I got braces here a few years back and I found the staff and "Doctor" to be rude and never on time. From what I know they have two offices and they are extremely over booked. I had prepaid for appointments every month but they could never get me in on time and I ultimately had to wear braces longer than what was planned. They may have changed but they could never remember my name, they never talked to me about my appointment or gave me any information and the "doctor" made a 2 min appearance at the end of each visit and again gave me very little information. When I had my last appointment with them I didn't even know it was my last appointment because they never told me. On top of all of the bad service I had written a bad review about them and they phoned me and asked me to take it down and i refused. I checked their reviews today and found my review had been deleted. Instead of responding to my review and leaving it up they chose to be dishonest.

I went to Embrace Orthodontics recently and I seen Dr. Cadman. He decided the best avenue for me would be invisilign (which I highly recommend). After he reshaped my teeth. I absolutely love my results! All around great, friendly staff, I never waited too long, the clinic was clean and they were quick and efficient. Both my children will be needing braces and I will definitely be returning to Embrace Orthodontics to see Dr. Cadman. If you're looking for a great Orthodontist look no further!

my girlfriends sister waited months for an appointment. they took x-rays then claimed that she was "coughing quite a bit" when they were about to take pictures. she's not a liar, and she hasn't heard her cough ever. they took her temp and everything before she went inside. they didn't even make her wear a mask. they didn't let my girlfriend go in with her, and she said that the staff were very rude to her, and one of the staff even raised her voice at her. and i definitely dont recommend Dr cadman or going to this ortho at all. idk what the hell she could've done to make them act that way.

Whomever was the orthodontic assistant when my daughter visited on May 7th, can we request her for every appointment? She was kind, gentle and extremely considerate when adjusting my daughter‘s braces! She made sure the wires were not jabbing or rubbing anywhere, which can be very uncomfortable. We will be calling and requesting this specific individual! ????????

Appointments are almost always right on time, and we have gotten in early on occasion. Have had a daughter go through the tradition braces process and we are absolutely thrilled with the results. Embrace has always gotten us in to see someone in a timely manner when experiencing difficulty or unforeseen issues - a huge plus when we are coming in from outside of Prince Albert. Have a son just getting his Invisalign trays today - always receive courteous and friendly service.

We were initially disappointed that they wanted to charge us $175 for a new retainer for my son after following Dr. Remmer's instructions on wearing it, however, the Dr. Cadman met with us to discuss the situation.
