Attention to a patients short term and long term needs, a very relaxed and very caring staff from Dr Mullins to each and every person who works on his team. I have nothing but good things to say about Dr. Mullins and his staff. As someone with a longstanding fear of dentists and dental procedures, I was nervous attending his office on the first occasion. He and his staff were completely professional and very friendly. Since then I have had dental appointments on numerous occasions. He is never to busy to educate me on his diagnosis, treatment and preventative care, and does so in an easy to understand manner. He has clearly stayed up to date on the latest advances. But most importantly, I have found him extremely compassionate and honest in his approach and his fees. I don’t generally write reviews but this professional is worthy of a 5 star rating. I have recently moved 2 hours away from his office, but will not hesitate to maintain him as my dentist.

My only fear about Dr Mullins is that eventually he will have to retire. Dr Mullins is by far the most professional and knowledgeable dentist I have ever known. I use to have a huge fear of the dentist from previously bad experiences. Dr Mullins is very calm and patient with his procedures. He is always searching out new products to help with his practise and because of his new products that he backs I have been able to save 2 teeth from having root canals. On a side note another thing I enjoy is one of his dental assistants Sally. She is very calming and very friendly. I truly hope Dr Mullins keeps his practise going for as long as possible.

I was so excited to see Dr. Mullins! Waited two months for our appointment. Unfortunately he has a receptionist named Nancy that is so thoroughly unprofessional and infantile it makes it impossible to trust the work he may have done. I called and received a quote I told Nancy I'd send x-rays and she quoted me 75.00 for first visit. I asked her twice to send it verified in an email as I talked to another receptionist and she told me it would be 150.00. I also requested since it was so far down the line in terms of availability to see Dr. Mullins for her to send me in email the exact date and time. Never happened. The day of the appointment I get a call stating she called me that morning! It's a 2 and 1/2 hour drive for me. She let me know she sent an email but they were having trouble with their internet etc. And she was very defensive stating repetitively that they do do, their job. I asked her why they didn't send a reminder as when I talked months ago I asked if they send them and she said yes. As I expected with most dentist offices. I said no worries I can re-book, she says in a very uninspired way... "Well the next open spot is October." I offered to look at my email now to see if it was in my spam box but had gotten two emails back months ago when I sent my x-rays prior for him to have. I asked her if it bounced back. She said no. She started getting flustered put me on hold and came back on the phone to say, "I'm not going to do this with you. Go back and forth in email." I said, I'm asking if you can kindly send me your last email to me right now to see if it's reaching me or not. She became very defiant. I let her know I was looking at my past two emails from her in which I asked if she could send me the time and date of appointment back in June and a question to Dr. Mullin, simply asking if he does inlays and she never responded. She gets very huffy and puffy and tells me I attacked her on the phone, when I asked why they didn't send a reminder the day before? Most offices do. Although I do admit it is patient's responsibility, as people's lives are very busy and especially an appointment far off in advance full knowing as I mentioned to her I am living in Guelph not Niagra region you would think, to make sure the doctor's time is not wasted, it would be sent. It's apparent to me now, that when making a mistake and blaming the patient-type protocol that this office, in spite of how good the doctor may be, is run TOTALLY in a ridiculous unprofessional WAY. Stay away! It's not worth the aggravation you'll have at some point down the road dealing with their receptionists. Feel sorry for the dentist, he probably doesn't know and has no clue of how many other people have been driven away due to immaturity, incompetence and defensive personalities over there.

Switched to this office after several less than stellar years at another office in town. I was greeted warmly, the process to transfer was painless and a consultation appointment was booked promptly. My husband and I are patients of the other dentist there Dr.Ang and she was lovely. My consultation was thorough and it was all explained to me as it happened. Follow up appointments were again booked quickly and all expenses were laid out before hand, unlike the last office I was a part of!!! Very happy to have made the switch and wish I did it years ago.

I was disappointed in Dr. Mullin when I came in a few months back with this same problem and was dismissed that it was not TMJ and charged me for a few seconds of his time. The experience I have encountered to the present has been welcoming, warm, professional, and very sanitary. I am grateful to have found Dr. Mullins practice. It is my belief he will maintain this level of care and inspiration with his patients and team. As far as I am concerned, I will stay under his care for as long as possible and remained pleased in doing so.

I am new to Dr. Mullins office.. I have had 4 appointments and I have never been happier with the services provided at a dentist. As you enter, the wonderful secretaries greet you and from there, you meet with the kind and lovely dental assistants. Then you meet with Dr. Mullins and he too is absolutely amazing!! I 100% recommend choosing Dr. Mullins as your dentist. He is so easy to talk with and is willing to take the time to discuss the problems you are having. He has never rushed me off and always does good work.

We had such a great experience! I took my 7 year old in for an emergency tooth removal, and the staff did such a great job putting her at ease. The dentist was warm and personable, and took the time to chat with my kiddo. Highly recommend.
