They don’t tell and charge you , make sure if you have insurance don’t rely that they will guide you what you covered for !! They will give you max bill to charge you.. They don’t care they will charge you for most expensive code and tell you after you come !!!

Absolutely awesome staff! The dentist and hygienists are incredible. I've had my teeth cleaned by several hygienists and they all did a wonderful job. I left my previous dentist because of over-billing and fees way above the guidelines. This clinic charges right at the guideline fees and I've recommended this location to several of my family members. I'm happy I made the switch a few years ago! Thanks for being awesome.

After years of staying with a dental office I hated, I decided to make the switch to Barrhaven Bright Smile Dental. I have been nothing short of completely blown away by this practice (even in the scope of ALL medical professionals I've dealt with). From their reception straight to the doctors, BBSD has been nothing but pleasant to deal with. Their dental hygienist, Trevor, is personable, empathetic, non-judgmental, and extremely helpful, placing focus on patient comfort and education. It's easy to see he knows his stuff by the way he breaks down oral hygiene to a level that the public can understand. You'll never leave feeling ignored, as he is happy to offer advice, address concerns, check in mid-cleaning on how you're feeling, etc... Seriously, I talk with my friends about how nice this guy is. Dr Irina is thorough, welcoming, and clearly extremely passionate about patient care. Her bright attitude is refreshing (dare I call a woman of such professional prestige a "ray of sunshine"?...), leaving no doubt that you are in good hands. With a clean office, welcoming decor, and A+ staff, this spot embodies "your friendly neighbourhood dentists office". More than anything, I regret not switching to Barrhaven Bright Smile Dental sooner!

We have been coming for almost 2 years now but I am not too sure if we want to stay. First of all he clerk at the desk couldn't care less, no smiles, no warm greetings for both parent and kids. She looked like someone who is not friendly and or just chooses the type of people she wants to be friendly with. She looked at you when you arrived and don't say hello or hi in a friendly manner. It's very awkward, and if you work as a clerk you have to be be at least friendly, warm and a bit more welcoming than just a plain look even if it's just a pretend? Dentists are okay, they seems approachable and knows what they're doing. But lately kids are complaining of sore gum from the hygienists work, it apparently injured their gums from cleaning. It never happens before as they normally don't complain but lately both of my kids complained of sore gums after the visit. It wasn't the same hygienist 6 months ago so it could be someone new.

Go there if you don't care about your money. They never submitted claim to the insurance company for my son's appointment and decided to back charge my wife's credit card after SIX(!) months from the appointment date. After asking receptionist about what's going on she simply lied straight to my face that they submitted the claim(of course, without any proof) and she doesn't know why my claim was not processed. That was after I called the insurance company and made sure no claims were made. I am no longer with the original insurance company so recouping money was problematic(I had to fill the claim myself and physically mailed it). I understand errors happen but this office made ZERO effort to correct their own mistake (like helping me out to re-submit the claim) instead they've chosen to lie to me. I was able to recover money (that is actually a proof initial claim never happened) but the whole experience was horrible. When I mentioned that they shouldn't expect to see my family in their office again the answer was "It's fine with us"

Recently visited this dental office for a regular check-up and my experience was nothing short of amazing. I was seen by Dr. Phil and he was very caring, patient and helpful. Alessandra was able to answer any of my concerns right away and I felt like she was very understanding and helpful throughout the entire appointment. Best experience I’ve ever had at a dental office and it was all thanks to Dr. Phil and Alessandra.
