A root canal was not my ideal way to start out 2019, but Dr. Jung, Jessie, Ashlea and everyone at Enamel Dental answered all of my questions and put me at ease. I got in easily and the follow up treatment was scheduled immediately. The root canal itself was far less painless than I would have ever imagined and the follow up call at the end of the day to check in with me was more than reassuring. To top it all off I got an email letting me know that there was an error on my bill in my favour! Overall this was a wonderful experience!

Hands down one of the most professional and comprehensive dental offices you will ever encounter. Drs. Jung and Marino are top notch, skilled dentists who do great work, not to mention the terrific service provided by the hygienists and admin staff during your visit. They don't cut corners and are always investing in the latest technology to provide efficient and state-of-the-art care. I trust my entire family (some of whom come from out of province just to get work done!) to the staff at Enamel Dental. We are so fortunate to have them in town!

Dr. Jung is absolutely amazing. He has fixed a molar for me that another dentist did a terrible hack job on years ago, more recently taken me through Invisalign braces (which cured my tinnitus and gave me a beautiful smile), and he has done all of my regular dental work over the last 15 or so years. He is incredibly gentle with freezing needles, is efficient in his work, and his staff are fabulous. I recommend him 100%.

Last Friday I had a lower left molar removed by Dr.Jung. I left following careful aftercare instructions perfectly but the bleeding didnt stop for three days. Once it did, I was able to see that the stitches had ripped thru my gum and now are just on one side of a gaping abscess hole. I called the office but its inconveniently closed ALL week so I called the back up Dr Neuman. She wasnt able to see me but sent a prescription pf antibiotics to me, but theres pains in my chest up into my eye socket and ear. I am now forced to see an emergency doctor as an infection has spread dangerously thru my body. Worst $400 I ever spent. Aside from him bashing my top teeth so hard he knocked a tooth loose, cut up my tongue and all the gums surrounding the tooth he pulled, Im super unhappy that I was left without antibiotics in the first place. This butchery could cost me my life. Thanks so much for not caring at all for the well being of a patient. I hope you all enjoyed your vacation.

Enamel Dental Center discriminates. I was denied services that I needed to address my dental concerns- services that Enamel Dental offers to others. Enamel Dental is facing a complaint with the College of Dental Surgeons, a human rights complaint and a lawsuit. Do not support Enamel Dental Center. See dental care elsewhere. There are many reasons to discriminate against someone. You could be next. The dentists at Enamel Dental are cowards at best.

Terrible service, and believe it or not, racist towards Asians. (even though the Dr. is Chinese) Terrible service. Bad price, condescending. Rushed. Holy smokes, just bad. Never going back. It's really insane that they get paid so much for such terrible service. Really for the price, fly to Mexico or Japan to get MUCH MUCH Better dental work for FAR LESS WITHOUT INSURANCE. What a rip off.

Both my wife and I have been attending the Enamel Dental Center for the past 10 years and we believe they provide the best dental care in the Okanagan. Their staff are friendly, efficient and they are always 'on time' with your appointment. We have our teeth cleaned by Elizabeth who in our opinion, is the best Dental Hygienist in Penticton Once you have had her do a cleaning, you won't be happy with anyone else!

2017 I went to this dental office for a procedure. Since that day I have had nothing but complications from it. I found this office to be uncaring, and cold. The Dr.Marino was rude and so unfriendly. You could see he is only in it for the money. I am so dissatisfied that I complained to them of tooth pain and they seemed to dismiss it. poor review for them!! only giving them one star cause I have to in order to post! in my books they deserve no stars
