I am very impressed with the professionalism of every member of the staff, the doctors, the dental assistance, the reception staff and the hygienists. Called at 745 for emergency dental problems - in a chair by 930 - Finished with a wisdom Tooth removal and paying 1/2 of the total I expected to pay by 1030. I've been kind of tepid on going to the dentist for quite sometime but with the amazing experience I had today, we'll more frequent trips to this dental office are a sure thing.

My wisdom tooth extraction. Before I went to Oueis Dental Clinic I was shopping around for an affordable price. Every other dental clinic was like yeah you have to be put asleep ... etc and the price was SOOO EXPENSIVE! I called Oueis Dental Clinc and it was COMPLETELY AFFORDABLE!!! :D He froze me I didn't even feel him freeze me NO PAIN WHAT SO EVER!!! I didn't have to be put to sleep! He took my wisdom tooth out and I DIDN'T EVEN FEEL IT!!! :D He was SO GENTLE !!! :D It was AMAZING!!! <3 Dr. Trembley aka the Tooth Whisperer Lol Jkz ;) Honestly He is just AWESOME!!!

Dr. Tremblay is extraordinary! A father of his own young children, he was a miracle-worker with our 4 year old. In our case, Dr. Tremblay was able to do 2 fillings without any freezing! There were no complaints and not a single tear. Dr. Tremblay talked calmly all the while about "cleaning" with a little brush (ie: drill), letting our boy see and hold the handle of each tool, saying that "this one is a bit more bumpy like a tractor wheel" and so on. Our boy was completely at ease and mesmerized by watching the cartoons on the ceiling above him with his special sun glasses on. (We did not want to go to a pediatric dentist and do general anaesthetic unless absolutely necessary--poison to render unconscious, but hopefully not kill or maim). Dr. Tremblay is also completely bilingual for any families who are more comfortable with French. He'll be dentist for our children for life!

I have been a patient at the Carling location since 2017. I am constantly impressed with the exemplary service and consummate professionalism of every part of the team at the Carling location. May and Rynnel are truly experts of customer service. I have never before had a dentist where routine appointment phone calls have brightened my day but that is the case for Carling Dental and it speaks to the impossibly high standard of service they set. The only thing more impressive than the technical skill and thoroughness of the dental technicians is how consistent these qualities are among each of the techs. In the past I've found at most dentists you have to choose between a good cleaning and an uncomfortable cleaning but that is never the case here. To say that Dr. Rastogi is an excellent dentist would be underselling her as a healthcare professional. If other doctors treated their patients with 10% of the patience and respect shown by Dr. Rastogi we would have a much better healthcare system. I greatly appreciate how Dr. Rastogi takes the time to explain the procedures and keeps me informed on the health care plan. I also appreciate her indulging my curiosity about technical parts of the procedure. I always leave the office feeling healthier and a little bit smarter. Carling Dental is one of the best businesses I have dealt with in Ottawa and I look forward to them being my dentist for many years to come

Our family has been patients here since 2016, back when they were at a different location. The current office was a big step up. The Dentists are gentle (important cause I am a dental chicken) staff are friendly, the prices are competitive, and I can get an appointment when I need to. overall, would recommend if you live near by.

Carling Dental is more than a clinic; it's a family-run business based on quality, on cleanliness, on personal attention, on pride. Consideration for monetary circumstances, for accessible needs, for emergencies, for specialists' services is also important; we have benefited from all these concerns being handled by this office. As seniors with the joys of aging teeth, it is sometimes necessary to consult as to whose need is foremost and whose can be postponed; professional advice is always forthcoming. Also, when a serious health crisis occurred, a card and flowers were sent - who else does that? These are the people you want to attend to your all-important oral care because as a friend of mine says, " Teeth are worth it; you use them three times a day."

OUEIS DENTISTRY is the best DENTAL OFFICE in Ottawa and in my opinion across Canada. Dr. John Oueis has been my dentist since well over 15 years, HE IS BEST, MINDFUL, ACCURATE, CAREFUL, and SOOO PLEASANT. So are the hygienists and the equally f a b u l o u s STAFF. PLUS, THEY ARE ALWAYS ON TIME.

