If I could leave zero stars, I would. Worst experience I have ever had at a dentist. Dr. Fulford was absolutely terrible. I called in earlier that day to come in and have my tooth looked at because I was in a lot of pain. I got in for 4:00 pm but apparently I was their last client of the day as they are also a call in emergency clinic. My back molar was infected and cracked. I asked her to pull it. Every time she went to numb it she would hit my nerve. After less than a couple minutes I suppose it was taking too long to numb it and she decided to go ahead and pull it without my tooth being properly numbed. She didn't warn me when she was about to pull it and I felt absolutely everything, by far the most painful thing I have ever experienced. I screamed and asked her to stop because I physically couldn't bare the pain. I asked if she could numb it more or give me some laughing gas, which she annoyingly grabbed and gave me, ( I have had laughing gas about a month prior for a surgery and know how it affects me, I felt no different and am almost positive that all she gave me was oxygen.) She finished pulling the tooth without giving me any more numbing or laughing gas at all. When I asked her if it was normal that it hurt that bad she told me yes and that someone earlier that day had compared the pain to child birth! In this day and age there should be no reason for something to be that painful. She put a piece of gauze in the hole and left me without saying goodbye, walking me to the front desk, gave me no instructions or gauze to take home. I made my way on my own to the front desk and paid my ridiculously expensive bill and drove home in tears. I noticed after looking over my bill that I was also charged $150 for laughing gas that I know I did not receive. She was in a rush to leave and end her day, I will never go back to her.

i had the best experience at dentistry on sherbrooke with dr. fulford. i came in because my wisdom tooth was bothering me. i was able to get it looked at the same day and dr fulford got it out in minutes. i had no pain and felt comfortable right from the beginning and knew i was in good hands. she is now my regular dentist and i don't fear coming to the dentists like i used to!!

I had a very large filling replaced and requested a filling as opposed to a cap or crown due to cost. Dr Fulford spent extra time to accomodate my request, and performed a follow-up smoothing to make it perfect. The large filling is still here a few months later and I've transferred my entire family to this office.

My dentist is in Scarborough so I called dentistry on Sherbrooke about a piece of glass stuck in my gums. The dentist told me to come in and she saw me and took care of me right away. I wish I had asked the Dr. Her name. She was wonderful.

Had two visits so far and had the best experience at Dentistry on Sherbrooke. Dr. Findlay thoroughly examined and explained the condition of my oral health. I was glad to know that there were no concerns, and he asked me to book a dental cleaning. I went back for the cleaning, and Melissa did a really great job. She was of utmost friendly and answered all my questions. Kudos, team, and please keep up the excellent work!

Can't express how impressed I was with Dr Fulford and staff. They stayed late to look after me. I had a root canal. So caring and kind The customer service was outstanding. So happy I switched to them. Highly recommend them. 10 out of 10

Dr. Vander Velden is an artist when it comes to complicated dental work. His work is impeccable. I really appreciate the time he takes to explain dental issues and options for restoration. He and his staff are patient, professional and kind, and always there when you need them.

Dr. fulford did two fillings and both have fallen out. was in pain for weeks afterwards that i had never experienced before with other dentists. Do not recommend.

Dr. Vander Velden recently did a specialized type of filling for me (gold inlay). Even though I am a dentist myself (I am a specialist and haven't done a filling in years) he took the time to explain each step of the procedure to me. As he was working I could tell how meticulous he was being and that he was paying attention to every little detail. I was very comfortable during the entire procedure and the quality of his work is outstanding.

Dentistry on Sherbrooke, specifically Dr. Vander Velden was recommended to me as being an excellent dentist who provides great patient care. I can honestly say that after my initial and subsequent visits I concur. Despite being busy with other clients, Dr. Vander Velden took the time to explain what needed fixing and the available options. If you are lucky enough to become a patient of Dr. Vander Velden and happen to be waiting a bit past your scheduled appointment, perhaps take a moment to consider that he is kindly taking time to educate the patient before you and he will likely offer the same care to yourself when needed. Five stars and 10/10 to Dr. Vander Velden & staff!!
