My overall dental experience at West Hill Dental was excellent. I had a series of fillings done and I was so comfortable with work being done that I had to fight to stay awake while dental work was being completed. Yes it was that relaxing of an experience. I would definitely recommend this dental clinic to anyone who needs dental work.

I needed a fairly urgent root canal done and the place I usually go was closed for holidays. Dr. Krasilowez, who I believe was on holidays herself, took the time to personally message me to find out what the problem was, and Dr. Firman was able to squeeze me into his very tight schedule the very next day. I have high anxiety and a phobia of the dentist but I felt at ease throughout the entire treatment. Very minimal discomfort. The entire staff provided top notch service. Their professionalism and genuine care have most likely turned me into a lifelong patient. Thank you!

Is it weird to say I love it there. DR. K & her team are great, I love the fact that their informative, really great with kids since I have two so far going to them, soon three then four children of mine going by next year. Each time my children, and I are completed an appointment we always leave 100% satisfied because the staff ensures our needs, concerns and/or questions have been fulfilled. I called today for a sore tooth, I knew it wasn’t good as well. I asked around the office for the best place to go and West Hill Dental immediately was recommended. I was given an appt for 8:00 the next morning and at lunch they called and had a cancellation. So I went there and had to have a tooth pulled. Excellent experience, excellent service and I highly recommend you go here!!

I was so sad that my dentist of 30 years retired and I wasn’t having luck with the replacement dentists. One of the fillings that the replacement dentist did snapped in half and I knew for certain I wasn’t going back. I checked out reviews and saw the rating is so high for West Hill Dental. I contacted them and made an appointment but also offered to be available ASAP if any cancellations. After a couple days , they had a cancellation and I went right there. I can’t really express the relief I felt when I was told “Cliff” would be in to do my freezing. Low and behold , virtually all the staff from my old dentist office that worked along side him all moved over to West Hill Dental ????. Blessing to see all familiar faces and knowing I absolutely made the best choice to switch to West Hill Dental. Dr Krasilowez is AMAZING!!!! Her level of care and thoroughness is exactly like my old dentist. Then I realized she worked along side him as she was in Dental College. Needless to say, my whole family have switched to her office.
