I arrived at 12:30 and out the door 2 hours later. Had a crown and small filling done. Absolutely no pain! They did the crown onsite so no follow up appointment was necessary. They produce the ceramic crown by scanning the exposed tooth surface and then feeding the information to a computerized lathe for finishing. Perfect fit test followed by glueing. Now this pleasant experience has set a very high bar in customer service standard and experience!

Today was my 1st visit as a new patient and I had great experience. The clinic appeared to be very busy but everyone who I interacted with from the moment I walked though the door to the time I left was very attentive and took the time to answer my questions without making me feel like I was an inconvenience. The dental hygienist (Leah, I believe?) was absolutely wonderful and worked very efficiently and diligently to complete a full examination, xrays, cleaning, polishing and flouride etc. in ample time! I'm looking forward to my next appointment. Thank you Metcalfe Street Dental!

Metcalfe Street Dental is one of the best dental offices - their staff are friendly and efficient and Dr. Dalios is a superb dentist, artist and craftsman!!! After years of neglect, I am getting my teeth fixed and replaced by crowns and implants, and the results are very satisfying. Dr. Dalios takes the time to explain the risks and the benefits and never rushes. The staff in the clinic are wonderful and always put the patient first! Dr. Dalios has gone above and beyond for me and I cannot recommend him highly enough! Hope to have his dental services for years to come!

Probably my first experience with a Dentist that actually seemed to care about my individual progress. They have a special software program, which integrates a variety of information, that allows them to tract your progress, allowing the dentists to offer very specific advice on how you can improve your dental health. They seem to have state of the art technology that reduces pain and allows for more of a data based scientific approach to assessing your specific dental needs. Would highly recommend.

I had an awful experience in that dental clinic. I went there to have an implant and a crown. They were so badly and unprofessional done that now I am in an orthodontist process to correct the mess they left on my mouth. They do not just affected the lower jaw where they put the implant, but rip off a dental bridge that was in the upper jaw to make that misshaped crown to fit the implant area. With the passing months, upper and lower teeth started to displace because of that unprofessional action. I don´t give the name of the dentist but I want to expose this situation because I have to pay now thousands of dollars to correct what they did. I hope you take notice of this and be aware of the unprofessional dentist working in that place. By the way... it is not my experience but heard some other ones too.

I have nothing but good to say about Metcalf Street Dental and Dr Gozar. Went for a consult about a tooth and it needed to be extracted. They are welcoming and patient. Answer questions. Put me at ease and the extraction was fairly painless.

Extremely pushy. After my first cleaning I didn't want to book in another in 6 months time as my insurance wouldn't cover it. My hygienist told she wasn't comfortable with this and forced me to schedule a second appointment whether I wanted to or not. When When the time comes around that their system notifies them that it has been 6 months and you're due for a cleaning they will hit you when an onslaught of repeated calls, voice messages and SMS text reminders. At least the automated text reminders you can unsubscribe from, unfortunately the same is not true for the excessive calls and voicemails.

Excellent dental hygienist by the name of Vivek Dalal, excellent client service by explaining every procedure that he does, shows you the slide on monitor. No surprises and the best hygienist in town. He is so caring, constantly ask if you are ok and provides excellent dental cleaning. I have had many hygienist in my life throughout several dental doctors and I can assure you that Vivek Dalal is the best, so caring, so efficient and effective and best client service possible. Hope he is around for a long time as he progresses his career to becoming a full-time dentist .. You have a long-life patient in me with Vivek Dalal. Thank you Vivek!

Treated very well. Reception staff very friendly and accommodating. Dental hygienist is excellent and in my opinion the dentist is very good also. I didn't have an appointment with him, but he took the time to fix my problem then and there. The whole area I also very clean.

From the moment you walk into, and are greeted in the Reception area, to the state-of-the-art, competent, pleasant treatment offered by top professionals in the field, to the attentive and caring follow up the day(s) after your treatment, I am completely impressed and satisfied with their excellent service. Judy has been my Dental Hygienist for many years and is consistently pleasant, accomplished and knowledgeable. The Reception area is also well appointed, and water, juice and other "treats" are available in their mini-fridge. Above all, the Dentists themselves are highly skilled in their field. Every aspect of attending to dental work is made more pleasant by virtue of associating with this wonderful office of top quality professionals.

Left because the female dentist ruined my tooth, which then needed a root canal followed by a crown. All they want is your money. You can start by paying me back $2200. it cost me for the root canal and crown! I know that will never happen. My new dentist is amazing. Imagine, he cares about his patients!

I am very happy with the Metcalfe Street DENTAL! They communicate well with you. The receptionist trys their best to answer your questions. The hygienists and dentists communicate well with the patients and they explain well what they are going to do with you and they really try to make you feel comfortable and secure before they start and throughout the procedures! The most amazing dentistry. Judy is by far the best hygienist out there and Dr. Prehogan and Dr. Gozar along with all their staff are amazing. I am probably the most high maintenance client they have on their books and they treat me extremely well from my dental anxiety , TMJ etc. Would highly recommend!

Extremely pleasant experience! I felt totally comfortable with regards to the level of cleanliness in the office. All measures were taken to make the visit fast, and stress free. I waited less than 5 mins in the waiting room and all staff were cheerful and pleasant! I would highly recommend this dental practice !
