I am a new patient there. As student, they supported me finically. My coverage insurance was about two days from the expire date and they tried their best to give me an appointment before it does so. Front desk ladies are very welcoming and helpful. Dr. Gerry is providing me great treatment.Thank you all for the great services.

Good dental service but they now have a bad parking situation with the large municipal lot going to permit only. Their staff take almost all the good spots on their on site lot so good luck with street parking.

Dr. Maletta has been looking after my teeth for about 40 years. You don't stay with anyone who doesn't deliver on a promise. I had a fear of Dentists since childhood, when I had 5 teeth pulled on my birthday. I had pain during that visit and for weeks after. I had not been to a Dentist since and when I was in my twenties, I met John in a social setting and we chatted. He told me what his profession was and I told him I would never go to a Dentist again because of my bad experience when I was young. He told me how he approaches Dentistry and he Promised me that I would feel no pain in his chair. I never have. If it was possible to rate 10 stars, I would. I am now 62 years old and travel from Burlington to Thorold to see him as I had moved from St. Catharines. I will Never go anywhere else!

John has been able to take care of all of my sports related dental issues for my entire life as well as everything else that I have had to have done and I can honestly say that I have never been more comfortable in a dentist chair than at his office. I have not only never felt any pain or had any issues but he has been able to work some miracles and keep my smile looking healthy and amazing. Can't say enough good things about him and all the staff at Maletta Dental. Thanks.

Dr. Virgulti is the best. I used to be afraid of the dentist and would avoid it at all costs but now I don’t get nervous because I know I’m in good hands. He is polite and compassionate and always makes me feel at ease. I no longer dread the dentist. Also, because I have no insurance, the ladies at the front desk are understanding and flexible and very accommodating. I would never go anywhere else again and would highly recommend to anyone.

Got a filling for a chipped tooth in an area at the tip where it can be prone to break. Was a quick visit, looked great and eliminated the chaffing problem I was having. A couple months later I bit hard on the area by accident and thought it would break but was amazed there were no damage... rock solid. They also have very reasonable pricing!

I came for my appointment, the dentest was nice and thorough, I was early for my appointment and while I was waiting I watched how the office manager just treat some of the staff especially one of the receptionist awful. She was demeaning her. The office manager was on a power trip. I felt bad for this poor lady and I haven't and won't return.

I had gone to Dr. Silverman for nearly 20 years, when he retired I was nervous about having a new dentist. Dr. Virguilti had taken over for Dr. Silverman and after my first appointment with him I felt super comfortable right away (which is huge for me because I spent a lot of my childhood terrified of dentists). He’s great at what he does, every appointment I’ve had with him has been quick and painless. A few years ago I chipped my front tooth, and he fixed it perfectly. When Dr Virguilti moved to Maletta Dental (before I knew where he was) I tried a few other dentists but he’s honestly the best which is why I followed him here. Everyone else at this office is very friendly as well.

I went to Dr. Virgulti for root canal treatment. He said he would give plenty of freezing. However, at the end of the second appointment, he failed to give the extra freezing and the pain was excruciating. He said that he did this deliberately to save me the 2 hours after the appointment that it would take for the freezing to come out. However, this was NOT our agreement and was very disrespectful to me. Furthermore, the pain did not subside and I went to a different dental office. They told, and SHOWED me on the X-ray that one canal in the tooth had NEVER been treated. I would NEVER recommend this dental office, and certainly NEVER recommend Dr. Virgulti. In my opinion, he should not be allowed to practice.
