I have been seeing Dr. Waller since I was 4 or 5 years old, I can't remember exactly what age..overall my experience, where the staff is always very helpful, all in all with great attitudes that give off a very welcoming and comfortable atmosphere in the building...It sure is an amazing place to be getting anything that needs to be done with my teeth, whether itb cleaning or fillings, crowns, next I'll have my bridge done lol I'd highly recommend to those and others that this is where you'd wanna get your dental work done:)

I would recommend FDC Downtown to anyone. Dr. Waller has been my family dentist for over a decade. Some staff have been there for years, from the time of Dr. Waller's private practice. He always puts me at ease and accomplishes his work with minimal discomfort to me. Noteworthy is the fact that the staff is always friendly, professional and they ask follow-up questions about any recent work that they've done for me. Appointment times are honoured, which means I spend very little time in the waiting room.

Staff is very predjiduce and doesn't seem to like native people or their kids. They have been rude to me and mis treated me and at some times made my teeth worse and Dr.David Waller broke a tip off in my gum and it's still there hurting... all this I can some how overlook but when they tried this with my family that's where I draw the line and strat to get angry any parent would. The staff are in organized and rude they are nice if your rich.

This was my first visit to an urban dentist in over 15 years. This clinic is very hi-tech, organized and competent. My digital X-rays (including a 180 degree panoramic view - really amazing) were right there beside me to admire as my work was done. My hygienist "loves teeth," and it was reflected in the whole experience. I have to travel via medical bus which seriously limits appointment days and times. The staff were very helpful and accommodating with this limitation. Definitely a 5+.

Fantastic customer service. One generally has a sense of unease when it comes to the dentist, especially when one hasn't been to a dentist in years. One tends to feel a bit uncomfortable. ???? These lovely peeps made me feel uncomfortably comfortable for a dentist visit. It's a good thing! To clarify. Haha. They put my mind at ease about being there in the first place. They made me feel safe during these scary times of social distancing. The awesome lady that took care of me was so kind and humourous, she definitely made my visit super easy on my nerves. I felt ultimately reassured that I was in fantastic hands by the time I left. ???? Highly recommended!

If I could rate this place as negative stars i would. Had a rootcanal done incorrectly. A couple years later it fell out and realizing theres massive infection underneath of it for God knows how long and could have lead to other bodily issues. Another dentist had even mentioned it looked like a temporary filling rather than a permanent one. The manager was incredibly rude and interrupted me repeatedly when I tried to discuss what was wrong and that I am now having severe issues due to the medical malpractice done to my mouth. Wouldnt recremend dealing with these people in any way. She was a very nasty woman might I add. They WILL have to deal with me again if this isnt solved.

I have been avoiding going to the dentist for 198 years and as a result my teeth have deteriorated horribly... my embarrassment compounding the problem of not wanting to go in. Recently a front tooth that was degraded finally gave way and I was forced to face the reality of humiliating myself by showing a dentist the extent of my dental issues. When I went in and explained my situation the receptionist set my mind at ease by being really personable and caring... the dentist saw me within half an hour of me walking in off the street... he was comforting and assured me he could help. Booked an appointment the next day( today) . It was an amazing experience... fast,painless, and ended up costing me less than the (also very supportive) tech quoted me the day before..soooo happy with my tooth which turned out perfectly.. have set up another appointment to finally get all my stuff dealt with! Thank you so much Family Dental.... for setting my mind at ease and letting me finally see some hope for the state if my mouth lol

My daughter had a bike accident and Dr. Waller was ever so wonderful to get us in ASAP. We were only booked in to see what could be done. After discussing what was going to be best for my daughter which was a root canal he offered to do it right then. He didnt send us to make another appointment and come back another time like he could have and most would have. He is certainly there for his patients! He is gentle, kind, soft spoken, and has wonderful chair side manners. Absolutely was wonderful with my daughter. We will be seeing him for all our dentist needs., and would highly recommend him.

Later the clinic called as they finished a procedure early and were able to fit me in immediately. GREAT same day service.

Dr. Waller and his staff are great. They are always friendly, and I appreciate that there is no pain when my teeth are being cleaned. They also answer any questions I may have about what they are discussing while my teeth are being looked at. They don't mind explaining what their "secret code" means. LOL.
