experience. Although I do have a lot of build up after skipping many years of appointments and cleanings , the process was not painful at all and she was extremely considerate of my sensitive teeth and gums. She even offered a second appointment so my gums would not get too irritated from the intense cleaning she was already doing. They did not make the experience feel rushed and even moved thier schedule around a bit to accommodate some extra time for me. The dentist was also very friendly and fun while doing the exam at the end.
