capped a chipped tooth that fell off in 2 months. Took my bottom spacer from my braces out because he said I wouldnt need it anymore- and now those teeth are crooked. Complete idiots. Don't go there!

After a snow shoveling incident on the weekend and losing a chunk of my front tooth (not an emergency - just not pretty) Pat was able to squeeze me into the Monday schedule. Dr Matt is amazing and I left there fully restored. Stellar care from the front desk to the chair. You guys are the best.

I would recommend Penticton Dental Centre to anyone looking for a new dentist in the South Okanagan. I switched to Dr. Saina a few years ago after a bad experience with another dentist and have had nothing but positive experiences since. Tanya and the front office staff are friendly and helpful when booking appointments and always greet you with a smile upon entering the building. I have had Jenna as my hygienist the last few visits and her professionalism and kindness go above and beyond. I couldn't imagine going anywhere else for my family's dental care.

Fantastic place to go! I’d recomend Penticton dental to anyone! Dr Irvine is a great dentist! My husband will not go to anyone else! Recently had my braces done here and it was an exceptional experience. The reception staff is always friendly and amazing! The thing that made my experience stand out by far was my orthodontist Andrea! She’s always friendly and takes time out of her busy schedule to really get to know you. She was always very attentive in making sure that everything was comfortable! I never once felt like I was being a nuisance or felt like I was being pushed out the door. Amazing experience!

Dr. Irvine has been my dentist from before this dental centre location was opened, and I have always found him to be professional and cost-conscious — my ideal combination. He doesn’t try to up sell services, which is a refreshing change from what I hear from some of my friends and their local dentists. As an “older person”, I have found Dr. Irvine’s management of my long-standing issues from a mis-spent youth to be totally on point. His staff are totally great as well, and I get used to seeing the familiar faces as we go along. . . . And he’s managed to keep pretty much all of my teeth completely functional. No mean feat!

One thing that I feel good about, is that Dr. Irvine will discuss procedures, as well as considering insurances. What does not need to get done, will not get done.

Front desk staff are friendly, helpful, and professional. Dr. Saina does great work, she explains things really well, and her conduct is professional and sweet. I trust her recommendations and the work she does.. and no upselling! I'm generally nervous about dental work, in part due to past negative experiences from elsewhere, and in part because I am a wimp, but I am always put at ease and no mess-ups in my 5 yrs of visits. My daughter is happy with this clinic as well. Highly recommend :)

I've been to them a few times. The dental hygienists are great. Last time I went there however was for a free filling and it was the most horrific experience of my life. They had a trainee assisting the dentist because it was a free procedure and she had no idea what she was doing. There were moments where I couldn't breathe and the tooth isn't even properly fixed after them doing a filling twice now. Today I called to book an apt for my boyfriend and I as I will have benefits again soon and was told they aren't taking new patients (as my bf hasn't been there before). They just lost themselves a patient. Dental offices should at least consider accepting a current patient's spouse. That is terrible service. I won't be back.

Staff is awesome, i’ve had some dental emergencies where they’ve moved schedules around and were able to fit me in. I don’t have to worry about my coverage because they coordinate all that. And my dentist give me exact explanations of what she’s doing during the procedures so when I hear different things happening I know what’s going on.
