Never had any issues with Dr Ellis or his day time staff. My whole family goes there (5 of us) and no problems. Great with the kids, never had any pain during any procedure. Highly recommend him.

I unfortunately had to switch a family member to a different dental clinic. Appointment after appointment and still in pain 1.5 months later. Pain worse now. Always trying to upsell. Will post results of new dentist.

I checked my teeth there in October 2020 and I was happy with the service and the bill. So I ordered the same work to be done for my helper and I told them I was going to pay for her. My helper wasn’t seen until Feb 2021. Surprisingly, the bill for her check up doubled what I paid in October. When I asked them why, they simply said my helper needed more work. I said that was ok but what really upset me was that I was never consulted if I was going to pay or not for the extra work that she needed. The manager said she assumed that I was going to pay for whatever was done with my helper. How was that possible? I was totally speechless! With the manager’s attitude, I told her I would never deal with them anymore and I canceled all the future appointments for my family. What a shame!
