I have been here 3 times. Today will be the last. I have only been in town for a couple of years and work as a substitute teacher so have no benefits. My partial was originally purchased at Saskatoon Denture where I was living at the time. The first time they put a broken tooth back on ($140)they left a space where there previously had not been one. I took it back, of course they charged to fix it but gave me a deal ($30) so I thought that was ok as they added on to the tooth. The second time, my partial cracked because I bit on a piece of popcorn kernel. They put it back together a couple months ago. During this time they broke off a different piece while doing the repair. They did not inform me of this so I went back to have them fix it. They were unable to accommodate me for over a week so I happened to be in Saskatoon before my appointment and had him fix their mess because it was uncomfortable. $(140) I was in today because the piece they just repaired 2 months ago broke while biting a chicken finger. I thought perhaps they would work something out as they did not have to take the lab time to fix their own mistake or even giving me a discount. No they would not touch it unless I paid another $140. I realize it is time for a new partial and I really wanted to support local business but it will not be this place. That's ok, I just priced out a new partial from Saskatoon Denture and it is $200 cheaper than here.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank Kally Braaten and her staff for the professional and caring service they provided. I had almost resigned myself to the fact that I was stuck with the unattractive, non-functional bridge I had been provided with years prior because of the lack of space in my bite necessary for a partial denture. That was till I met Kally; she was optimistic and determined to make it work so that I had a smile I was proud of once again. With very little space to work with, Kally fashioned a denture that is both aesthetically pleasing and functional. I am extremely grateful for her work and would recommend her to anyone who requires any type of denture because with my case she proved that anything is possible!
