Been going here for over a year now. Just had my 1st root canal job done. Went very well and Dr. Fadi took me through the steps as he progressed through it. My first ever and it was painless (except upon paying my bill) and and interesting saving a tooth. I need the ones I have left!

I have been coming to Peterborough Family Dentistry for a few years now, started off as an emergency visit for a broken tooth, and has led to years of amazing professional service. Every one, from the time you enter the office is very attentive and extremely caring. The first day I walked in changed my life, before then I was a person extremely afraid of the dentist, due to a horrible and traumatizing experience years before. They were extremely understanding and didn't do anything until I was comfortable...I didn't feel a thing...here we are years later and I still feel the exact same after EVERY visit.

These people at PFD are amazing! They really care about one. They are patient with me, as a patient of theirs. Excuse the punacious writ....lol. But, seriously, I have had very good treatment from other dentists in Peterborough....BUT, PFD are 'above and beyond' in their 'client service'. Even in the most 'trying of times', and when there is unusual pressure 'on the go' they still have time to smile and be understanding. '3 cheers' for Peterborough Family Dentistry!

I spent quite a bit of time looking for a dentist in Peterborough and was recommended to this place by a friend and I couldn't be happier! As someone who gets pretty stressed at dentist visits, the atmosphere was calm and warm and they didn't push me on any additional things which was really nice as someone who doesn't have insurance! They were very thorough which made me feel more confident, and answered all of my questions and worries! My appointment got rescheduled a couple times but I'm so happy I stuck with it, definitely recommend Family Dentistry!

When my family dentist pushed off extraction of a painful molar for a month, I was desperate. Looking over 30 days of sufferring, I tried Peterborough Family Dentistry. They booked me in, same day I called, just a few hours later. They took responsible covid steps, evaluated and gave me options, and when I opted for extraction they got right to it. I left with a care sheet and despite not having a very thorough discussion of what to expect, they gave me a prominent number to call with any questions. When I did call it they were curteous, prompt and very helpful. A week after extraction, they phoned me with a courtesy follow up! I am pleased, thankful and happy to reccommend Peterborough Family Dentistry.

Dental Hygienist was attentive to me and her staff: very thorough in cleaning my teeth and communicating with her assistant. She made me feel comfortable. The Dentist was on time, efficient, asked if I had concerns, provided a logical and helpful perspective on a recent oral reaction I had.

Dr. Fatty decided to reshape two of my molars all of a suddenly without giving me heads up. He drilled so far up my right molar that I don't think its alive now. I have constant bleeding when I brush my teeth in that area. When I go for a normal cleaning they are very abbrasive and cause more bleeding then necessary. The doctor is from Toronto. Which tells me this is not a good practise. They told me to get on blood thinners. I don't trust them and I'm reluctant to go back.

Used to be great when Dr Rajdev owned. Now they cause medical issues and refuse to deal with the outcome. Dentist are inexperienced in their craft and have admitted violating information act but telling their friends and showing them your case.

In these unprecedented, uncertain times it was nice to go back to the dentist, after 7 months and feel safe and comfortable. PFD has been and still has the best dentist practice in the city. I recommend you give them a call and see for yourself. :)

Staff are very kind and professional, however there has been such a turn over in both hygienists and dentists and there has been no introductions made and this distracts from the office’s mission to be family friendly. I’m very aware that things happen necessitating departures of long standing dentists, yet would expect communication to their patients and this never happened nor did introductions to new dentists and I found this disheartening and disappointing. I have always received what I consider to be professional competent care by the staff but have not always felt like I matter when there has been no communication especially when my dentist disappeared and a new one appeared with no introduction.

After many years of neglect, I just completed a series of appointments with Dr Kheder at Peterbotough Family Dentistry. In the past few months, I had a thorough checkup, a bridge replaced, a root canal and a wisdom tooth extracted. It was painless and I was provided with detailed explanations of the work being done. Everyone I dealt with was very friendly and professional. All appointments were on time and they had good COVID screening. 2 thumbs up, or 5 stars to Dr. Kheder and his team

I recently got a new patient exam done at this location and just scheduled another appointment for some drill and fills. I had a problem with scheduling appointments with the other dentistry clinics around town. I was pleasantly shocked that I was able to book an appointment for the very next day. I hate having to wait months for something as simple as getting my teeth cleaned. So if your looking for a place that can get things done within a reasonable time frame - this is the place. The only reason why this review is not five stars is because there is no direct billing. Although they send everything out for you to your insurance company, its still a bit daunting paying large medical bills upfront, especially as a student.

Dr. Salama cancelled my appointment approximately 45minutes before my scheduled appointment as he was unable to commute from Toronto that day. According to the receptionist, the guy doesn't even live in the Peterborough area. I was rescheduled for the following week, only to find out when I arrived in the morning he was no where to be found. I also like how the only Google review is from Paul Pacitto, who just happens to be the other owner of this dental clinic. This is place is an absolute joke and I would not waste any time or money at this place! I would recommend that people go see Dr. Kathryn Moore instead, she actually cares about her patients and has the decency to show up and not waste your time or money.
