Pam's cleaning was the most thorough I've ever had! I really liked that she was focused on my teeth and not talking to me, which allowed me to be relaxed. She even put on chapstick for me without me having to ask - attention to detail is definitely their thing. Would have liked Dr R to be more talkative about my teeth :)

The front staff are very connected with the back and know the charges and are clear on the services received. As well Dr. Rickards is a master dentist. I really feel relaxed and in good hands when I need dental care.

I have severe anxiety when I even think of going to a dental office... they are kind, thoughtful and reassuring. No cavities yet. ???? Easy parking in front of the office. Love the fish pond in the waiting room... the Koi are beautiful.

I had a great experience with the Root Canal specialist and his assistants. The process was gentle, and even had some laughs together. I have been having bad anxiety for the last year so this worked out the best, with some anti anxiety meds. I was nervous for my first time using it, but now I know I can again. Plus my face wasn't overly frozen, it was very local to the tooth.

If you're looking for the best dental experience. You will be totally delighted with your visit to Concept Dental. From the moment you walk in and are greeted by the cheerful staff. You will be made to feel at home. They offer free bottled water, juice,coffee and even a healthy snack. The staff takes time to talk to you and answer any questions you may have. I have seen Dr.Appalraju for am implant and crown. Explained everything about the procedure from start to finish. Very caring Dr who is Not there to sell you procedures you don't really need. My implant was done with local freezing and I can honestly say it was a good experience. I would recommend him to anyone. Not only is the staff great and Dr. Appalraj, but in my opinion they are very fair priced. Stand behind all treatments as well. Even an electric toothbrush. I will definitely be going back.

The staff was amazing and they explained the whole procedure prior to beginning as well as throughout the whole process. They took time to make sure I was comfortable many times during the appointment and at the end of the procedure sat down with me to discuss what they did, what to expect and all this was made even more clear with the aid of before and after pictures/radiographs. I can not think of anything else they could have possibly done to make the appointment go better. I strongly recommend getting any work you may need done at Concept Dental Centre.

I don't really write reviews, but I would like to share with everyone my experience at Concept Dental Centre. Over the last fifteen years in Canada I went trough many destructive dental treatments. I came to this place (Concept Dental) with multiple problems, very desperate for a good, professional care. I was looking for a place where patient's care is a priority. I found it here. Two lovely and friendly ladies are greeting you at the front desk. Very accommodating with all the appointments. The assistant team (all of them) and the hygienists are top class. Always looking out for you and your comfort. Dr. Rickards it's not only an expert in cosmetic dentistry, he is a doctor who deeply cares for his patients and their health. The first time I feel like I am in the best hands and I am very grateful for it. I just wish I would have found this place earlier, it would have saved me many tears and lots of money.

Dr, Rickard and his team are the best. 10 years ago I had another dentist in town replace the same filling 3 times after it kept falling out. After he refused to discuss it with me I knew I needed a new dentist. I went to Dr. Rickard, he replaced the filling and it is holding strong ten years later.
