Very clean work other then the part on my one middle top tooth where there is a line way ridge witch i keep cutting my tounge on. And the one tooth he made to big it chipped quarterly and now is sharp as well and cut my tounge on. And now the ridge on my middle tooth is started to steep in and will probably need to be fixed and was one of the only 4 good teeth i had.

I had a root canal done followed by a filling; sounds scary however I didnt feel a thing! I'm actually looking forward to my next visit! I'll have my smile back! Robin has been my dentist for decades now and the service he has provided has been nothing but excellent for many reasons, one being that he continues to keep up with the newest technology another is he always ensures that whatever procedure he is doing he takes the time to explain in detail and in layman’s terms exactly what and why it is being done he also strives to make your experience as painless as is possible and I can attest to this because after countless visits I have never had any real pain to speak of, even after the freezing wears off All of his staff are excellent and very professional but I really have to single out Carey She’s Robins right hand woman and has a unique ability to make one feel very comfortable and confident when explaining what exactly is going to be done, how long it should take and what result to expect, she also is acutely aware of what procedures might produce some uncomfortableness and perhaps some pain and stresses that if you feel any pain whatsoever to raise your hand so it can be rectified by whatever means possible, her friendly and professional demeanour actually makes me look forward to my visit if she happens to be the person assigned to me that day. I have recommended many people to Robin over the years and every single one of them resulted in positive feedback... you might be thinking now this guy must be getting paid for this review but I assure you I’m not.. it really is a fair and unbiased opinion based on my experience Doug Jmaeff

As always, I was treated with courtesy and respect. The staff…from the front desk to the hygienist to the dentist…was friendly and precessional. They even laugh at my corny jokes! Each step of the procedure was explained thoroughly and I was asked if I was ok throughout the appointment. My next appointment is booked. And, although I don’t usually look forward to dental appointments, the staff here makes me eager to return.

The service was very good.i was disappointed that there was not any magic glue to attach the loose tooth to the next one which is still solid .Mr arcand kept saying extraction .well with today's technology I Ibelivethat there is a way to save that.front tooth. Smile prince albert did not make me feel bad about my teeth at all. I felt no judgment and they were very friendly. This is the first place I've gone where I felt comfortable. I am beyond appalled with the treatment I received here. All the staff I encountered had a cold manor to them, making me even more nervous than I already was. During my consultation I felt very judged by the dentists and hygienists. When I came for my appointment, I asked for the dentist to talk me through what he was doing. Instead he shoved a bunch of instruments in my face without telling me what he was doing or what they were for - understandably I tried to get out of the way, because that's what you do when foreign objects are shoved in your face without your knowledge or consent. The dentist then threw up his hands in an adult temper tantrum and said I was too "anxious" to continue the procedure. If he had simply told me what was going to happen and why there were various things being shoved into my face and what they were for, there would have been no problem. I guess that's what you get when you go to Prince Albert - I'll stick to my own city from now on.
