The front office staff are very friendly and efficient. My hygienist, Trish Pratt, always does a gentle, thorough job. Dr Mike MacPhee is an excellent dentist. I suffer from generalized anxiety disorder and he is very understanding and compassionate. He adjusts his methods to minimize the elevation of my anxiety when any dental work is required. A truly first-class dental practice.

I can't thank them enough!!! They have taken such good care of me and my kids, they helped rebuild a whole tooth for me for under $200!! I'm so extremely happy and thankful plus they are great at not making it painful!! I highly recommend them!! They also have dental payment plans ????

This is one of the rudest dentist I've ever dealt with. My wife and her children have been going here for years and now something has changed. My wife was calling them about an issue we were having and they were very rude to her and hung up on her. This dentist assistant was very rude and unprofessional. I will never send my children here again nor will my wife ever go here again. I'm very disappointed in the dental assistants here.????

Worst service ever, my wife booked me a appointment on Oct 18th, the appointment date was Oct 27th at 3:20, I took time off work (work is 45 mins away) I get there at 3:10 and they told me that my wife called in to cancel on October 20th which she never did, as I also called them yesterday October 26th to originally cancel my appointment for another day, as they told me I couldn't, had to give 2 days notice or $50 cancellation fee would be charged, so told dr MacPhee office we will be switching dentist, at 3:30 the same day another dentist took me and my family in, I went there and they took x-rays and even pulled my wisdom tooth the same time, where dr.macphee want to do it 2 different appointments, we will be happy with our new dentist, as Dr.Macphee lost a family of 5 as his patients

They couldn't have found a more perfect team to continue Doctor Halls practice! I had recently moved back home a few months ago and was scared about finally having a checkup after not being in a dentist chair for a decade. I am someone that feels anxiety intensely and after admitting it to this team they went above and beyond to make sure I was not only comfortable but well taken care of. One of their assistants let me squeeze her hand while I got the freezing needle which none of us like and the technician knew exactly how to calm me down when he fired up the topic of metal music. After chatting with the other professionals a bit I got a very strong sense that this is a team that knows how to support each other and I have not met one person in this building that didn't treat me respectfully. If you're in or around the Smiths Falls area and looking for a dentist I would highly recommend Maple Dental. This is a team you can trust not only with your teeth but your wallet as well ????

We LOVE Dr. MacPhee and our family travels for an hour to get to his office. Such amazing and kind staff, they are sensitive to the fact that we are self employed and have no coverage, and I went in for an emergency once and they didn't even charge me because it turned out to be nothing! One Christmas Eve (after 7pm) my daughter smashed her face and we were looking at having to go to an emergency dentist. Dr. MacPhee told us to TEXT him a picture of her mouth and then said we could wait until after the holidays! Who does that?? Highly highly recommend.

Don't let them near your mouth or Wallet. If your have insurance they will make sure they add services like Xrays- quote but it was only 12 dollars! I stated why are you xraying if you are referring us elsewhere then told that this was the specialist wouldn't need to Xray. Didn't think much about it till I'm told that the 100$ conslitaion fee just to walk in the door and for xray! Just show another Dentist/ office just out for your Money! Do yourself a favor find another Dentist I have!

Dr. MacPhee and Dr. Bond have both been incredible resources for our family's dentistry needs. When our regular dentist was suggesting significant dental work on our 6 year old daughter without symptoms and with little investigation, they took time to fit us in quickly and do the proper xrays, resulting in only a small suggested intervention. When our 3 year old son had a dental emergency at daycare, they fit us in the same day and helped calm him down to properly assess the issue. Dr Bond and Dr MacPhee are very accommodating and willing to double check, continue to monitor and even willing to seek a second opinion when appropriate. The office is fantastic at fitting us into times that work with our busy family and very prompt at getting us in for a last minute visit. They are both very personable, compassionate doctors and I would highly recommend them to anyone, especially for children and nervous dental patients.

Unfortunately, I have removed myself and my children as clients effective today. I felt it was the best decision for us as the last 2 experiences were negative. The office is just not the same atmosphere and is not a good fit for us. Very disappointing.

Loved It when Dr Hall was in. He cared, you guys do not... Went in while go to get teeth help because I had no benfits was rude and never talk tome then hirt me by purposelyhitting my bad tooth. Thought I try again year later talked to the front desk sounded nice till you ask them anything that takes effort they wont do, theyll just wait till the next chump to over pay or add a bunch of ramdom stuff on their bill /benfits. Everyone I know that goes there has been over chrged or deals just rudness childish things............ I miss dr Hall. As everyone has been saying save your mouth and wallet.

My son was covered by my ODSP 2 years ago because he was in school. This office must be pretty hard up to harass us for $19 for emergency dental work, that being said ODSP is being very petty for denying $19

Horrible missed Dr Hall. They over charged my master card, said I was to druged up to remember? So you get poeple messed up then like "yes your so easy mark hahaha" never again will I go there. Please as poeple are saying watch yourr mouth and wallet dont go!!!

Maple Dental is the best in Smith Falls, A+++ Service. The front office staff is friendly and amazing. Dr.MacPhee is the GOAT of dentists. If you go to any other Dental Office in Smith Falls you need to re-examine your life choices .

Put us in a waiting list since August and twice assured us they’d call in October. Nothing. Have called 3 times and there is no sense they care at all. We both have insurance and require big $$$ work completed but yet they won’t even put us on a cancelation list. If they treat potential patients like this how would they treat their actual patients? Went to Dr Sean in Perth and are very satisfied. Boo to Maple Dentistry and they’re office team.
