I have not been to a dentist in several years and everyone made me comfortable being there, and not shamed due to the length of time it's been since I have had my teeth checked. I love my dentist office. Deb is the hygienist that has looked after my teeth for years now and I wouldn't go to anyone else. I have some specials sensitivity on my lower lip and she's very very careful with everything that she does. And Jack is just an all-around great dentist. You can't go wrong with this Clinic. From the girls at the front desk Karen is a gem she's a keeper for sure

I did quite a bit of research on implants in the GTA area before my friend in Peterborough strongly recommended me to take Dr. Chiang into consideration. After a couple of phone calls with him, I found the process well explained and the price reasonable. So I took the plunge and decided to go to Peterborough for my implant even though it’d take 3.5 hours round trip. The reception was exceptional and welcoming as though the staff had known me for years; the waiting room was spacious and my average wait time (5-6 visits) was minimal. The process required 5-6 visits and all of them went smoothly with precision and accuracy. Now, I’ve regained my smile which I had lost for over a year. On a side note, I got to meet with my dear friend in town for brunch after each visit and to my surprise I discovered quite a few nice restaurants . Not only did I find a reliable dentist to look after my dental issues, but also found this little gem of a town- Peterborough.

I am so happy we found Dr.Chiang and his staff, they make my children and I feel so welcomed and comfortable. My children now love to go to the dentist to see Dr.Chiang. I like how Dr.Chiang understand my children are not going to be perfect robots and sit in the dental chair without asking 100 questions. He is patient and kind to my children and always answers my kids questions (no matter how ridiculous they are). He understands kids are kids.

Dr. Jack Chang has been my dentist for over 20 years. I am not the easiest person to deal with due to anxiety issues that have developed due to some horrible experiences that I have had with previous Dentists. Dr. Chang and his staff have always been kind, gentle, caring and compassionate . There have been many times I arrived at his office with tears in my eyes but I always left his office with a smile instead of tears. Today was one of those days. Appointment about 18 hours ago A bit of a wait as the dental surgeon who was brought in was backlogged. The extraction that I had worried about for months was done in no time with plenty of freezing & I haven't had any of the bruising, swelling or pain that were possibilities (haven't even needed the prescription pain medication)

My first visit was in 2012, referred by my mom to the Peterborough dental clinic. I had neglected my teeth for years and was very nervous and felt shameful really of the condition of my teeth. All the staff (especially Jack) made me feel very comfortable, and they devised a plan to get my teeth back in good condition. They succeeded my every expectations really. I’m confident in my smile and have strong teeth today because of them. I’m always impressed that it’s a one-stop shop as well. From cleaning to filling, extractions (even a specialist if needed), whitening systems (which were affordable and work well) to plates and dentures. It really is the best dental clinic I have ever been to…I’ve had four over the course of my life. I do feel extremely safe as well during the pandemic. I usually don’t write too many reviews, however I do feel this team goes above and beyond. Thought I’d share!

I had an excellent appointment! All the staff I interacted with were kind, patient and hard working. I also think the phone texting system they have to inform patients when it's alright for them to come in, after they've cleaned the exam rooms, is a great idea during the pandemic. I hope someday that biodegradable toothbrushes and floss will be available to receive after your appointment. Otherwise though, I can't think of any other suggestions for improvement at all!

I am a patient at Peterborough Dental Clinic and have had a lot of work done there from cleanings to having a couple implants done and I have never been more happy with a dentist!! I had my implants done by Dr Sam which was complete painless, quick and also the best price in town! I would recommend anyone to see Dr Chiang and Dr Sam!! Very friendly environment and staff!!