OUTSTANDING from the desk to the dental helper,, and Dr Tremblay is the BEST dentist I have ever had work on my teeth ! He is soft spoken ,easy with a laugh and gentle,, this is what you want when you see a dentist,,not a fun time to be sure (we are having dental work) but with these folks it is a fine relaxing appointment !

June 7th first appointment regarding removal of a broken orthodontic appliance, with the intention of replacing it with something more current. Later that week… I was asked to come back for an additional appointment for taking molds of my teeth since they made a mistake. June 21st 2021 After I returned for my second appointment and the hygienist, kindly enough, re-did the mold. I asked if I could walk directly out since I had already paid at my previous appointment, or if I was required to check out with reception for any reason. I was told to let myself out. They told me, before I let myself out, that I would be contacted about the date that my appliance would arrive, they are just waiting on the lab is the reason they gave, so it can not be predicted. It was mentioned to me that since at the moment, I had no appliance at all keeping my teeth straight, I needed to come back for an appointment very soon to prevent shifting. (I had braces TWICE in the past , I am on disability now and paying out of pocket for this, so that seemed pretty important to me.) July 3nd 2021 I still had not heard from them, so I called and since it was Saturday, I left a message asking if I need to be concerned with shifting, and saying I was still waiting to hear anything about my next appointment, or really even what to expect next. The outgoing message said that they were on Summer Holiday, and would resume appointments on July 19th. No one had told me about the summer break, I was only told that my teeth may shift within a couple to a few weeks (I don’t know who or what to believe when I speak to them honestly) So as you can imagine, I am frustrated and confused. I clearly and calmy state my concerns in the message. July 5th - Basically the moment the office is open for that Monday, I receive both a voicemail and an email asking me to confirm an appointment for July 19th at 9.50 am. This is the first I have heard from them since June 21st, at all regarding discussion of follow-up. It gets worse. I return the call. I Ask the person named MAY about this and here are my main concerns with the interaction. She said “Don’t you remember, we made an appointment for July 19th when you left after the last time and I told you about the summer break” This is not true, I did not speak with reception. She says “Yes, its on your bill” (last bill I had was June 7) I tell her my bill is right in front of me and no , after looking it over multiple times, looking at my calendars multiple times, this is not correct. ( and also doesn’t make sense) I tried Searching my email for confirmations previous to the one that just so happened to go out at that suspicious time, and again this is not indicated. I tell her, after already telling her several times, that I have a medical condition. I am not able to come back. I asked her to confirm that the dental appliance would be in the office and ready for pickup after 9.50 am on July 19th. She confirmed. I told her due to my poor health, I needed to have someone else pick it up for me. She said that no, I can’t. If there is a problem with the appliance, or it needs adjusting then the Dentist… I told her to please stop and listen to my concerns. I reminded her, again, that I am struggling with a health condition. That I have already been beyond inconvenienced and if the appliance did not fit, I was not going to be coming back to them AGAIN because I was not satisfied with the care and I found the service unprofessional…. This is when I stopped speaking… and said “excuse me?” May was clearly, literally and audibly laughing at me. I had been very calm with her up to this point, but I had had enough. I asked her “excuse me?” again and while continuing to laugh, very audibly she said “nothing ,nothing, I’m not authorized to do that so I’ll have the office manager call you…” I said thank you and hung up while she continued to laugh.

I had an emergency appointment with Dr. Sylvia Balabanian the same day I called and was able to have the necessary work done, plus book an appointment for additional work that needs to be done 8 days from now. I was really pleased with how pleasant, kind and patient the staff were. Dr. Balabanian and the rest of the staff took the time to answer my questions and treated me with respect and didn't make me feel uncomfortable at all, but rather were very reassuring in telling me everything that was being done, offering ways to make me feel more comfortable and smiling despite the fact that this was the evening, end of the day and I'm sure they had all been working very hard all day. They also offered me options for future work that was needed and didn't make me feel that I had to do any particular procedure, but rather simply stated the facts about the nature, costs and effects of the options. I think my only complaint was about me - I probably didn't thank them enough for seeing me on such short notice during a very busy time of year and treating me so courteously.
