I went here for a long time but a while ago i needed an appointment and they couldnt take me for weeks so i went to besmas dental by the cop shop. And i couldnt believe the difference my new dentist treat me like a person not like a welfare case they care about your teeth at besmas they do not care at lincoln dental if u want fast carefree dental work this is the place to go if u want a dentist who actually cares stay clear of this place

Worst dentist I've ever been to. This was in 2012, but I will never forget his name. Dr. Joesph Bakty. First visit, he ripped my tooth out and damaged my jaw. My second visit, he was walking around in a bad mood, so I left. I then found out his work history included the Hamilton Jail. That explained a lot.

The dentist is great his one receptionist needs to go, spent mo ths just trying to get her to get my paperwork to where it was needed, was a two second job she just could not handle she should of told me to go else where instead of delaying if I could afford to sue I do pain and suffering for the months I have been without a denture

Very good with working with kids. My daughter has a disability and had three cavities. He worked on one cavity per appointment and did it as fast as possible to get her out. Also, so she wouldnt have to be sedated. I was very pleased. :)

I was worried about finding a dentist when mine retired and I moved. I come here from port colborne. Dentist is the best. He filled my front tooth that is capped. I can't even find it. All the staff is excellent. I won't go anywhere else

I just want to say .staff there is amazing .they make you feel comfortable and listen to what you have to say ...so yes I give them 5 stars but if it was me I would give them alot more stars then 5 ....

We love this dentist. We have been able to get in for emergencies and regular visits quite easily. They've been phenomenal through thr COVID pandemic. We are never made to feel bad for asking questions.

Unbelievable! I feel bad for my boyfriend, they waited 45 min before started working on his teeth, and they wait weeks to book next appointment. I was able to call my dental office and I was able to get appointment in 6 days! I don’t recommend this dental office at all!

Got a painful cleaning charged for polishing and it never got done also they booked me for 2 more cleaning appts why couldn't they just do the cleaning over one appt like they used to not happy at all

Fantastic dentist. And friendly staff.never felt so comfortable at a dentist before. Most dentists won't go out of their way to be pain free. Location is riff raff central though, but it is my neighborhood..lol

Did not complete job hired to do. Performed half the work then wanted cleanings ..fillings and re evaluations before completimg original work hired to do.. No follow up to patient .girl at desk say i will talk to dentist and call back .no.never happened. Come in talk to dentist ? Get another bill when the dentist should have evaluated my teeth on 1st visit . I gave credit card at appointment Girl had not posted it yet month later. 45 days later still not resolved.not fair. I should have been more educated in dentistry before this started or maybe dentist should have communicated with patient

Worst place ever ..never recommend anyone to ever go there it's horrible there very careless n not nice .dentist is rude n send u home n way more pain n more problems then u had before!!!!!! Broke a tooth while working on another tooth n didn't Evan have the dencentsy to say anything what a coward

Used to be a great dentist but recently became horrible the wait times to get in are long and when u do get in takes hours to get into a room when u go in at 2pm and expect to be out by 4pm and are still waiting there is a problem! I think it's time to start looking for a new dentist
