My dentist used to be in downtown Toronto and for quite a while she was so hard to replace. She was amazing and everyone else seemed amateurish ... until I found Dr. Heba and Blossom Smiles Dental. So I chose to come to Blossom Smiles Dental purely because of the reviews on Google, so I decided I should definitely corroborate that this is THE place to go for dental work in Burlington. Seriously, this may be the last dental office I ever want to go to for all of my tooth-related needs - even if I move. I had a root canal done and was very nervous about it, just spent days dreading it. Dr. Hebba is truly such a kind soul. She was very patient and did everything to make me feel more comfortable and it turns out with the right dentist, root canals aren't so bad! If you have any kind of nervousness related to dental work, or are just looking for a place that is kind, welcoming and open about the work they do - this is the place you want to be. ALL staff - from Dr. Hebba, to her assistants to reception - are incredibly friendly, patient and always looking to make your appointment go smoothly so that you leave with a smile. I'm very thankful this is the dentist I chose.

During the pandemic, my 11 year old son was running and fell face first on asphalt. He broke a HUGE chunk out of his front tooth! Our regular dentist had been closed for some time, and we couldn’t even get a hold of anyone for advice as it was the evening and of course everywhere is closed due to Covid-19. We were in a bit of a panic thinking we would have to wait until the following day to get him looked at until we found Blossom Smiles Dentist on the internet. The dentist was so helpful on the phone and she was happy to take our son in straight away, even though she was just leaving for the night. We were so relieved and received the best care! He was a little nervous but was happy about being able to be distracted during the procedure with a choice to watch some basketball highlights on TV! The office itself is beautiful and modern with a very serene atmosphere to it. His newly repaired tooth looks great and he’s very happy! They even called the following day to check up on him. Ive had 4 fillings done in the last 2 months and i have to say for a person whos terribly afraid of dentists I've never had a more relaxing and painless experience. From the needles to the drilling everything was completely pain free. The doctors also show you everything theyre doing to ease your mind about whats going on and being done. They also have very clean offices and music/netflix to keep you occupied. Id rather talk to the staff though as they are all extremely friendly and took me on very short notice during a hard time. Thanks again Blossom Smiles!

From the reception to the dental assistant to the dentist herself all are friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The dentist was willing to listen to my concerns and make a comprehensive plan for the health of my teeth now and in future. I went there in an emergency and will now use them as my new dentist from now on. I have struggled to find a dentist I was happy with, until now!
